Dear Sir, As i am a valuable customer of Bajaj Finance, Bajaj provided me a PL against my proper payments on all EMIs, They offer me 1, 14000.00 as loan and in that 1, 08000.00 sanctioned for me and they deposited in bank, Past 10 months they got from my bank and unfortunately we are forget to deposit money in my bank due to we are out of India, The collection department from your end Mr. Mohan and his Manager was cruded us like anything using all type of words and they gone to my dad's house and had a lot of bad words my dad was 80 age, Now the payments has been cleared my dad was sick and afraid who is going to take care of him can u This is the first time from my end missing payment, Note: You all know if the payment is made by the customer it should be collected in a right manner this is not trhe way to act For your kind information i filed a case on above person further ask him to face Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to you post we tried reaching you, but your number was not reachable. One the outset we apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. While we check your loan account, we see that the EMI's for the months of Aug'14 & Sept'14 were outstanding and our collections team was in touch with you to collect the same. We acknowledge the payment made by you towards the outstanding EMI's on 19th Sept'14. We would also request you to keep your account duly funded before the EMI due date to avoid such instances in future.
