Sir on 21 07 2018 i given dd dd got passed but your people till not delivered my articala phone no [protected] invoice no 1218/18/s-21851 dt 21 07 2018 in hyderabad attapur branch i have given dd on[protected] on[protected] my dd got cleared but my items not delivered i purchased 1 lcd tv, refrigerator and washing machine kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis please
I bought Samsung washing machine from your Bajaj electronics before 5 months now the machine is not working from 1 week so please send any executive from Samsung company as I don't have any contact number
Bought an ifb washing machine from them. Nobody comes for installation and they just evade phone calls . Sometimes answers and tell all lies.

    My name is junesh jain, and i had recently daiking a. C from bajaj electronics - paradise. This was purchased with the help of bajaj emi card and i was told that on every 5th the amount will get deducted from my account. It so happened that the ecs cheque was presented on 2nd without any intimation, secondly, the cheque has been presented 4 times as on today without any intimation. The paperwork done by bajaj electronics was such a waste of time. Most of the executives are in the verge of selling without providing any information to the customer. All they ask is for signature and pan card. Horrible service from this company. All they know is to loot the customers. The paradise office phone number is not working.[protected]. We cant speak to anyone at paradise office. This company is highly unprofessional. Beware of buying from this company.

      The product was delivered on 22 july 2018 with a defective freezer door that does not close properly and will effect the function of the unit and cause long-term repair issues, even after immediate complaint to the dealer in person at the store they...

But they said that they havent receive the money.So, I again paid 4870/- and brought the mobile.But the amount got deducted from my BOI account.So, I kindly request you to look ino this matter.
      I lost my bill and warranty card of Bajaj New Shakthi 25l Geyser. How to get a copy of the bill and warranty card? Is there a way?

          I have purchased iphone 8 plus from bajaj electronics, kondapur on 28 mar 2018 with no cost emi up to 9 months from icici. But in my everyday statement i am paying interest. I checked with them they told me cashback of 8k and interest amount will be credited to my bank with in 90 days. I got 8k cash back but i don’t get interest cash back. Just now i checked with person, he told me interest amount will be credited after completon of all emi’s. Is it true? I have the bill and statement and the person acknowledgements. Please help in this regard.

              I purchased a uj 752 (With lg sj5 for free on offer) led tv worth more than 1.2 lakh at bajaj electronics, ecil. I gave the whole money before 10 days... At the day of delivery, the manager said the product is damaged. Even on repeated requests, the management didn't satisfy me... Immediately i excused them and bought an oled b7 at the same store... When the product got delivered i found that the product is an used piece, used for 638 hrs.br...

              We have purchased a refrigerator of lg company worth 40000₹ at bajaj electronics alkapuri branch. One of your staff (Shiva) asked us to pay 200₹ on the delivery of the product. But the delivery guy charged us 400₹. When we called bajaj showroom and spoke to shiva.. He spoke in a very rude way with a vulgar language.. When we said we will complain against him... He said.. "my name is shiva... Go and complain where ever you want to.."
              It is not the matter of money.. We have purchased a product worth 40000₹... There is no problem in paying 400₹ as delivery charges.. But it is about your staff behaviour towards the customers..
              We have purchased all our electronics in bajaj... We didn't expect that the quality of service you provide will drop to this extent... We are very unhappy with your staff.

                I bought a washing machine from bajaj electronics chandanagar. After 3 workings days ie sundays ur team dont work it seems got a visitor from ifb saying that our guy will come for demonstration. After demonstration he found out that the machine is at fault. Da assosiate the people who supply told that the its a manfacturing default needs to be replaced it will take 8 working days. Approval has ro come from goa. Bajaj people first when i called the guys is not ready to listen to complaint makes yawing sound over the phone as if he is sleeping and not interested to take the call. Furious i made a visit to showroom they say that it will take another 48 hrs to register and replace. Luckily one more guy also has similiar complaint. Poor customer service from bajaj guys. I did not expect such a big giant co. To deal such a shabby way.

                  I am kasarla muthyam working as a asst. Prof.in a reputed engineering college-karimnagar,
                  I was purchased a bajaj indexation stove in spencers shoping mall in karimnagar on june-2016, my stove has giving trouble after the warranty, i have approached bajaj company service center to repair it, one week service center people was kept my stove in their office, at least they did not opened it in these week days, to be franc they don't have minimum knowledge to rectify the problem.
                  After one week the technical person told to me, that the board has damaged and it will take nearly rs/- 1000 repair.
                  I have take it back and repaired in ordinary shop for rs/- 100.
                  This is the dedication of your company service center in karimnagar.

                    I have ordered a samsung ac on 27/05/2018 and it was delivered on 28/05/2018 and the outdoor unit turned out to be faulty and ever they are telling me that will replace it and till now i. E. 04/06/2018 the ac is not delivered. I’m not happy with the way the dealer has handled my situation and would like to complain about it. I bought it from bajaj electronics paradise, secunderabad.
                    I have ordered the godrej refrigerator 255 duo on[protected] in panjagutta show room ND we paid spot cash they send me 225liters poor delivery ND wasting the time of ours ND until now they didn't send me the refrigerator which I have ordered if you people don't delivery my item today itself I will take my cash back

                      Sorry to state that we had a high opinion of bajaj electronics and its services and as such the product was costing couple of thousands extra, with the apprehension that the product reaches us in time to present it as a gift, to my dismay, the product was neither delivered till now nor a communication to that effect is made till i telephoned.
                      To be precise, the very purpose of booking the product to gift it on a special event is lost and makes no difference whether it is delivered or not.in fact, from a lower end product of 324 ltrs we had gone for a higher version of 495 ltrs by spending almost another 13, 000/- etc and end up in a mess.

                      Today, on an inquiry, it was informed that damaged product is available in the godown and hence waiting for fresh one.

We ask them to show the various models and different prices. But they give the neglegence answers. Please change the staff and take the action among him... How did he says don't come to our show room. And you are not fit for buying the products... And he behaves rudely...

                            I took the bajaj popular smart induction from palam market. The induction was not working after few days. I registered the complaint as per the process. The case was transferred to l r pant in delhi, the service provider works according to his availability. It has been one of the worst experience. I have to be at home for the person to come and to look into it. The engineer comes to the house and checks the machine and said the machine is not working and have to be replaced. I was told they will give me a slip to change the induction. But it has been 2 months i am chasing and nothing has happened. L r pant services are pathetic, i am still waiting for the change.
                            I would appreciate if that can be changed asap.

Very worst service. we are purchasing they will tell lots of things free (told Manager & Sales person) but They will not deliver proper. I called many times to reception. She will not connect to sales person or Manager. every time she will tell sales person in leave and Manager went outside just now. I called 2 days 8 tomes in day. Same answer. Normally iam staying in chennai. They opened new shop in nellore. i think good service. Very Very BAD service Be careful when you are purchasing the anything. Pls write in paper commitment and take photocopy. Manager (shop incharge) also worst person. DONT PURCHASE IN BAJAJ ELECTRONICS. If any clarifications iam available in my number [protected].
                              I took LCD TV in bajaj electronics on Saturday but I did not receive my TV it Now.. I called them many times but they are not giving me proper response...

                                Hi, i have purchased lg uhd tv 43 inches on 13th may 2018 from bajaj stores in hyderabad. Product is delivered on 14th may. I have taken this product on emi. We are very much disappointed with picture quality especially when watching normal channels picture quality is not good. When we enquire in the stores on 13th may on various tvs, the sales men promotes more on this brand compared to other tvs. I would like to return this product at any cost. Please let me know the process.
                                We parched Electric Stove( Induction Cooker) on[protected] in Vijayawada. we give stove to service center on[protected] for not working complaint, but till not problem solved. service center people not responding properly and they told again 4 to 5 days it's take. Every time they told wrong part came. So this is not Good Service.

                                    I bought Samsung Air Conditioner on March 15th and the Samsung people have installed on March 19th. In the initial days it worked good but after a week i started getting fault smell from AC. I have raised the complaint in the first week of April about the fault smell. Since then i am continuously calling to Samsung Customer care and Bajaj showroom people every week they are sending the executives and they said its a manufacturing defect it cant be done. I followed up with Samsung they are asking me to check with Bajaj Electronics (Forum Mall - Hyd Branch), when same checked with Bajaj Forum Mall staff they are asking me to check with Samsung. My problem is not resolved and continuously calling to both the executives of Bajaj and Samsung.

                                    I need a replacement for the Air Conditioner and I fed up with contacting both the executives. If the problem is not resolved i might take this to the next level.
