Candle 2 x 125 = 250, O ring 6 x 15 = 90,
Courier 200Total 5040/- but invoice copy not to be send only delivery challan copy send.

Plz do the needfull

Leakage of water purifier .

In the month of July 2020 I bought RO open from Rupali industries.
Ro is in warranty, but company refusing to repair or replace it. Throughout the years I am facing problem for RO open filter, on an average I have to call company every 15days .
I suffered during this pandemic, due to ro open provider

I am trying to reach rupali water filters for replacement of my damaged plastic bottle but not getting proper response from them.
Apart from that some fraudsters are cheating people under the name of rupali filters, after calling rupali customer services no. the call is diverted to those fraudster no's( [protected])asking customers to pay money on google pay first after which they will send the technician to repair the fault.

I'm residing at patel elysium, and doctors plus water purifier was installed by rupali industries, water leaking from backside of purifier, 1 week ago i called at rupali industries customer care but they said since personal not available for replacement we are currently not able to visit at your place, therefore requesting you to please send person to replace that purifier asap, i have warranty card provided by your company, and same are under warranty period.

Purchased open ro 15 ltr.in march 18. The order form misplaced by me. Still they give me first service. But on second service they refused to give free service. I show warranty card n payment details, but very hopeless n careless treatment by rupali aqua. After purchasing their product you are nobody for them. Save yourself from harassment and feeling thugged... I called everybody, from the servent, distribution owner to company. Nobody cares at all...

I m from Khatav Satara... I had purchased rupali industries RO water purifier... my water purifier not working from last 2 months. we had many time complaint with your dealer but there is no responce. we are frustaede of your services.. pls support us to get my water purifier on urgently.
need your prompt response urgently.

The rupali bnova water purifier (Uf+uv+charcoal etc, cost rs7500/-) which is under warranty is not working for more than 10 days. Even after repeated telephonic complaints there are time delaying answers and no personnel came to resolve or even check the problem.
Even in the at the time of purchase the product was faulty and needed replacement of the uf. Even after the replacement the water was smelling and testing like chalk or chlorine for which they collected the sample but never came back with an answer. The filter water tank is so badly designed that even small insects can come inside to which the company is not addressing.
And the hight of all is reached now in when the filter has stoped working/not getting powered up. The company persons are giving irritating reply that tomorrow some one will come and the tomorrow seems to be from the puranas which never comes.
I wanted to give an online complaint to the company but there website doesn't have complaint section or tab.

After all this i fill completely cheated and i have no option but to go to consumer forum.

Dear all this is make you all alert on rupali enterprises and rupali industries, muskan enterprises, shree kumaran enterprises, names on this company fool people on self employment is a complete scam, they don't even have the website and ganga ([protected]) fools everyone & acts like the worker at the factory until the time you buy machines from them, they wil ask us to deposit the money in their account and till the time they receive money they will call you and talk nicely using sales tactics and also say that they wil help you in setting up your business, but once they receive the money they do not respond properly, they give you the machine and the paper which they provide is faulty, they are a complete scam, i have incurred a loss of 1, 50, 000. I thought i wil buy 2 machine and start the business and if it is good will buy more, but these people doesnt help at all, once they get money they wont talk properly on the phone, they always say they are busy. Their business is to fool people and make money out of it. The machine which they sell at 37000 is actually made at the cost of 7000. They say they will buy the machine back if we want to resell, but they dont.

Please don't invest you money on this people..

If any supreme authority really wants to remove anomalies in the service provided by Rupali, and then only go through my grievance, otherwise do not take any cognizance of it.
I am regular user of Rupali's Swaraj Machine from last 17 months, it is to feedback that the after sales service provided by your firm is very poor and behavior of service centre representative and senior also is very rude, arrogant, disgusting with customers. I had a very horror experience recently, A complaint is given at service centre, Pune ([protected]) on 06.10.16 at 4.22pm, next day a technician came without any spares and go back, on 08.10.16 when called to service centre, women their replied very rudely and told we are not free to accept your every call, you shouldn’t call us daily, she does not given complaint no also. Then I called her senior some Mr. Rahul ([protected]), he told wait for some time he will call back, He called back on 08.10.16, 12.07 Hrs, What a cheap speaking by him, he seems to be very arrogant, rude and spoken very irritatingly, He doesn’t hear my any work and warn me to Sui in court. I repeatedly requested him to hear my grievance but don’t hear any word. I experienced very disgusting behavior of this Mr. Rahul i.e. Rupali's senior executive, Still I am in shock why he spoken rudely,

Please arrange to check call records on mob. No. [protected] from my No. [protected], [protected] and let you knew is there is un constitutional word used by me/my wife. Most importantly its my request please get call record on Mr. rahuls Mob No. [protected] called on my No. i.e. [protected] you will knew, how cheap words used by this person to a customer.
At last after this horror, disgusting experience and due to irritating and un constitutional language by Mr. Rahul of Ruapali Industries, I stopped using Your Swaraj Machine i.e. scarapeed your machine and purchased other one, with efficient after sales service provision.
You may have a question in mind then why I am telling all this to you, my purpose is if you want to expand your product then please do check all this call records which I told, you will get your answer. I also have these call records, but you have to check yours to have authenticity.
Please note: I was one of the person, who recommended your machine to 8 more persons in my society and due to your poor service response; I had suffered at large on behalf of Rupali Industries. You can verify it with Mr. Santosh Chavan ([protected]) your sales representative, Who has good manners while speaking with customer.

One and half year back i have purchased new home hence i have purchase new water purifier form Rupali Industries. it was installed @ new home before we move there.
Initially water was bitter in test for few days, but immediately from first week we can see dirt accumulated inside the container where purify water is store. For the first time i have clean it and place it gain, since its manual cleaning system. Again same thing Happen, after giving repetitive complaints they have change my water tub blue transparent one to white solid box. Still my problem did not solve, it remains same. after every complement a person visit for cleaning and just wash the water box with water and lemon, and take a signature for visiting and giving the service. During that period no one ask to fill feedback form. Same thing keep repeating. immediate after giving service no one care for re-complaining and avoid giving service by saying Technician will visit your place soon. thus the way whole period went without proper solution and respond.
Recently in the month of April i have got one mobile number which was using for whats app also. immediately i have talk on that number[protected]​⁠​) explain my problem and whats app images of dirty water. And god replied "Ok. I shall check ur service card and revert u soon" and then pin drop silence. i just keep pinging on whats app and keep adding images but no any replay. almost after a month person visit and done as normal cleaning and went. finally i decide to give complaint against them and ping accordingly on what app

After talking about complaint immediate next day Rupali madam called me and instead of listening and understanding my problem start arguing with me, saying i am trying to give you solution but you are not accepting it, but in reality she was the only person who was talking a lot and not listening at all. finally Rupali said ill take our machine at there place and check it for 2 days. i have accepted that and send purifier as she said. After 2-3 days when i received machine back, technician said we have replace all the things including white container box. i really dint know about inner things but i can see white box was very clean and looks new. they have change the water pipe of my home also. But they never said that there was problem with there system. Again after 2 days Rupali called me and said i will send my technician again that time only you open it, so we can check the status you keep continue use of it for one week. one day before the technician visit i found dirt in the water which i take for drinking. Next day technician visited i told him about the problem but he was speech less, saying will check he opened the machine for cleaning and found something transparent partials like jelly inside the white water tank. Technician was speechless and afraid, he went outside the house and may talk with Rupali. When he returned he just said don't use the water and talk and share the images with Rupali. After all this again there was long pose. Technician was suppose to visit again but never turn back.

When i contact Rupali she was saying though 1 year is completed i am giving you service, so you should be thankful for it. Again and again she was forcing me to keep using that machine saying we did not found any problem, still we have change anything and now you are not using it. i was trying to say her mam your technician only ask me not to use the machine but she was not at all ready to listen. after long discussion i said forget everything will settled this matter by refunding me the amount, then her reply was in the first month of installment we deduct 10% and refund in your case that's not possible any how i convey her saying since very first week of installation i am complaining for one thing only and its still not solve, she agreed but ask for receipt. Now i dont fiend my receipt she is arguing and not ready to give me a receipt copy of bill which is suppose to be with company.

Rupali is very arrogant woman with attitude. Please dint buy anything from Rupali industries you will only end up with headache and noncence argument with Rupali

I have purchase product one year back. initially the water storage box was transparent and test was bitter, since the dirt accumulated inside the water purifier was clearly seen, when we have complaint again and again they have replace the box blue transparent one to white non transparent. saying direct sunlight is problem. But even after changing the box problem remains same.
Since then i am keep completing but no one return to check, i clean my water purifier every week and every week i found there is dirt accumulated inside the storage of drinking water you can see the images and video. I have share the photograph with them but once only person visit and clean the way i do it weekly normal, which is zero in result change. i am asking them to replace the product but there is no response neither the money get refund.

I request all Not to go with RUPALI INDUSTRIES THEY ARE CHEATER AND FRAUD

B nova water purifier is good but i wanted a product guide for self servicing at home but they are not able to provide for the last 15 days. I had mailed a couple of times asking them to atleast send me a soft copy or put up on their site but no response. only says we will get back shortly. my request to the management to please do the needful as it is already 15 days and yes i dont need servicing of my purifier. it is working perfectly only thing is i WANT Self HELP guide for the purifier

I am satisfied customer of rupali industries for rupali aqua water purifier of product named b nova. Using for long 2 yr. After getting good service and satisfied with product i wanted to order 3 more for my office but i am surprised that they are not giving discount. I contacted their head office but still they are unwilling to give discount on bulk purchase even though i m existing customer of rupali aqua. The customer service does not put me to their boss so that i can talk to her senior and get a better rate. I am putting this complaint to let the senior people in the organization know that i am a satisfied customer and want to purchase in bulk but need better rates.

I am using B nova 3 stage online purifier for past 2 years.. great product. i did not get any trouble but now after three years they are asking me to go for amc. i dont know why amc is needed as there is no trouble with the water filter. i think company must not charge amc. then what is the use in paying so much initially and then again pay amc. i spoke to company hq but no one willing to listen saying the amc is important and mandatory....

This company is having BARC technology and iso 9001:2000 certification as per their claim.

I purchased Fully automatic 3 stage online water purifier. First it was all ok but after two months it started stinking and water became bitter to taste. after complaing the service center person just visited the site and said its ok only the carbon particals have been settled at one end. two days it was fine again and the same thing happend. I said the person just to take back the purifier and return the money or just replace with another good one. till date there has been no response, will call today tomorrow, am on holiday, parts have not come and bla bla...
