    I need the duplicate bill of my samsung washing machine which I bought 5 years ago from AS Rao nagar branch. I have to get the motor repaired/replaced for which I have to provide the samsung service invoice. The motor has got 10 year warranty.. So I need the bill. Kindly, respond ASAP.

      I want to exchange my Nokia 7.2 mobile it is really very much suffering me alot, I have visited many times to Bajaj where I have buyed my phone and went to showroom after buying phone before 24 hours I have visited because of the charger problem and phone was getting heated . So please give me a permission to exchange my phone today because it's really waste, hanging out very much. I have visited 4 to 5 times to showroom even though they are not taking care . Kindly understand my problem I have buyed my phone because of online classes but there is no proper phone how can I listen to classes. it was really having many problems.

            This is Janaki Ramaiah K, I bought Aquaguard purifier in the month of July 2020 from Bajaj Electronics, Nizampet Branch.

            Unfortunately today that is 17th of October, machine was got repair due to failure of mother board (came to know from service person). Since it is a new.product I tried to brought this issue with Bajaj Electronics Nizampet branch, here my intesion is clear, if possible replace of Product, if not atleast Bajaj people has to take complaint or feed back from my end and need to check with Aquaguard company team to avoid further complications with products( not to suffer other customers like me).

            But Bajaj people (Nizampet) instead of considering my request, since starting they tried to sent me out without any solutions, even they are not in a position listen my version.

            From starting they started argument with me. Here as per their words once product is sold to customers their duty is over, they don't have any additional responsibility since it is only for sales not for service.

            I am a old customer for Bajaj, Bought TV, Regrigirator, Washing Machine I never had any issue from Bajaj but finally in case of Water Purifier had issue with peoduct as well as from your customer service representatives.

            They iritated me with irrelevant examples like purchase of car and mobiles.

            I do not know whether you people consider my request or not, requesting you to please treat customers in polite manner not with rude behavior.

            RESPONSIBLE TEAM : WATER PUREFIERS SALES TEAM Name Mohd HAZI's Manager ( don't know his name). I know only sales rep name.

            I am expecting reply from your end if possible.

              Your service is very bad. Only if the product had warranty your technicians are ready to come and check. That means they are not qualified.
              Again I have given a complain that otg is not heating property. Its been 10 days. The person who came only after we send location was not able to find the issue. Then he calls his colleague and says your thermostat is not working. Will bring the part in 2 days. It's been more than a week. This morning he calls and say Mumbai office said they don't have parts.
              If this is the service in Hyderabad then I will not prefer to buy your any other products. Last time your person who came from kukatpally is not responding to my calls.

                I bought electric rice coocker on date:[protected] which was ordered on Amazon on[protected] which worth price 1249 rupees .
                It has 2 years warranty but it is not working.
                The service number is not available to take calls .
                We need cooker replacement immediately.
                The cooker is not working and we need it to prepare rice in this pandemic situation so please provide replacement for it via Amazon.
                I will send bill details and warranty.
                Please take action as soon as possible

                The electric rice cooker is not working at all it is not indicating any signal of light even it is on .
                Please take immediate action other wise I request nch .due to covid 19 we cannot go to service center as it has 2 years warranty please handle it through online process

                          I had purchased redmi note 9 pro max on 6th sept 2020 in punjagutta branch, hyderabad with amazon pay, 20, 500 rupees at a time.
                          i started using in on 7th sept and noticed that upside speaker is not working and i asked mobiles section manager to replace it with another model as i feel this model having issues, i said i will take 1 day to decide what to take come back to store next day. on 8th sept i went there and asked to give me one plus or iphone as i am ready to pay extra amount and then he said its not possible to change and i have to take same model again. after getting a problem within few hours o[censored]sing mobile is anybody would take same model again?? i asked him to replace with another brand and he said “no, at bajaj we cant, do whatever u want to do, we only can give same model to u again” .

                          what i have to do??
                          i given that handset, box, bill to him on 8th sept and told him to take replace for same model as said and take it to home and use it for their family.

                              I am bekkam Priyanka with ref mobile number [protected]. I have been in to fraud by bajaj electronic. While purchase the associate told there will be no charges for mobile on credit card for 9 months beyond 9 months interest will occur. We have asked multiple times that if there will be charges or not. They have stated no charges and no fee. Now I havvahse 499 charge and monthly interest of 300+. I need to get this fixed or else would have to reach consumer forum for cheating this way just to maintain sales.

                              really they are fraud, amazon is decent than this local bajaj guys

                                Lg tv purchased in 2019, we have 5 years warrenty. Bill on the name battula kumari. Led smart tv, 43 inches... Suddenly the video is gone, the screen is completely blank, we thought the brightness must have redused, but unable to increase as we are not able to see the screen.
                                From one particular angle can able to see little bit were tv light and brightness is falling.

                                  Greetings for the day.

                                  I have purchased a lenovo laptop 2days ago. (Ideapad slim 3i intel core i3 10th gen 14 inch hd thin and light laptop (4gb/1tb hdd/windows 10/platinum grey/1.6kg), 81wd00jyin).

                                  It has a lot more problems, it takes 10-15 minutes to just get on after that battery performance is very weak, just one house and 30 minutes. It is very slow, it does not work like i3 core.
                                  I brought from bajaj electronics. I want to replace this laptop with a thinkpad laptop { (Lenovo thinkpad e14 intel core i3 10th gen 14-inch full hd thin and light laptop (4gb ram/ 256gb ssd/ windows 10 home/ black/ 1.77 kg), 20ras0sf00)}

                                  Please let me know how can i do that.

                                  I tried to reach customer care number no one given me a solution and sent multiple emails no one replied to it.

                                    I purchased a lg tv from bajaj electronics but post installation I found out that its a defective product . Called Lg care and they suggested replacement. Bajaj electronics is not agreeing for replacement and its rhe worst experience to me as I paid 50k for a tv and got a defective item
