Bajaj Electricals — Perfect 3 ltr Geyser element not being replaced when the product is under warranty


The Geyser is not working and I made a complaint to the Company through the Customer care no [protected]. The complaint No is KOLA[protected]-1.The Technician came today in the site and found that there was a short circuit in the 15amp electrical point . Thereafter he found that the element is damaged . But he is not replacing the element free of charge, although the product is under warranty ( DOP[protected], saying that the element is damaged and dry due to operating the geyser without water and therefore I will have to pay for the parts Rs 797/-.

We are using Geysers sijnce 1989 and we know the operation of Geysers and we never stop the water supply going to the geyser. But he is arguing on the same lines and not accepting the warranty clause.

Kindly intervene and settle this issue.
