Hello Team,

I ordered on Wednesday, 07/12/2022, I placed two orders from the website (shop.bajajelectricals.com).

1. Non-stick Celek+ 29 cm non-stick flat pan 4 mm. Order ID[protected].
2. Uncoated Snackmaker Appam Chatti with lid. Order ID[protected].

I regret to inform you that the above order was supposed to be delivered but I have not received any delivery from you.

    We have purchased 3 products: TV 55 inches, Samsung washing machine and Samsung Refrigerator on 04/12/2022 but out of the 3 products Samsung Refrigerator products have received Damaged products.
    having dents in multiple places and we have selected a 20 years warranty product but received a 10 years warranty product. I have been intimated to the branch where i have purchased the product, but they did not respond properly.
    Please review my request and replace the new product.
    Attached the damaged product photos and 10 years warranty product.

      I have purchased a usha company geyser on 01/12/2022 in Bajaj Electronics, Nakkalagutta, Hanmakonda, Warangal - 506001. Before Purchasing the product the sales person in Bajaj Electronics had promised that we will be getting free installation including with free inlet, outlet pipes and free angle knob. But during the installation time they are claiming that there will be no free angle knob. So, we have send back the installation person without installation. So kindly please resolve the issue by providing the angle knob and complete my product installation process which is pending.

        I have purchased Bajaj Flora Instant Water Heater 3L on 17 Nov 22 which was installed on 18 Nov 22. After use of only 03 days (Three days) the said water heater stops working. On complaining to Bajaj Mechanic he reported defect in wiring. I immediately called the electrician but the wiring and all switches were in good condition because of Anchor fitting before 02 years only. Finally the defect found in the water heater. It heated once and then stops, again it has to be reset again and again. After even 05-06 days neither the dealer nor Bajaj is replacing the above said water heater which is so panic. Now I have no way to go to the consumer court.

                  I called store person but they are telling that we have to receive d confirmation frm company. it has to b 3 days passed but no replacement given to me...

                    Rs. 1172 deducted from my account without my notice. I have been contacting for both bajaj n my bank team, both are saying they have not deducted and same pushing on each other. Please let me know.
                    I have purchased 2 phones from bfl, 1 I have paid on time on 2nd through ecs, another I did not, but i paid very next day with bounce charges online. Now yesterday Rs. 590 n Rs. 582, has been deducted from my account. Please let me know the reason and can i get refund.

                      I have buyed a washing machine and a refrigerator in Fritzy electronics on 24th Aug for 13000 rupees. Then when i tried using it the products were fully damaged where both are in bad condition. When i informed the same to the person who coordinated with me they said it will be replaced in 2 days after that also it was not done. I followed up for the sane and went to their office location as well but also they gave silly reasons and still it is not replaced and now since 11th Sep they are not responding for calls and messages.

                        I would suggest not to buy this product
                        Complaint has been resolved by bajaj service officials by giving demo .Issue was not in product.
                        Bajaj Electronics — Fx 1000 dlx food processor is nice product.

                                I would like to bring to all of the concerns of Bajaj Electronics, that I have purchased one Samsung Frame TV details mentioned below from M/S Bajaj Electronics, ASR Nagar, Hyderabad on 12th June 2022.

                                However the product got delivered to me on 7th July 2022 and the installation was done on 11th Aug 2022.

                                During installation, the TV was opened by the Samsung technician and connected to the Power supply, but there were some issue with the sound of the TV and the technician left without any further plan of action with verbal comment to contact Dealer.
                                I am in midway niether Bajaj nor Samsung helping me for the replacement or full refund for the TV.
                                The issue was it was committed for installation within 3 months and product replacement if any issue found. But now both companies putting blame on each other to take care. This is really frustrating for customer.

                                  I have purchased Aquaguard water purifier on 6th August 2022, I received late delivery but that’s not a problem during installation we found that product is faulty as it leaking water from machine, then I was promised for product replacement which did not happened. I am contacting you everyday to follow up my complaint but all I get is 24 time line to wait.

                                  I still not received any call from Aquaguard, seems like you have completely ignoring my complaints.

                                  I purchased this product at Baja electronics, but this enterprise has no customer service at all the numbers they gave on customer copy are not working .

                                  Please take this complaint against both bajaj electronics and Eurekaforbes/Aquaguard for not caring about customer at all and please take an action so that product will be taken back and refund is processed

                                    I specifically asked for Extended warranty from Samsumg and Bajaj has given its own extended warranty which is way higher in price. Samsung provides 3 years extended warranty in much cheaper price. Bajaj electronics people didn't informed about Samsung extended warranty even after enquiring about it and cleverly sold their own policy, which is unacceptable. Please escalate and report the issue against bajaj.
