I purchased a Bajaj OTG 3500 TMCSS through Amazon as the model was not available at Reliance digital or Chroma closest to me.
However, the top left part of the OTG's roof was caved in when the box was opened.
The product was delivered by a delivery guy and no one from Bajaj was sent for a Demo either.
It's been 2 days, I'm neither able to use the OTG nor get it replaced or refunded. Have been continuously trying to get to the customer service but to no avail.
The product was delivered in Delhi Cantt.
Request you to take prompt action on the same and get my product replaced immediately.
