On 19th of february i went bajaj electronics @ karmanghat and purchased samsung ac worth 40, 500, without confirming the stock, salesman billed me then i left the shop with confirmation from salesman that u will receive ac tomorrow. I contacted the salesperson on 20 feb and he said that your ac will be delivered tomorrow as the stock is not available. So, i requested him to give me another ac by hitachi then i booked as per salesperson request too. Then on 21 feb, he said the ac will be delivered on 22 feb but still now no response from bajaj electronics. Since 4 days, as of now, then, the salesperson again telling that ur ac will be delivered tomorrow that is on 23 feb. So, my request is now i want my money back and thereafter i don't want to buy ac now. So, return my money back which i paid 13500 as of downpayment and purchased through bajaj finance as per the request of salesman. I need my money back.

    I have booked fridge on 19th jan still 10 days i have not received my fridge none of customer service is responding and you guys taken amount form my end.

    This is worst service ever i seen in my life and one more couple of days back i went to buy water purifier at that time manager told me less price (Price discount for 26th jan republic day after) after two days i went on 25th jan he increased the price and his behavior is tooo worst with customer

      Hi team, i bought a godrej edje 210 ltr fridge at bajaj electronics chandanagar branch. I received the fridge after 1 day with a dent on it at the bottom part of the fridge after paying complete amount in cash. I am worried about the decision i took to buy a product from bajaj electronics. Staff are rude and are un responsive. I would need immediate assistance to get this replaced and get the issue resolved. Thanks

        Every 5 min tv was switching off we don't know the reason we bought the tv on 15/03/2018. 1 year warranty is there. Kindly resolve the issue. We bought it in bajaj electronics chanda nagar branch. Hyderabad from 1 week on wards it ios happening kindly do the needful. We are not aware why this was happening. Kindly send your service provider. Its not even a year.
        We have purchased samsung washing machine on[protected] the product was not working declared by samsung service people as on today[protected] they have not replaced.its a demo pcs supplied as it doest look like company sealed repacked Bajaj has the worst service we are continously in follow up but no use

          I have purchased a samsung refrigerator on[protected]. The invoice number of the same is 1211/185/5-6243. The refrigerator was delivered to my house by evening the same day and i have exchanged it for an old one. The sales person in the store (Habsiguda branch) told me that the exchange money should be collected at the counter after 2 days. My driver visited the store along with the bill to collect the amount many times but couldnt get hold of the money. The sales person says at first he dosent have the money and asked to comeback next day which my driver did. But now the sales perrson gives a mobile number [protected] sai manager and asks us to call him and speak.
          Till today my driver visited the store many times and i spoke to the sales person on phone he says the manager is on leave what can i do you have the number you call him.
          When i purchased a product from the shop why will i call the manager? And if the manager is on leave there should be someone else to take up the responsibility.
          I have been shopping with bajaj from long and this is a very bad experience.
          Request you to take action as soon as possible.

            I had purchased sony tv on[protected] i cleared asked sales executive regarding installation and he said that by monday 100% installation will be done. Again today morning i called the executive he said that i am not the right person.. No proper response from that fellow and worst service.. Finally he had completed his target that's it.. I never recomend people to bajaj electronics..

              My name is sanam harish kumar yadav iwas purchased samsung wm 65n4260ss and samsung led 32n4300 on 05.11.2018 vide your invoice no 1216/1se/s-s611 and invoice no. 1216/1se/s-s597 both washing machine and tv was not delivered by your bajaj electronics, paradise circle secunderabad branch they are telling no stock in our branch when i went to purchase the wm and tv they told to deliver the stock by tomorrow kindly look in to the matter most urgent and deliver the stock by tomorrow humbly requesting once again

                  I, p. Shaker, today on 22.10.2018, visited your store located @ kompally, we faced a worst experience in your store,
                  I looked at your product sony home theatre htrt40, asked for the price we have been informed by your executive as 18000, so we decided to buy it emi basis and. Made a approval login and got approved, as mentioned earlier 18000 as the price your executive changed the pricing to 19700.. We just made a confirm for 18k and your executive informing that price is wrong after approval... How can that could be, how your executives have a plain reply saying if you want it you can buy it for 19700. Or else leave.. Is this way of communicating with customers..
                  Fault is with the store manager and we have to look and accept their fault by paying excess amount..
                  Can i get a approval in bajaj tommorrow the anwer is you couldnt login for next 3 months after you get approvl and cancell it...
                  Geyser is not working properly and it is transmitting shock even in water...this product is worst solve this problem as soon as possible...we called an electrician to solve the problem he tried all the solutions and at last confirmed that it is the geyser that have the problem not the connection so make an easy way and solve the issue..

                  I have booked Samsung Washing machine on 04.11.2018 @ Bajaj Electrncs Nallakunta. Til Date the product has not been delivered. When ever i approach them they said it will come in 2 days no stock and some other stories.
                  I buy the water heater of bajaj company n then installation is not done properly by the technicians and he doesn't show there id card also all the thing is wrong I need re installation for the appliance .So kindly resolve this problem.

                    Technician came and noted the required parts but till now i have no acknowledgement regarding complaint and no remedy. I have made an other complaint today (22/10/2018) regarding same with complaint id - noi[protected]-1. Please see it at prefrence.

                      Recently i visited bajaj electronics hyderguda attapur branch and purchased a lg mobile worth 23k and there was no parking and the wallet guy asked me to park a bit on the left side and i told him if the cops see they will fine me he told there’s a tie up between bajaj and police nothing will happen
                      Therefore i kindly request bajaj electronics to pay my challan within 3 days
                      Sir/madam, your vehicle (Ts07gc8855) has been involved in traffic violation on 14-oct-2018 at 19:08 for which a challan was issued with a direction to pay the amount rupees 135 at any of the designated places. Please pay the amount at paytm/aponline/eseva/meeseva/icici, sbh netbanking etc.., please go through www.echallan.org. other wise legal proceedure will be initiated against you by filing a chargesheet. Please ignore if already paid.

                        We have purchased voltas inverter ac from bajaj electronics, nagole, hyderabad vide their invoice. No. 1225/17g/s9702/26.01.2018. From the date of purchase we have lot of complaints with the ac.

                        While so many (10) complaints raised to voltas toll free number & but problem is not yet sorted out & just they are doing eyewash work every time, but problem is not yet rectified.

                        So that please replace the ac

                          I have taken a tv on 6thoct18 at bajaj electronics attapur branch, actually i wanted to take a hd tv. But they have given hd ready tv. I got know about the resolution by tv techinician, i again went to the showroom, the sales representative he is irresponsible answer saying that all the tv's r hd tv only.

                          I request to solve the issue. As it is already one week above i taken tv.
                          I have purchased LG washing Machine T7281NDDLG on 13/10/2018 and it is delivered to my home on 14/10/2018 when I was seen totally it was scratches and lot of hair in side the washing machine iam very upset display piece I need new piece as soon as possible

                            I have take a tv on 6th oct18 from bajaj electronics attapur. Actually i wanted to buy full hd tv. The same thing i have informed to sales representative. He showed some product saying that it's a full hd tv. I was nill at knowledge regarding the tv resolution. He delivered a hd ready product. I got know from tv representative. Again i went to showroom again same thing i informed to sales representative. But he is again doing bluff saying that it's a full hd tv. Pls help me in resolving the issue.

                              They r totally bluffing the customers by telling wrong information about the product.
                              I believed their words regarding the tv puchased a tv. Actuallyi wanted to purchase full hd tv. But they gave me hd ready tv saying that it's a full hd one.
                              Actual info regarding the tv i got to know by tv company technician.
                              Pls replace this with hd tv. I purchased this tv on 6th oct 18

                                We bought lg tv from hanamkondda showroom which had a cash back of 4000 with the purchase in october 2017. Due to cash back offer we went with a higher end and expense model. We were told after the payment. The casah abvck will be credite din two to three months, but it is near to 1 year.                                     The agent says there is a part missing in the aquaguard machine. Your people should replace us the new one then that agent comes for installation.
                                    We purchased the machine on 7th of this month but no response from you people. We are not happy with your services.
                                    We purchased the product but no use.
                                    Respond us as soon as possible and install the machine correctly (Replace it if you need).
                                    Split AC purchased recently is not giving cooling even it is in HC from last few days

                                      I bought sony bravia android tv in the month of dec'2016 (Invoice number: asr/16/20985 dtd:[protected] within this shortspan, tv lost display, only vertical lines are visible on the screen. When contacted sony helpline, they found problem with takeon board. No information provided on when that board will fail. I raised complaint 12 days back and till today i got a respons that part is not yet procured. Very much disappointed with this unit sold by you. I got an impression that bajaj electronics is procuring faultly items from sony and endorsing to its customers who has lot of trust in you. I strongly discourage this kind of sales, for your information i never expected this kind of careless service from sony. Being a loyal customer of bajaj electronics, i request your involvemnt to escalate my dissatisfaction and concernt to sony services since you sold that item to me.

                                        This is to be brought to your notice that i purchased a geyser (Bajaj, calanda model) from kamalia sales, ranchi on 11.09.2018 which was installed on 12.09.2018 and the remote of the same found to be defective. I tried to inform the matter through customer care, bajaj call centre and also to kamalia sales, ranchi but each of them throw the ball to other’s court denying the onus on their own for replacement of the same. Being a customer, i am feeling harassed.
                                        Finding no other option, i have decided to bring the matter to your knowledge and request you to please take expeditious necessary action for replacement of the said remote.
