      Hello,

      On Nov 15 2022 my account has debited with Rs 117 without my knowledge from Bajaj Finance Ltd. I have closed the EMI I had with Bajaj Fin but still they are deducting the amount from the account.

      Please act on it at the earliest and help me to get the refund the amount.

        he has cheated us @28500.00

        as we received call from him says that loan approved we paid processing free 5500 and he said after 30 need to pay stamp paper fee @23000 we paid after that he said when we will get disbursement he denied
        he said what ever you want to do do it we will not pay back

        Pl help to recover from him

          Today morning i received a call from [protected] and the person introduced her as she was calling from Bajaj Finance and she told me that i have to pay Rs. 8, 000/- today itself. Otherwise Collection Executive will show photo to all my neighbours and damage my name. They wont move from there till the payment given by me.

            we have taken the loan from bajaj finance to purchase the a/c in 2019, and we did closed the loan after paying the all the emis, but still we have been charging rs.177 everymonth without our knowledge from my account,

            we need this to be stop with immdediate effect and refund the amount which was stolen by bajaj finance from my account

              Hi my account is [protected](vinoth kumar .U) and for the loan account 471DDFIM617186 I have paid the emi along with the bounce charges which is 2917+347+450=3714 on 31st october 2022, but only the emi amount(2917) is updated in the application, but still the bounce charges (450)along with penalty interest is showing in the application...

              Why it is not updated till now, it's more than 7days, , and day by day the charges shows as increasing who will bear thus charges??
              I have paid fully and why it's not updated and showing???

              I need it to be cleared within 07/11/2022 today eod, also find the receipt given by collection agent attached

                Hi my account is [protected](vinoth kumar .U) and for the loan account 523DDFIC614611 I have paid the last emi along with the bounce charges which is 2917+316+450=3683 on 21st october 2022, but only the emi amount(2917) is updated in the application, but still the bounce charges (450)along with penalty interest is showing in the application...

                  I cancelled my EMI on 9th of October 2022 and I was assured that within 48 hours I will receive my amount(Rs 8999). However, after a month, I haven’t received my amount.

                              Dear Team,

                              I had availed a financial assistance of Personal Hybrid Flexi loan amounting Rs.1146433/- on 18.02.2020 vide loan account number P410DHP1521901. And I had repaid the entire amount in February 2021. Even after that they had deducted an AMC charge in March 2021.

                              During the time of loan disbursement, Sudipto (+[protected] was unclear about the foreclosure charges. I got a clarity only in February 2022 when they again called up for keeping an adequate amount for the AMC payment.

                              I had requested the team to close the loan account as I had paid off the loan in February 2021 before resigning from my employment. Still they had taken the AMC after that.

                              And right now, I am not employed
                              anywhere.

                              The Bajaj Finance We Care Team wrote to me -
                              "Further to your query regarding foreclosure charges, Refer Page No. 20, Under Schedule II, Point No.8, Prepayment Charges - Full Prepayment charges where it is mentioned that Foreclosure charges will be applicable 4% plus Taxes on reduced assigned limit".

                              Now since there is no outstanding then why not close the account? Unnecessarily, why do I have to pay the AMC when there's no loan outstanding. Howcome, now Bajaj Finance is asking me to pay an outstanding amount of Rs 109/-?

                              The company's sales person Sudipto (+[protected] was not available to talk when I was texting him to close the account. He got someone on the phone to tell me that closing of the account is not possible. But while getting the customer onboard he was super quick in directly responding!
                              Total lack of transparency on part of Bajaj Finance when it comes to closing of flexi loan account.

                              Fraudulent activities denied by Bajaj Finance:

                              Against this loan account a fraudulent activity of Rs 12100/- was done through Bajaj Mobikwik app on 30th November 2021 after the call came from Bajaj Finance (as the Truecaller showed). After realising that I was fooled, I had disconnected. The fraudster then repeatedly called up on my mobile (as shown in the attached screenshots.

                              As was expected, Bajaj Finance denied the involvement of its employees and gave me some IP addresses. If some employee is not involved in divulging customer info to the fraudster then how could he tell me the transaction details of the loan account?
                              And as I have heard from others, this is quite common followed by a futile exercise of writing to cybercrime cell for the customers.

                              The fraudster has already taken four years' AMC from my ICICI bank account and currently I have no money in the bank after the fraudulent activity.

                              Hence, I would request Bajaj Finance to close my loan account without taking any further charges - be it foreclosure or Rs 109/-.

                              I would wait with patience till the issue is amicably settled by the company else I would have to put up this letter on social media and give a Google review.

                                  The executive called me and said that I have sanctioned a pre-approved loan of Rs. 1, 44, 000/-. so that I accepted. Later I got a call from another executive, for documents and he explained the loan details. He said that Loan will be disbursed in full and the interest is 1.57 per month and the tenure is 2 years and I accepted and submitted the documents. The next day he called and asked me to open the loan agreement link and asked me to click accept and proceed options. He was not given time to read the agreement, I thought he may have mentioned the details of what he promised me. Hence I accepted the agreement. Once the loan amount was disbursed I came to know the amount was sanctioned to me is 1, 59, 632/-, but the loan disbursed 1, 41, 000/-, interest rate 32% per annum, tenure 3 years. almost 18000/- was deducted for 2 insurance, breakup period interest and processing fees. later I requested them to cancel both insurance. They cancelled and adjusted the amount towards the loan as a part payment and I Informed them to make changes in interest rate and tenure as they promised but they did not agree and they tried to convince me and they are asking proof. I couldn't recorded the call, how could I provide proof. through their company number only the executive has spoken, then they can take that records right.
                                  I don't know why they don't keep their words. It's my humble request to you to resolve this issue. please reduce interest and tenure as they promised.

                                      Hello sir/madam
                                      My name is T Nadeshu Rao. In April 2019, I brought a vehicle from Odisha Bajaj on 3 year installment. Which is supposed to end on 2022 April.
                                      Since I did not pay installments for 3 months during covid, so I have paid installments every month till August 2022. And I paid the fine sum of 12, 800 separately in my loan ID which I have the screenshot of that payment. The officer says that, All your money has been paid and your loan will be closed in 3 days. it will take time to update. I also have the call recording of what she said, But now it's been 2 months now, bajaj officials are threatening to ask for money, otherwise they will take the bike off the road. they agree that I have paid the money but the system is not updated, so they are bothering me by asking me to pay again
