Bajaj Finance — An Extra EMI Taken

Hello, In the month of April, I had missed my EMI on 2'nd of April. After around 20 days a guy came from your side and asked me to do payment, As your website server was down that day, He said me to pay cash, I gave him cash 3400, and in return he gave me the receipt. And next day itself automatically ECS was deducted from my bank account. SO now there is one extra EMI taken from you. Initially i was been told it would be adjusted by my local Bajaj finserv agent, But its three months now and every month ECS is deducted on time. My loan is ending on 2nd august. But as one month has been taken extra, It should end on this july month only, Im not able to talk to any customer care as well. You tell me what has to be done!!
