Bajaj Electricals Limited — Room heater model RX7 | |||||
I purchased room heater RX7 through online at Bajaj electricals website.The product was delivered on 26 Nov 2015.When i opened, i was shocked to find that the heater was completely damaged and broken.I filed a complaint(complaint no. 8204030).A person from SNG enterprises came and inspected and collected documents also.But, after three days, they told us that Bajaj electricals Manager is not responding. We had taken up with the local managers but they also could not resolve. When i again telephoned customer care today, i was shocked to find that they had cancellled the complaint.How can they cancel the complaint when the issue is not resolved??
