I had booked a complaint about my pedastal fan on 6th july - call id ahm[protected]-1 against which no action was taken.
I booked another one - call id ahm[protected]-1.
Against the second call, a mechanic called to repair the fan after inspection of which he said the motor needs to be replaced.
A few days later he appeared with a replacement motor, which turned out to be defective!!! The mechanic left my place with a promise to come back with a fresh one.
Surprisingly, the same evening ii get a message that my complaint ha been resolved!!.
In reality the mechanic left the fan to be repaired in "dismantled" state, not bothering to reassemble.
I have three more gadjects of bajaj, but i am totally disappointed by your service. Was this information helpful? |
