Dear sir this is informed you that my self Mr Gaurav kothawade used DBS Bank credit card but on 3 July 2023 I had recieved call from unknown number and told me to increase my credit limit and took OTP from me after few time 2 unauthorised transactions done on my card kindly plz hold amount I have mention trasaction details below
1. Transaction ID[protected] amount 42965 rs
2.Transaction ID[protected] amount 43007 rs

I have taken personal loan of Rs.46, 000. I have told the agent to keep the loan due as 24 months but he has kept it for 36 months. That's the reason I have cancelled the loan and I paid the amount in the cash counter.

But now I got my 1st emi deducted. Can I know why?

Can you please refund the amount and close the loan.

Dears,

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on dec-2018 i purchase mobile under 6 months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in july-2019 after 6 months of settling the emis and all. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

An amount of Rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of HDFC bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I was used Bajaj Network EMI card Very Long Time Back and cleared the EMI in 6months and after that it was not used and there is no single rupee due in that card. I do not have any EMI Card.
They used call me to take the card I told them N number time that I do not need the card. But still they deducted.

Kindly refund my amount of Rs 117 at the earliest. You can contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

Rs. 117/- deducted from my account without any information to me and also I do not remember any transaction I made with them.

I have 3 emi’s currently running on my bajaj card for 5509/-, 4800/- and 4167/-rupees. I paid all the emi’s on June 1st by advance emi option provided by bajaj finserv application. And also I reviewed payment confirmation messages from the bajaj also. But on June 2nd emi auto debuted from my account once again. Sufficient balance is not there so 4800/- emi got deducted again. And on June 3rd I have charged return port charged of 118/- twice for other 2emi’s
Kindly rrfund my money

I have purchased ac in 2019 april and paid 6 months emi and got noc also.
still my account got debited of 117/_ every year as cmp mandate.
how they debit without informing customer?

They are calling daily morning at 8 am disturbing a lot i need you totake action they are very annoying we have small kids at home pls take action

I noticed that in my SBI account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. Without my concern how did they deduct the money from my account. I have no dues with them and Clear all the EMI a long time back.

It is to be noted that I have no EMI Card and I have never applied for any EMI card and even if it had been issued I have never received it till now. So, I need my money to be refunded.

Amount of Rs. 117/- debited from my saving bank A/c, all my emi are completed since 2years.

I have close Bajaj finance emi card after using it for buying phone. I have been charged once then I recalled card is active so I called Bajaj and asked to close and deactivate the card then after 4-6 month I received message that I have to pay for card annual fees which I already have deactivated and this is third time I have received message and got message from my bank that debit request declined as I have close of bank account. Need help with this.

Sir, I am Chittabrata Kundu, a resident of Barddhaman, West Bengal. I would like to inform you that on 15.05.2023 Bajaj Finance Ltd put forward an CMP mandate charge on my SBI savings account, due to that rs 117 deduction took place. I would like to inform you that I neither opted for any credit service nor am I having any dues to Bajaj Finance. My Bajaj Finance Ltd customer ID is 39593435.
