    I need to return a defective newly bought fridge and want a refund

    Address: Nacharam, Hyderabad

    I have purchased a new Haier Fridge on 7th April 2023 and the demo was done on 9th April 2023. From that time there was no cooling and Haier technician confirmed the unit is defective and raised a replacement with Bajaj.

    The Store manager (Arun) and the delivery executive from Nacharam branch are not responsible and never share the update. I need to call them and beg for the update on the replacement. They keep on saying,...

    It's really disgusting after buying the item nobody show any response at bajaj electronics store at banjara hills .. they're not picking my calls no response at all... kindly take action regarding this ots my humble request 🙏

      I bought new Whirlpool refrigerator on 28th March from Bajaj electronics store Nandyal which is not working properly and the service engineer told to return the refrigerator the same was informed to dealer and he promised to exchange the piece, but still no action has been taken.

          We have purchased a REDMI not 10 pro Max mobile in September 2021, now Mobile front camera is not working so i came to nearest authorised store to repair the phone as I have insurance on it, now when I call Bajaj electronics person he is saying your insurance is not printed on bill and seems like you don't have any insurance,
          I have the transactions of amounts I have paid and I want my money back or my mobile to be repaired

            Hi this is praveen,

            I have a good repayment history in bajaj electronics and till now I have done on time payments but for last month i missed payment due to my job lay off. So i took my time to repay the amount. The manager from somajiguda office his name is SACHIN has called me and spoke to me harshly by threatening to take away the product and he also told that I might have sold the product without any proofs. He spoke to me very rude and he doesn’t have any respect towards customer. I also enquired his name to raise a complaint and he doesn’t have any kind of fear of raising a complaint against him. Such kind of people will definitely make customers unhappy. With a serious hope I request you to check into this issue and I demand an apology from that “ATTITUDE STAR”

              I have purchased a refrigerator from bajaj electronics kphb hyderabad showroom on October 2015. Now the refrigerator compressor got a problem and technician said to replace it as it has still in warranty period. Could you please check the bill and provide me.

                The commitment was made to deliver the product within next working day, but it’s 5 th day now I have not received product yet, the sales person and delivery person are not at all responding for delivery, I am fed up calling them multiple times. Payment was made asap but they are not committed for the product delivery. Is this the service they provide,

                  I have purchased LG Ac 1.5 ton 2023 with wifi and Alexa connectivity from Bajaj electronics outlet at Plot No. 134 Ground Floor Jyothi Plaza, Mathrusree Nagar, Miyapur, Telangana 500049. However they have installed without wifi version Model no is RSNQ19JNZE and claiming that I have asked this product and not the wifi version, and wherein I fact I have paid the extra amount for the wifi model as well.

                    I bought LG AC in Bajaj electronics. The sales person told me multiple times that the installation of AC is free and they told the AC stand is also free. The reality is installation chargesof 1700rs are applied to us when we bought the product and delivered to home . This is where he fooled us. During buying he told that installation is free. And also the installation generally costs 1400 only but the AC stand costed 300 . This information is provided by LGservice boys who came to install AC in my home. What a loss. I need my refund of rs 1700.What a blufff master he is. Never ever buy in Bajaj Electronics

                      I have purchased LG 65 inches tv on[protected], I said that I will carry that TV along with me but they opposed saying that these should be delivered only by us and the delivery charge will be 250. I agreed for the same and they have intimated that they will deliver the same by 11am the next day. I have called them and they said that they will deliver by 2pm. I have repeatedly calling them but they were saying that the delivery address was missing from their side and the address mentioned was of non local. How irresponsible these people are? After so many calls and repeated follow ups they were saying it will take another 3 hours at 5pm, that means they will deliver the same at 8:00pm, they would have said the time earlier itself so that I need not waste my weekend looking for these useless people all the day wasting my valuable time. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and in future i won’t buy from ur store nor recommend to others also . U don’t even respond properly nor resolve the issue . Worst ever service i had experienced

                      Worst behaviour from employees who are talking on phone. They were saying that it was not then who was contacted earlier as the shift had changed. Don’t they feel responsible ??
                      I have spoken to Mr. Shyam who is in the dispatch team. He said that he will deliver the same in 2-3 hours and when I call him he doesn’t even know the whereabouts of the order and he was telling me to speak to the driver. Is that my job speaking to the driver about the delivery or his? If I have to do his work why was he working in your organisation.

                        I have taken a quotation for purchase of laptop from Bajaj electronics limited, opp appollo hospital kakinada branch, Andhra Pradesh.my bank sent the money through neft on 17.02.2023 during morning hrs but the branch have not delivered my laptop and saying that they will contact the headoffice since these many days and replying in rude manner

                              I have purchased Faber Gas stove 1 month back its was damaged due to gas leakage from the stove. I raised the request for stove exchange through CUSTOMER CARE but they have provided local manager no I calling him every day from last 15 days daily he is telling me he was busy and he will update the status in next 5 or 10 minutes after that he can't pick the call. Next day again same story. I was never expected this kind of ## service from Bajaj electronics

                                  I bought refrigerator on Jan 1 2023 and it got Delivered on 3rd January and LG representative opened the fridge on 4th Jan.

                                  I have observed that i received a demo piece where i see many scratches on the door and scratches on the vegetable tray..

                                  When i call the bajaj electronics, representative agreed that demo piece was delivered.now they are saying that i will receive new piece by Friday which i cant accept.

                                      We have purchased 3 products: TV 55 inches, Samsung washing machine and Samsung Refrigerator on 04/12/2022 but out of the 3 products Samsung Refrigerator products have received Damaged products.
                                      having dents in multiple places and we have selected a 20 years warranty product but received a 10 years warranty product. I have been intimated to the branch where i have purchased the product, but they did not respond properly.
