Bajaj Electricals — Gone out of order two times with in one year- customer service system worst

I purchased a Bajaj New Shakti Neo 15L Geyser in Nov 2022 and it gone out of order two times with in one year. Customer support is worst. Customer Service executives are not attending properly. Asking so many unwanted questions. When they are having all the details why they are asking many questions. Too much time taking to attend the complaint. It seems the technicians are not experts and lacking knowledge about the products. Design of the product is also not good. Very difficult to open the cap and its re-fitting appears to be complicated. First time the technician took half an hour to re- fit the cap. Not a viable product in all respects. I need either a replacement or refund in the case of my product. When the product is not giving continuous service the customer should be eligible for compensation. Now a complaint has been registered. DEL[protected]-1
