Js nw i called to the store the sales person is speaking in reckless manner with the customer..
I called to buy lenovo idea pad 3 10th genration He is telling that our price is greater than online price...I requested that online price is lesss the sales person is saying that buy in online our stores rates are high dont buy in store he is saying like that..Is this the correct way to speake with the customer?

      I bought a refrigerator from Bajaj electronics Shaikpet 3 weeks ago and received a defective product for which I received a replacement after 1 week and unfortunately that too turned to be a bad product.

        Dear Sir,

        We have purchased samsung AC wi fi model in Feb 2021 from Bajaj electronics forum mall. Since the used /damaged one is delivered from the godown, we have replaced with Godrej AC 2020 1.5 ton inverter model.There was again the problem with the unit as it was repaired 4 times in a span of 10 days. Now it was replaced again.

        The problem is that Bajaj electronics has replaced with 2019 model instead of replacing with same one.I am trying to contact the manager ( Raju) for the last 2 to 3 weeks but not reacheable or available

        We have purchased this product on finance and now we are paying higher amount for the old 2019 product. This is not fair from Bajaj electronics and let me know if you can replace it with same one or else refund the amount paid.

          I ordered sony spekaers on 11th of june 2021 I didn't recived the spekars and evry day your organization people said you will get today but it's not happening, I never see this kind of worst experience in my life, it's too bad and worest, definitely I will post this issue social media apps .

            I have ordered for one pair of airpods for Rs11, 990 vide order no[protected] on 26.4.21.

            My bank account got debited with the same amount. However, a mail has been received from support. Bajajelectronics. in wherein it was stated that my order was cancelled without mentioning the reason.

            Request you to refund my amount of Rs. 11, 990, failing which appropriate action would be initiated.

            Trying to reach over phine, mail but there was no response and calls are being dropped for the reasons known to you.

            Pl. Look into the matter and refund the amount at the earliest

                        My cooler Bajaj Platini PX97TORQUE not work ... as I complained about it and it’s resolved but within two days same problem occurs and I complained it again in consumer care but still not response from consumer care and electricians. Very poor service by Bajaj.
                        Plz resolve problems in short time.

                          AC installation done on 12/04/2021, stopped working after one hour.Complaint registered many times.Technician said PCB problem in Outdoor Unit will change the ODU till today 25/04/2021 not rectified.Very bad service from both ends.Bajaj electronic persons has to replace as per Panasonic concerned persons information but Bajaj persons delaying.Both the parties are culprits.

                            I ahve purchased 2 items from gajuwaka bajaj electronics they have given proframa invoice when i am submited to my company for ltc special package they said that submit tax invoice bill and i request that gajuwaka bajaj electronics store they said not possible. but same thing is happen for my colleague also at railwaycolony bajaj electronics branch and he requested them then they given tax invoice.

                            I am P.vykunta rao and working in central government organization and i have purchased items for my LTC special package and I have purchased usha mixer and iron box at gajuwaka, visakhapatnam store and they have given proforma invoice and i have submitted this bill for my ltc special package but they asked tax invoice now i request that gajuwaka stores but they didn't give that tax bill.

                            I have called the customer care also so many times but no response.Why you're giving Proforma an invoice to the customer's if you give directly a tax invoice then there is no problem.

                                I have ordered a two voltas split A/C from Bajaj Electronics Medchal.
                                Two A/C's were ordered at the same time. They said the delivery charges would be applicable where in my home is just 1km away from the showroom where I have placed the order. They said the stock is at SanathNagar and to get it here there will be deliverable charges. I don't understand the point why are they charging the customer to bring the asset from the godown to showroom. Moreover the two A/C's were delivered seperately just to charge the delivery charges two times which seems to be their plan. Please look into this.

                                    I brought a Air Cooler at your store in khammam, municipal road branch on 11/04/2021. Requested your employee for GST Bill along with my name and delivery address as local where I staying, but he didn't issued and argued with me and said don't buy from us we don't issue in unparliamentary language. So I taken it and applied for claim and rejected today.

                                    Again today visited your store and met with manager as he sat besides cashier and answering and arrogantly and using unparliamentary language that don't buy from us and suggesting employees to don't sell such small things.
