Bajaj Electricals — poor and late service | |||
On 9 th feb 2020 i put a request on your service center regarding replacement of broken dry jar of my bajaj food processor (Model no. Is fx11). They said it will arrive within 2 days but later no service was there. I called at your customer service center for 2 times but so far did not get any solution of my problem. They only assured me that new jar will arrive soon and soon. I complaint 2 time at your customer service center but no action has been taken till date. This is so disappointed and disrespectful. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as early as possible or i will be forced to boycott your company. I hope my request will fulfill soon.
