Bajaj Electricals — Morphy richards OTG (under warranty) given to the service centre has not been serviced from the long time

Hi I am from Udaipur, Rajasthan. Our OTG which was under warranty has been given for repairing as their upper heating element was not working. We have been told that it will be done in a weeks time. Till the date they are they have an excuse that we had requested to the company but parts are not yet received, we don't have our technician, It's almost done, Such craps. This week they said we closed our service centre & shifting stuff to another place when we called for update of service. i purchased the new OTG of another company meanwhile. Now I have a urgent need of another OTG. Kindly respond asap. Such pathetic services & behavior will lead your company untrusted & unhealthy customer satisfaction.
