Bajaj Finance management,

Do you think somebody takes loan everyday? Do you think somebody will take loan from you if you make your employees from call center to call people everyday? The callers give fake promises of removing the numbers from their listing and still we get calls everyday 2-3 times. You are wasting your money and time hiring useless call center companies thinking that they will get you more business. You dont realize that they keep calling same list of people everyday. The associates are so shameless that even after you talk rudely or you dont want to listen they keep on pushing.

So stop making fun of yourself and stop this foolishness. Importantly stop calling random people who don't even need loan. Otherwise you will be only cursed.

    fraudulent transaction

    One of the fraud company did fraud with me by saying bajaj finserv service name. And my bad luck i gave him 90500/- for 2lac personal loan. And after that they have send me two different deduction sms in different day. But i have not received any amount. When he sent me first deduction sms and so me the reason that i have to give xxx amount after that amount will be reflected in your ac. And my bad luck i gave hime...

    I've purchased pulsar ns160 bike with the help of bajaj finserv. I got a call from a bajaj agent and also show manager that if i pain extra amount and paying my 3 months due within due date, i'll get 3000 cashback after 45 days of 3 due payment complete. And i've completed the 3 due on february 6th, 45 days also over still now i didn't get the cashback.
    Whenever i tried to call bajaj customer care they ask me wait 2 working days to resolve but a month has been over still my complaint is not even register and while asking this to customer care they disconnecting the call while speaking.

      Bajaj finance loan ac no-li/5390cd30587428 loan amount fullsettelment, but the loan ac not tobe close, excess amount deducted from my bank account rs 2667/-, since last 3 month ago rourkela branch excuetive told that the excess deduction amount refund as soon as possible, but till date the amount not refund, pl findout the problem & shortout the issue, from:manas ranjan sahoo, rajgangpur, rourkela, mobno-[protected] thanks.
      I recieve daily 3-4 calls from u about loan clearance. I don't have any loan at your company. Please stop the calls. My no. Is[protected]. I have already blocked more than ten numbers from u but u still keep calling from new numbers. Have some shame and stop harassing people

        Today i have received otp from bajaj finance to fill up the same in some form. Immediately i received a call from some fraud and guiding me, i might have received a form and i have to mention that number in form. After that he asked me to give the number i have received in message which is otp for some transaction. This absolutely pathetic service given by bajaj finance, you guys even can't secure your members data with you. Anyone can make any transaction and calling customer for otp. Call me immediately on [protected] with resolution.

          I received a call on my mobile today morning from bajaj finance, claiming that i availed a loan and male voice from the other end was calling to ask me for updating my adhaar credentials.

          When i cross questioned, as i already paid my monthly instalments in full, and as on date there is no any outstanding, i asked him for more details. But he insisted for the details on the phone, while i told him to submit the request in writing.

          The caller number is: [protected]; time of the call is: 12:04 pm on 20th april 2018.

          Questions:
          1) how a third party knows that i availed a loan for consumer goods
          2) how am i receiving otp, while i never contacted and browsed any numbers.

          Screenshot for the otp msg received from bajaj finance is enclosed herewith.

          When i cross questioned the caller, he started using filthy and abusive language. I deplore such calls from esteemed and reputed companies like bajan and request for strongest action for such calls.

            Sub:- requesting you to take on record last installment paid to you towards loan a/c. No.[protected]
            Dear sir,
            I gitesh salve, bearing loan a/c no. 0000 who have been availed loan facility of rs. 1, 12, 000/- from your reputed institute in the year 2015 which afterwards on the settlement basis reduced to rs. 60, 000/- as per discussion held with mr. Shehzad at your good office.
            As decided, we have paid following installments towards your dues :-

            1) on 31st october 2017 first installment collected by mr. Indrajeet of rs. 20, 000/-

            2) on 7th december, 2017 second installment collected by mr. Krishna of rs. 20, 000/-

            3) on 24th december, 2017 third and last installment collected by your office executive of rs. 20000/-whose name was not known to us.

            This full and final settlement done in the month of december from our side.

            In the mid-march the executive from the third party agency named mr. Rahul came for the collection i cleared him that we have already paid full settlement amount in the month of december.

            After explaining everything to your executive they are keep on follow uping and sending their executive to our place again and again.

            Because of installment paid in cash to your executive coming from the agency allocated by mr. Shehzad being the manager in this matter should be aware of all these all transactions.

            However as per the telephonic conversation took place from office in the month of march he asked me to visit at the goregaon branch and likewise me and my wife went to his office unfortunately mr. Shehzad was not present on that day i. E. 28th march, however when we called him, he said he was on field he says us to find out the third persons name who collected last installment rs.20000/-which is practically not possible for me and it is find out the executive name.

            As mr shehzad when he admits the name of the two executive who came to collect the amount how doesnt he remember thje third person name. He very well knows the executive who have collected the two payment which he said on phone

            It is humble request to you that, please investigate in your records and also with executive name who was on the record at the time of collection of money.

            Coming again and again to my place and asking for the payment it’s like a mental torture and harassment for me and my family which is not good and damaging our reputation in the society.

            It is request to you to stop sending your executive and take necessary actions for the same and do the needful.

              I stay in pune and had purchased led tv through bajaj finserv.
              My contact number is [protected], my problem now is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from bajaj finserv almost 4 to 5 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low interest loans! These automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays! These calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, recently i purchased washing machine and laptop and you know what, i opt for hdfc rather than bajaj even though your scheme was better than hdfc. I am spreading awareness within my colleagues for not going with bajaj. I request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls please.

                Inspite of repeated reminders to telecallers to delete my number from your records, I’m inundated with unsolicited calls attempting to sell loans. I’m listed under DND and yet get these calls.

                  Due to the absence of a bajaj representative at the cash counter in the central outlet of goregaon, mumbai, several issues took place which lead to a transaction but no confirmation from the cash counter. We spoke to the representative on the call who asked us to wait till he cancels the transaction that took place and asked us to a transaction again. We shopped only once we are being charged twice for the emi now. I need immediate support before the next due date. Seriously disappointed with constant carelessness. I had filed a complaint previously too.

                      On 17th april 2018 morning 10.30am i have a call receiving my son and ask him otp.
                      He doesn't know whos's call is this so he told the otp.
                      After 5 min i receive a massage from bajaj finserv your rs.27890 is reduced from your credit limit for purchasing flip cart shopping your transition ref no[protected].

                      Then i call to flipcart customer care & told history of my transition with txn id. Tx[protected] & request him to stop the delivery.

                      But till today 19 april 2018 he will not getting any action on it.

I kept on blocking there many numbers but they still manage to call from some new number. After repetitive complain n request they keep calling like a arrogant dictator. My number is [removed].                           I have applied for loan and did not want the insurance.. Same was committed to me by dealer and bajaj employee.
                          But they did the insurance without my permission and same was not conveyed to me.. This is the second time first they did same thing when i purchased tv.
                          Please refer the photos for more details. I am so dissatisfied by these kind of false commitments and bad services.. Now i do not want tk take any loan from bajaj.. It is not done at all.. I have an emi of 1192 rs. And insurance takes 100rs per month.. Why are they doing insurance according to their own conscience.

                            I have called customer care several times, submitted 6 sbi blank cheque in bhilai branch office, now i want my cheques returned, i have sent massages to +91 [protected] and +91 [protected] and +91 [protected] who contacted me regarding online loan now they are also not responding, due to this act i am very upset and will tell public to not believe bajaj finance,
                            Please stop sending me your fake offers and return my cheques asap

                              I am receiving regular phone calls from bajaj finance service from various executives regarding to take loan/overdraft atleat 5~6 times / day. I am not interested to take any such loan. So please stop the same immediately.
                              I am so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as i see your numbers. Trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand. I am determined that if this doesn't stop, i will complain to consumer forum.

                                I keep getting calls from Bajaj finance even after asking to be put in DND and that I do not require loans. Today I got 3 back to back calls (within a minute) . I spoke politely on the first 2 and told them that I don't not want any loan. On the third call I got frustrated and asked why they keep calling, in return an employee called Priya said that she will keep calling and next month she will call me 5 times per minute. This is not acceptable at all and I want to take some legal action.

                                      I have certain issue about dahod brach.
                                      1) that office guys have no talking sense. Please give proper training to how to talk with customer.
                                      2) that guys have no idea about online system much more. After pay payment online they call me and said directly when you come to office for payment. Please understand your system first
                                      3) my brother go to office for part payment 1st time, that office cashier told him please come on 14th because we don't get any bank details. That cashier did not told him any procedure. My brother goes on 14th then cashier told him please make full payment other wise we took 2.3 percentage something charge from you. He told him to fore clause loan which is advantage to you even you can close after one moth so i paid more interest to them. Why you guys not told us when my brother came first time that this is condition?

                                      Please resolve this issue of dahod branch and give proper training of that guys
