Ive completed my pulsar bike loan (Loan No L2WTHE[protected] months before, so far i didnot receive my original RC book...But i received NOC.. Dealer told that we are not responsible for my RC Book... Finance company is sole responsibility for my RC book... ... Bajaj Finserv cheating its loyal customer... I need my RC book at the earliest..
