Hi,

We purchased a fridge from bajaj electronics, Rajahmundary branch on 16th Aug. Within 10 days the fridge stopped twice automatically. Local electrician informed it's a fridge problem at the first time. We contacted bajaj electronics and informed the same. The person from bajaj electronics told that he will send some person for demo and for detail checking. Till now nobody visit and today the fridge stopped on of a sudden. We are trying to reach the branch person. He is avoiding our calls and the pings. This is the response your team provides. We shouldn't made decision to buy electronics in yours at first.

      I have purchased SAMSUNG Refrigerator Model /Year

      RT34T4542S8/HL/2020 from BAJAJ Electronics showroom in Vanasthalipuram, on Date :[protected].

      The refrigerator is having some issue now and is not functioning and not cooling. The customer care of SAMSUNG requesting a bill copy.

          Sir, I have purchased a washing machine in the month January 2021. It was not functioning well. Samsung service center mechanics came to my house to rectify the the problem but invain. The washing machine making much noise and more vibration.. Service centre manager is saying that I have to compromise with the sound and vibration. I have purchased the washing machine for Rs 73000/. There is no need for me to compromise with the sound and vibration. In this regard I request you to kindly rafund me my amount at an early time

            Dear Sir,

            This is with reference to the purchase we made for LG Ref GC-B247SVZV (inv num - 1252/21/S-12503) on 25/07/21 at Bajaj electronics, srinivas nagar colony, Ameerpet, hyd. The executive tricked us with an EMI option and supposedly 0% interest (though it is 1.3%) and swiped our card with that option when we were still enquiring on the several options available. We wanted to go for one time payment but due to negligence from your executive we are forced to go with this option as we were told we cannot revert with same card. Needless to say, he was not even apologetic and I am sure I am not going to visit this ever again nor recommend anyone. Kindly ensure your executives are trained to treat customers with integrity.

              Respected sir,

              I had purchase Electronics(LG LED TV - 22, 201/-price) from madhapur branch last year 3rd august 2020.
              I have paid 7404/- down pament at branch.

              I got 12 months installments started from september nd 2020, first instalment 1387/- on september,

              and evrymoth i have paing 1505/- till now all the installments,
              1505/- rupees are being cut every month,
              More cuts are being imposed than expected.I want my extra paid money to be put back into my account
              At all the money I have to pay every month is only 1234/-.
              but now I didn't the installments completed msg or Email.

              I am worrying that they will deduct extra instalments from my bank account.

                With respect to the request for cancellation of order above mentioned, I have gone inquiring about the status of refund; however I see no response from your side for last 20 days..
                Further I do not see any customer support number who I can contact. Today I reached the nearest store at Nacharam and they confirmed having no info about the order.

                Please advise the next step and ensure the refund at the earliest.

                  Sir i have brought new DELL INSPIRION 15 3000 laptop 1 day ago in bajaj electronics HANAMKONDA.                       I purchased a Samsung 7kg top load washing machine from Bajaj electronics Warangal branch. When the Samsung executive came to give a demo of the machine he found that it was faulty.
                      (DC error: door close)
                      We were advised to return the machine.
                      Above everything we were given the display piece, can't imagine how they could do this.
                      Why should I buy a machine which is on display since ever.

                              I bought a refrigerator from Bajaj electronics Shaikpet 3 weeks ago and received a defective product for which I received a replacement after 1 week and unfortunately that too turned to be a bad product.

                                Dear Sir,

                                We have purchased samsung AC wi fi model in Feb 2021 from Bajaj electronics forum mall. Since the used /damaged one is delivered from the godown, we have replaced with Godrej AC 2020 1.5 ton inverter model.There was again the problem with the unit as it was repaired 4 times in a span of 10 days. Now it was replaced again.

                                The problem is that Bajaj electronics has replaced with 2019 model instead of replacing with same one.I am trying to contact the manager ( Raju) for the last 2 to 3 weeks but not reacheable or available

                                We have purchased this product on finance and now we are paying higher amount for the old 2019 product. This is not fair from Bajaj electronics and let me know if you can replace it with same one or else refund the amount paid.

                                    My bank account got debited with the same amount. However, a mail has been received from support. Bajajelectronics. in wherein it was stated that my order was cancelled without mentioning the reason.

                                    Request you to refund my amount of Rs. 11, 990, failing which appropriate action would be initiated.

                                    Trying to reach over phine, mail but there was no response and calls are being dropped for the reasons known to you.
