Dear Bajaj Electronics Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the replacement of my laptop, and the subsequent issues with the invoice.

On November 20th, 2023, I had my laptop replaced under warranty. While I appreciate the prompt response to my request, I am disappointed to inform you that I have yet to receive the invoice for the replacement. A copy of the invoice is crucial for record-keeping purposes, and its absence is causing inconvenience on my end.

Moreover, I would like to bring to your attention the matter of the replacement itself. I had initially purchased a specific laptop model with certain specifications, and to my surprise, the replacement offered to me is of a lower version. This is unacceptable, as I have paid for a specific set of features and capabilities that are now not being met.

When I raised my concerns about receiving a lower version, I was informed that upgrading to the same specification would require an additional payment. This is highly disappointing and contrary to fair customer service practices. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a replacement that is equivalent or superior to the original purchase, especially when the fault lies with the product itself.

I kindly request an immediate resolution to these issues. Firstly, I need the invoice for the replacement laptop at your earliest convenience. Secondly, I request that my replacement be upgraded to match the specifications of my original purchase without any additional cost, as this is a matter of honoring the warranty and providing fair customer service.

I trust that Bajaj Electronics values its customers and will take swift action to address these concerns. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a satisfactory resolution.

    Hi Team, I had purchased a Bajaj Fan in the Month of February 2023. The Fan had some issue and for which I raised a complaint with Them. An engineer visited and told that it's defective and put a replacement request. Since July/August 2023 I have been following up with them and they don't bother to do anything other than giving me next dates. Today it was even more when they behaved mad at my complaint .

      We are dissatisfied with our purchase of LG washing machine from Bajaj electronics ECIL branch. They have promised us 1liter Ariel matric liquid in the bill but they have delivered only 600ml and they have treated us with disrespect. We request you to rectify this situation and provide us with the promised product and an apology.

        We've bought a Samsung 28L microwave oven from Bajaj electronics (Ecil, Hyderabad), on 11th of September, got delivered next day and were told to not open the product Samsung agent would come and do it but the Samsung agent took 5 days to attend the service and came on Saturday (16th September) while attending the product the agent said that the play button has some fault and it need to be replacedand left.
        We tried all our best and got the product replaced from the Ecil branch (which was very difficult we went through series of calls and had to visit the store couple of times to ask them to deliver a new one). Finally now after the piece is replaced, it's been 3 days and nobody came to check/open it, it's just laying in dust in our home.
        Can something be done about this? It's already been 2 weeks since we ordered the product.

          I bought a side by side refrigerator LG brand last year. It has been only 8 months and the polish of one of the doors started vanishing. The product is still under warranty. When contacted Bajaj electronics, the manager simply denies any support. It’s a costly product and the product quality and the support from Bajaj electronics has been very disappointing. I request the store to take my request seriously and resolve my issue.

            My product is within warranty period n bajaj electronics Malakpet branch is refusing to replace they have send their technician n the technician himself said its a company defect because the semi automatic washing machine panasonic is when only 1/4 water filled is bulging out.

              I had purchased online Bajaj Masterchef 3.0 model mixer in feb 2022. After few days its jar coupler damaged. I complained in customer support and they replace. Again and again problem repeated. But now their parts ( jar's coupler) not available at service center.
              I fed up with this item.

                    Hello,

                    A salesperson in the Warangal Bajaj Electronics store is not processing my cancel order for a refrigerator that I did not take the delivery of.

                    The reason stated was that Amazon Pay doesn't support cancellation and refund, however I checked with Amazon Pay team and they mentioned that that is not correct.

                    The salesperson is also denying escalating it to higher team members so I am not able to resolve my issue.

                        Very very bad experience with Bajaj electronics had purchased iPhone 14 after 9days of purchase the phone not responding and not wort touch at all even perporming restarts or software update. Approached store with same problem the customer support not genuine and giveing correct information to resolve the issue I would like to go for replacement as it is below 10 days of purchase.

                        They have wasted my valuable 12 hour of time be insisting worng information and send me to visit service centre couple of time to rectif to replace product. Such a waste company not giving value to customer.

                          I have purchased iPhone 14 from kothapet store, after 9 days iPhone not r of store manager and salesmen not good to customer.
                          Lot of communication gap wasted my time 12 hours on 13 May 2023 asked me visiti service centre couple time to get phone repelced as it is below 14 days of purchase.
                          Very much frusstated with the Bajaj electronics. I will choose other options to rectify my issue ladge same complaint as per Indian consumer sale guide lines and interaction happened over my iPhone 14 issue

                            The Downpayment shows as Per Bajaj Records is 16, 436 but two transaction of Rs.19653 & Rs.1199 were done through my Credit Card.

                              My name is Sunita Gupta and from more than 10 days I have been complaining about a induction cooktop not working correctly but the customer service team is doing nothing. On the first day( 7th April 2023) a technician visited, he told that the problem in your induction cooktop is due to low voltage supply in your house and did nothing else, but that's not the case the voltage supply of my house us completely fine for a induction cooktop to work. I have been calling the customer service daily since the last technician visit( 7th April 2023), the customer service people are just telling that a technician will visit you in 3-4 working days but it's been more than 10 days and a technician hasn't visited. I want the induction cooktop to be repaired or replaced with a properly working induction cooktop as soon as possible.

                                        We have purchased a REDMI not 10 pro Max mobile in September 2021, now Mobile front camera is not working so i came to nearest authorised store to repair the phone as I have insurance on it, now when I call Bajaj electronics person he is saying your insurance is not printed on bill and seems like you don't have any insurance,
