Bajaj Electricals — Payment done but order is not created on bajaj site

Myself mayuresh kulkarni - mobile no [protected], login on bajaj site for Disney princess ceiling fan. I had completed the procedure till payment .
but i made the payment by scanning the QR code of CC avenue Amount Rs.

By that time Bajaj Electricals site got hanged up & transaction not completed but amount was deducted from my account . attached transaction details
for your reference.

Request you to link the transaction and deliver the Fan OR refund the amount.
