    I had purchased redmi note 9 pro max on 6th sept 2020 in punjagutta branch, hyderabad with amazon pay, 20, 500 rupees at a time.
    i started using in on 7th sept and noticed that upside speaker is not working and i asked mobiles section manager to replace it with another model as i feel this model having issues, i said i will take 1 day to decide what to take come back to store next day. on 8th sept i went there and asked to give me one plus or iphone as i am ready to pay extra amount and then he said its not possible to change and i have to take same model again. after getting a problem within few hours o[censored]sing mobile is anybody would take same model again?? i asked him to replace with another brand and he said “no, at bajaj we cant, do whatever u want to do, we only can give same model to u again” .

    what i have to do??
    i given that handset, box, bill to him on 8th sept and told him to take replace for same model as said and take it to home and use it for their family.

        I am bekkam Priyanka with ref mobile number [protected]. I have been in to fraud by bajaj electronic. While purchase the associate told there will be no charges for mobile on credit card for 9 months beyond 9 months interest will occur. We have asked multiple times that if there will be charges or not. They have stated no charges and no fee. Now I havvahse 499 charge and monthly interest of 300+. I need to get this fixed or else would have to reach consumer forum for cheating this way just to maintain sales.

        really they are fraud, amazon is decent than this local bajaj guys

          Lg tv purchased in 2019, we have 5 years warrenty. Bill on the name battula kumari. Led smart tv, 43 inches... Suddenly the video is gone, the screen is completely blank, we thought the brightness must have redused, but unable to increase as we are not able to see the screen.
          From one particular angle can able to see little bit were tv light and brightness is falling.

            Hi team,

            Greetings for the day.

            I have purchased a lenovo laptop 2days ago. (Ideapad slim 3i intel core i3 10th gen 14 inch hd thin and light laptop (4gb/1tb hdd/windows 10/platinum grey/1.6kg), 81wd00jyin).

            It has a lot more problems, it takes 10-15 minutes to just get on after that battery performance is very weak, just one house and 30 minutes. It is very slow, it does not work like i3 core.
            I brought from bajaj electronics. I want to replace this laptop with a thinkpad laptop { (Lenovo thinkpad e14 intel core i3 10th gen 14-inch full hd thin and light laptop (4gb ram/ 256gb ssd/ windows 10 home/ black/ 1.77 kg), 20ras0sf00)}

            Please let me know how can i do that.

            I tried to reach customer care number no one given me a solution and sent multiple emails no one replied to it.

              I purchased a lg tv from bajaj electronics but post installation I found out that its a defective product . Called Lg care and they suggested replacement. Bajaj electronics is not agreeing for replacement and its rhe worst experience to me as I paid 50k for a tv and got a defective item

                      Too worst showroom @boduppal branch, no proper response on product installation.

                      Frustrated with followups on Ao smith z8 purifier installation . I have purchased product on 28th July 2020 and till now no one contacted me for the installation. I have called couple of times with showroom folks but no one responding and simply ignoring my calls.

                      Finally I back to showroom and planning to return back. I m not sure whether they will take it or not.

                      I have purchased many products in bajaj electronics but this experience too worst I won't prefer Bajaj any more.

                      There was a review posted by one customer on bajajelectronics official portal - that's 100% correct. we need to request them like a dog even though the request won't be completed .

                        I bought an lg oled tv from bajaj electronics (Nizampet) through idfc first bank last year 2019. They said you will get a cashback of 15% after your 3rd emi while buying. There is total 15000rs cash back pending. But when i contact them they are saying, we are unable to process the cashback ask to bajaj electronics. They simply fooling the people saying cashback and providing lame reasons when we ask about it even though mistake is from bank side.. Please don't take loans from idfc in future to avoid false offers.. Now they are talking very rudly. Not only me so many my friends also facing this issue so i request you do't take any loans. I do't trust bajaj electronics. They both did fraud. Please resolve this issue asap

                          Hi,
                          I have ordered a microwave oven worth 17500 at forum mall bajaj electronics on 12th july, 2020. Invoice is 1220/20/s-2134
                          It was supposed to be delivered in a week as per the sales person but the product has not been delivered yet.
                          I have paid the entire amount for it and you guys are keeping me in wait from 3 weeks,
                          If the product is not there in the stock why do you sell for the customers and make them wait like this also the refund process is too long so the sales person is asking me to wait further and not to cancel the order.
                          If i have paid on the same day why the hell the refund takes so much time.
                          I need a solution for this and i cant wait for indefinite period.

                                Myself sanjoy mukherjee, i have purchase bajaj platini px3l instant water heater as on date 25.07.2017.

                                As per warranty card mention - 03 years warrenty on heater element.

                                Water hot not working properly. I have already complain, id is ahm[protected]-1 time 10:36 am.

                                Today repaired required on urgent basis.. Because two underage kids & old age person available in room.

                                So please on urgent basis provide service enginner.

                                      We were sold a damaged product (Samsung galaxy a71) which we could not notice when purchased in the shop at gachibowli branch hyderabad. We have called the branch but they seemed not to trust us. This is too bad that they sell damaged products. I request everyone to be paranoid when purchasing from stores. Online purchase is far better. Tomorrow we are going to the store to check cctv footage.
