I am tapendu mandal, from shibpur, howrah, west bengal. Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve comes regarding taking loans. Sometimes they call it at late night. These calls are from some autogenerateds numbers. So, you can not call back. I am not interested to take loan or availing any other services from bajaj finance service. There is no option for unsubscribing the service. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no.[protected].

My husband paid emi for every month but no message had come on the phone whether the amount is getting deducted or not. We went to the store to complain about this but they said that the company is messaging and will message from next month or check the bank but the bank said that it will come from bajaj finance. We were played like football. However we were told from the store that in july it will get over but as usual no messages came from bajaj and then suddenly a call is received that i have to pay 2800 (Which is more than my emi around 2300) and telling me to pay tomorrow. What nonsense this is. Out of the blue moon they are now calling us to pay the emi. My question is why bajaj people do not send messages of receiving the paid amount and sending a statement report on our mailing address. How are we to know how much is debited and how much is left. How irresponsible the representative are or the company is. Who is to be blamed!. I need this matter taken to its serious concern. I am not here to pay any penalty for the company's wrong function of work. I need all the statement reports first.

We recently availed a loan from you. We have had some expenses that were being covered by bajaj finance loan department and we are glad that you offered us loan.

Despite the loan has been sanctioned and already processed, we keep on getting calls (Marketing calls) from bajaj finance asking if we have any loan requirement.

We don't understand this, why would you call us again & again at least till this tenure is over again asking us for any loan requirements?

You are expected to stop such marketing calls to at least those who have already availed loan from you.

We are already registered for dnd but such facilities are a farce in this country, they do not work.

I Nagarbhai Mafatlal Panchal residing at Nava Naroda Ahmedabad applied on line for personal loan of Rs. 5.0 lac to Bajaj Finance on 0% interest. I got a call on my mobile from Bajaj Finance Pune Representative Kanika 's Mb No.[protected] that we have received your application and its approved. you will getconfirmation letter on your email and you have to sign loan Agreement which we are sending. I sent it duly signed by me.
After that I got the confirmation of approval of Loan on my email address through Mr. Adarsh Guliya. After that said that you have to pay two instalment of Loan amount i. e. Rs 20800/= .I had paid through NEFT in IDBI Bank Mayur Vihar Branch A/c No. [protected] IFSC Code IBKL 000877. Then after told me that you have to pay NOC charges Rs 10000/= which I had paid the same accounts. Then after Mr.Rahul told me that you have to pay Rs 20000. GST. I had requested that I cannot paid the same then they waive Rs. 10000 on 17.5.18 through Email of Mr Adarsh Guliya and told me that you have to pay Rs. 10000 which I had again Paid Rs. 10000 on 1st June. 2018
Now again Ms Ritu Singh from Mb no[protected] told me to pay Rs. 10000 as GST i[censored] r not paying this amount your loan will not be disburse.I had written complain to Chairman of BAJAJ FINANCE Pune through email. I had requested that pl. reimburse me money which I had deposited to you Rs. 58800.00 but they are not lifting the mobile nor giving any answer.

Now I request you that pl look into the matter and ask them to give me my deposited money because I had paid the leading company's name and Goodwill.
I hope that you will give me the justice and response.

Dear sir
urgent clarification against personal loan no 580pht83444598 which was approved for rs 32300/- on 03 aug 18 and the amount of rs 200000+99950 credited to account on 03 aug 18 instead of the sanctioned amount.

As per loan agreement the interest rate for the loan @ 9.82%. However emi for the said loan should be rs 6800/- but as per your calculation its showing the emi rs 8027/- per month and how it possible

request mrs anuja who sanctioned my loan to call back me urgently for further clarification neither i will go through the legal procedure my no [protected], [protected]

I have borrowed loan of 42 lac vide loan account number 405fsp31608699. Now i want to sale the mortgaged property and the buyer want to take housing loan from other bank. I have requested many times though mail and app to issue foreclosure letter with outstanding amount and list of documents but no response from bajaj finserv. Their customer care number in only for emi cards......

Hi bajaj team,

You guys are killing me like anything by calling on my mobile number ([protected]) on daily basis, per day i'm getting 10 calls from bajaj. Going forward request to stop calling/messaging/emailing me or else i will take this issue to higher level.

My number is registered in dnd and still i am getting many many calls from different number everytime from bajaj finance. This company must be fined heavily for breaking the dnd protocol and keep calling people by storing their mobile numbers from unsolicited sources.

I have tried many times to tell the caller to remove my number from their list for over a year now. Still every week i get 2-3 calls from them. Not sure how and from where have their got my number.

I don't require any personal loan so i request you to please remove my contact number from your database. I am really fed up with the daily calls around 6-8 times from your end and requesting again to remove my number else i will file a case against you for the same.

My mobile no. is [protected] which is registered for DND. However, i still keep on receiving 2-3 calls per day. Inspite of informing your representative in each call that my number is on DND and please update your records that i dont need a loan and i dont want to receive any calls in this regard. Please update your records or face action if i face any further harrasement on this account

My customer ID is 67727837.I purchased refrigerator for ₹17, 000. EMI is ₹ 417. Due to extended warranty extra ₹333 have been cutted from my account. Since the service is taking money and I don't want to wish to continue with the extended warranty, I wish to cancel this service.So please cancel my extended warranty to my refrigerator.

We applied for personal loan but ir executive misguide us and now we want to close the loan but none response from ahmedabad branch. We are in bery stressful comdition. We think about big fraud to us by your company. Nome is responding on mail. Please do needful. Your customer service is very bad. None is responding. They dont know the process how to close the or cancle the loan. I think they are unskilled.

Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 16th march from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_12/july/2018. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

My father needs some amount for urgent work. And he has bajaj finserv card. So, therefore he thought he should ask them to. So, he just made a call to them knowing the basic procedure of taking loan and percentage of loan and tenure etc.

Cce person asked him to share otp you'll have receive on your register mobile number and for check your details. So my father did the same.

Then further he said that you are eligible for your demanding loan amount and he sent loan agreement and needful documents in mail id providing by my father.

But here is the twist that he already approved the loan when my father clearly mentioned that first i will discuss with my family then i will let you inform about it. But within 72 hrs amount credited in to my father bank account.

After that my father tried so many times their customer care number but no one giving any resolution even they do not speak cordially. They are very rude on call.

My father is not much well educated to lodge complain for this and i am out of town. Now i came at home so i lodge this complaint about fraud.

The cce said we will receive rs 4, 70, 000 but we received 4, 49, 949 rs (Rtgsiw-bajajfinancelimited 191-hd fcr[protected]
And they did not give any proper response of difference of 20, 051rs.

Please have look into this and help me out this trouble.

This is regarding getting lots of calls from Bajaj Finance services on [protected].

My number is already registered for do not disturb category.

I don't want any loan or any kind of card or any kind of services from Bajaj Finance. this is it getting really irritated, as you gets multiple call each and every day from them. please stop this.

Dear sir,

I applied for a loan on 8th of june for 5 lacs and subsequently i call a call from mr prasanto and sent all dox. Later part he said to give a draft of 35000 in favur of rage multi state credit co-operative society limited and sent a persons for collection which i made on 8th from allahabad bank.

Till after the draft is given no one visited and no formalities received so far. I subsequently called up mr biswajit on [protected] in vain.

Sir my personal request is if the loan is not given, pls return the draft which is given to u.

My name is anita kotwani, my loan id no. Is 430bar36162740, my emi card no. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked but they are unable to give me any proper reason thet why my card is blocked, this is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Kindly resolve this issue and unblock my card as soon as possible and send me a confirmation by return mail on my mail id - [protected]@gmail.com

Bajaj fin service charging inactivation emi card charges twice in two years.

In 2016 year they charged rs. 99 and this (2018) year again they are charging rs. 117. But, i never used bajaj fin service emi card in my life time.

So, i am requesting for refund of my inactivation charges to my hdfc bank.

26-aug-2016 charged rs. 99 from hdfc bank by

25-jul-2018 charged rs. 117 from hdfc bank by
Bajaj card fee-bf[protected]

I constantly gets calls in a day atleast 3 to 4 times for loans . I have asked them not to call me but the calls keep coming. I received the call from a girl, I told her to remove me of the dialing list and not to call me . She disconnected the call the very next instant I got a call from another person from bajaj finance I yelled saying I just answered stating I dont need loans, for which I got to know the girl insisted he call me .
They are playing the prank with our numbers and literal harassment
