I have been getting this annoying phone calls from bajaj finserv on daily basis about 6 to 7. Even blocking them, they start calling at my number from all different numbers. Its so, disturbing that i once went to police station to complain about it. They said they will register with the it cell. Just would request it for the final time. Stop it or else be ready for a consumer case and it cell complain.

Hi bajaj finance team,

I have been receiving regular phone calls (At least 8-10 times a day) from bajaj finance services - either automated calls or from various executives since a long time. I am neither interested in availing a loan of any kind and nor do i appreciate being hounded by such unsolicited calls.

Thus, please do not annoying me any further and take appropriate steps to ensure that i do not receive any such calls in future. If not, then i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no is [protected].

All emi payed through bank but may be last emi was not deducted due to some problem that i don't khow

But after that bajaj finance did not informed me and naw after more than one year amount is aprox 6000 due to intrest on pending money

Also i don't know where to pay that amount and why to pay extra amount due to intrest

Please help if possible pareshaan ho gya hu

I am santhosh from chennai. My no is [protected]. I am chartered accountant professional in practice. I get call almost daily regarding pre approved loans for chartered accountants from bajaj finance. Inspite of repeated request to not call me because of my dis interest, i am getting calls and msgs daily during my busy professional time especially when i am in meeting which is irritating and affecting my peace of mind. I am not able to concentrate in my profession.
I expect them to stop troubling me with their promotional calls henceforth.

I had taken Housing loan and personal loan from Bajaj Finance in 2010.Till 2016-17, The personal loan forced on me to buy insurance policy on housing loan.I was paying emi in time and since 1-1/2 year due to loss in my business, i am not able to pay all my emi in the first week, however I do clear all EMIs in the same month itself.Yesterday a person visited my house with reference to my personal loan no5770PL08240029 emi due, whose mobile no is [protected], who seems to be gentleman but he connected his phone to mobile no [protected] who started abusing my wife who was ill & back from hospital a day ago.He had used all the non parliamentary language possible in the dictionary and forced her to give a cheque bearing number 000072 drawn on PMC bank ltd amounting Rs.15334.Firstly she is not the borrower, secondly you cannot just extort the amount by barging in to my house and harass family members.RBI guidelines related to collection agency clearly specify that the lendor has to clearly inform the borrower which collection agency will call/do follow up.It neither grants licence to abuse/harass family members.With the same issue I confronted Mr Nadeem whose mobile no is [protected].He justified the action by his colleague by taking the name of Mr rathod whose mobile no is [protected].He even told me over phone that they rob and rape the family members to collect money for bajaj finance .I conveyed the same to Mr Rathod on his mobile around 9 pm and recorded the conversation.Whose email id is [protected]@bajajfinance.co.in

Kindly look into this matter and if no satisfactory reply is received from bajaj I will file a police complaint for harassment.

Hi my name is abufazil, before one month i had discussed about a loan with bajaj finserv people and they have given me all the details, after that i told them i don't need a loan now my plan has changed, nad i left it. But from now everyday i'm getting auto generated calls from bajaj. It's really disturbing and irritating my working hours, so you have to stop it. My phone number is [protected]. Please take action. I get 2-3 automated calls from bajaj finance almost every day regarding loans and other banking services.

I do not need your services so please stop calling me.

I will provide my number once i get a response to this complaint. Make sure it is removed from whatever marketing call list you use.

I get a call from numbers starting from +91 14 and if i don't pick up once, they keep calling till i pick up. It's extremely irritating and if the calls don't stop, i will have to move to the consumer court.

Hi there,

I would like to complaint against bajaj finance company. They offered me loan of 354000, so i apply for it. Their agent came to home and told me that interest rate would be 10-10.5% with emi of 8850rs.
Also suggested me to take fhe insurance so my interest rate will be waived off by 1℅. Now i got the message that the loan has been process with interest rate 13.5℅ without any confirmation. They didn't even call me to give me breakup of loan amount and confirmation. Now they deducted 22000 as a processing fees, 8℅ of the loan..? Is this a joke..? This is just scamming innocent people and loot. Now the agent is not responding to my calls who took the documents. I will spread the same message in social media so people should know how bajaj finance looting people.

This is so annoying that bajaj finance people calling me everyday for loan. How many times i will tell you that i am not interested.

And in my no. [protected] dnd is activated in spite of that your people and your auto caller call everyday. And everytime i request to remove my no.

Stop harassing and let me live peacefully.

I request consumer forum to take strict action on bajaj finance. If required i can provide proof of callers no.

I have payed the emi beforeon customer experia site of amount 2306 on 26/04/2018. Actually my emi date is on 02/05/18. On that date automatically the amount of rs 2336/-deducted from my bank account. My loan account numbers are 4000cd68863313, 4000cd68863258. My mobile numbrer[protected]please verify the account refund the amount to next emi date ie or refund the amount. Of rs 2306/-. The online transaction that i have did is transaction no. Zp56abaf2f1beba on 26/04/18

I received a call from ‭+[protected]‬ (Ajay rana police) as displayed on true caller. He said that he’s calling from pune police station as bajaj finserv has logged a complaint against me. He said that there is an outstanding amount of rs.3717/- from 2014 loan and needs to be paid immediately. He guided me to go on paytm and put the loan number as 4050cd07751415 and check and pay the amount. He mentioned that if this amount is unpaid, i’ll have through go through a court case.
My question is why is this coming after 4 years and is harrassing me. If this isn’t fixed i’ll have to file a cross complaint against bajaj finserv for harassment.

I have bought the ac in the month of march 18 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
And processing charges at the time of ac purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_apr18.
I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.

Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??

Dear team,
daily getting 3 to 5 automatic calls for from you, iam irritated from you. All calls are regarding Finance and loans.how many times I blocked then they are calling from new numbers.
you don't have s system that a customer rejects call then you should stop calling or else call after six months.
because of this calls I lost respect on the company and now iam feeling that the company has playing cheap tricks to attracts customer.

Pls understand the problems of the customer and react the counter measurements.

M nikhil rao i received a call from bajaj finanace on 08 march 2018 which no is [protected], [protected], [protected] he said to me he is ravi chohan from bajaj finance sector 16 noida branch
He said that a offer of personal loan from bajaj finance which 0% interest rate on my no.
I think i have a relation with bajaj emi card via my contact no [protected] so bajaj finanace give me offer as personal loan so i said ok and asked him to processor of loan
He asked my pan card detailed for check amount of loan after 2 min he said m eligible for take 2 -10 lac personal loan on behalf of insurance policy where i pay of the premium of 70000 which is 10%of my loan amount he gave me 7 lac loan on behalf of hdfc life insurance policy
Further he saying that first 6 month premium of policy paying by me which issued your policy then he mortage my policy and given to loan amount and also he said that premium amount which pay by u is ur first instalment of your loan amount timeperiod of 1 year u pay second year emi so i say ok
I asked him what is profit of bajaj to give me loan of 0% interest rate
Then he says that bajaj profit is 300% he explained that which policy u received is mortage on bajaj and also u pay 7 lac in 10 years and when policy is mature bajaj company claim to hdfc life to give maturity amount as nominee so bajaj company received 14 lac by hdfc life so total amount of company is 21 lac which is 3 times of your loan amount so i think its good for me and also bajaj company earn profit so m ready for the policy
I talk with him regularly and also he talk to me his seniors and also gave me his personal no which i write in last
After 17 days he said my amount of loan is ready to transfer in my account but one problem is that a noc form lagega which cost is 28900 which is only 900 is cut and 28000 is refund and this amount is given via a policy which is indiafirst life insurance
I asked why m paying this amount to another insurance company then he said to me that bajaj company have not take amount direct because of your loan is 0% rate so all documents and all amount is take via insurance policy so i ready to give him

Sir my question is that it is your company branch contact no and that person is also your employee and this type of loan you give me m write down their contact no and name please check it and confirm me what is right and wrong

I have purchased panasonic 1.5 ton window ac from aditya vision patna in the month of march 2016. I had also taken extended warranty from bajaj finance. The extended warranty will lapse in march 2019. Few months back i had complaed about ac not working. They came, saw the bills and just did something here and there but nothing changed. Since two three days back the mechanic guy have swtiched off the phone and the customer care says"madam aap bahut harabarati hai". Its very painfull to live in the atmosphere where the temperature is around 41-42 degree celcius.
I am fed up of the company (Bajaj finance) and its service. Please treat this as complain from my side.

Actually Bajaj finance approached me for personal loan. Ok i appreciate but once everything is done and wrong input has been updated at bajaj finance regarding my ECS account no by their employees due to which the EMI has been bounced and now a call center lady calls me for the payment and i told her that i will pay it online or by cash but what about the next ECS is it going to be changed or will continue the same then she says me to visit to their wakadewadi br for which i am not ready as it is not my fault for which i have to waste my 2-3 hrs due a mistake done by their employee.
Why should i pay for it. if any ECS is bounced by our mistake we have to pay the charges now what if a mistake is done by a financial service.
I request the employess to be clam soft nd smooth with the coustomers.

I would like to tell straightly that i am not going to visit their office as it is their mistake and for which i am being harresd for.

As per your side offer me elite card on 01.04.2018 against pay one time fees rs.4777/- with limit rs.1, 00, 000/- to 3, 00, 000/-. I paid fees rs.4777/- on 01.04.2018. Some days after your side massage me your card limit sanction rs.1, 85, 000/- and elite card issue to you. But as on date 11.05.18 i am not received elite card. So i request you issue elite card as early as possible.
Sir, i am your regular customer. Please look priority basis and resolve this.
