From 5 days iam applying loan from bajaj finance, but there no reply
They always disconnet my phone when iam calling to bajaj customer care number [protected], [protected] unexpected response from bajaj finserv. I am old customer of bajaj i have a emi card also bajaj finserv very poor service. They not giving good respone to customer, please solve my problem..
Daily 4-5 calls for loan from Bajaj Finance

    I have brought 25000 rs mobile on emi from bajaj finance company they provide me insurance also in this phone. But my phone was stolen in two months and i want to complain for this but bajaj finance can't be provided me new set or insurance claim.
    And second thing is that bajaj finance mere a/c se kbi b apna charge le leti h bina kisi inform k mahine me 4-5 bar ye kah k ki late charge h

      Hi i m the poor customer of bajaj finserv and i m experiencing disgusting service. I had a preapproval personal loan offer at my baja finserv customer portal they forced me to avail this loan initially i was not agree but after some time i thought i shoul avail it then i applied it i have submitted all the requested document on paper to executive with 6 cancel cheques. Its been more than 2 weeks. I did not get the loan amount where as the baja finserv slogan is amount would be disbursed in 72 hours which is totally fake. If i talk about the coustmer service it's pathetic they do not even listen ur query and disconnect the call and some times they gave any answer just like that i m residing in noida and they are giving me the chandigarh branch no to get the status when ever i call to customer service every time i get different status after this irresponsible experience i m totally fed up with this bajaj finserv service i will never choose bajaj finserv in future if somebody is paying attention to my this complete plz help me or else i will stick to the my experience that i will never ever go the bajaj finserv in future.

        Hi,
        I don't need any loans from bajaj finance. Daily i am getting calls multiple times from multiple numbers of bajaj finance asking about loan overdraft etc etc. I don't need anything from bajaj finance. Pls stop calling me. My mobile number is - [protected]. Pls put me in do not call list. I am blocking many numbers whenever i get call from bajaj finance. Still bajaj finance is calling from a different new number. This is totally irritating.

          My consumer loan emi was paid before 4 days. Even your employees abuse me and bad behaviors. From last three days. So kindly request that please take action against him and i will go to police station., consumer court and file case against the bank by my advocate. I have all call records of your company employee and this is not acceptable. Because today i face this problem and for this reason your company will get loss in business. Because i am regularly paid my all amount of loan even you behaves like this. It is not acceptable. So i will go to court and case against the bank

            Someone had given my no. as a reference no. for vehicle bajaj loan without my prior knowledge. Even i never signed any document for that. Now a bajaj finance agent is keep calling me and threatening me in very bad tone also using lots of abusing word. I am not even getting the point why he is calling me for the loan i which i never responsible for. The agent is also asking me for paying loan amount. what the hell the bajaj finance system is. Can You people tell me who has given right to talk to a girl like this. Does bajaj company not train their agent about ho to talk to a girl . Well i am placing a police complaint against that unmannered agent . I am also providing his no. (No. of agent is..[protected])

              I applied for emi card on 19/03/2018 according to bajaj finserv the transaction of paying annual fee of rs 471 is failed but as per my account statement the transaction is successful (I have bank sms too). I am not provided with any id to track the status of of emi card i applied for. If i try to apply again the bajaj finserv does not allow me by saying that your application is under process (But no id to track is provided)
              All the numbers given on their website are not working, you dial any number the record plays saying "all the lines in this route are busy"

                My emi card was blocked after 5 years of holding the card making payments on time and also maintaining a good track record for payments
                I want to get a new phone and as of now i am unable to get because they have blocked my card. When i complained they stated my credit score is bad
                In 5 years they haven't checked my score after buying appliances and mobile phone from them.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had a loan from bajaj finance which was closed atleast 4 years back and I have no active finance/loans from Bajaj finance.

                  But suddenly out of the blue moon, there was a EMI deducted from my account of INR 117/-.

                  Worst part, I am not even in India from last 2 years so not even eligible to avail any finance from Bajaj.

                  Request you to please act on it at the earliest.

                    I took loan from bajaj, At the time representative said this mandatory to take security insurance this will be repay once loan is closed . Now i approached for loan closer i gave cheque for IOB bank but they try to drop it from Kotak bank and saying not balance in account.Now saying insurance is not for security it's for health, when i asked for those kind of insurance since i already having . No proper response on the insurance side and simply looting money from customer delaying this process. Since 1 month am following up for closing the loan. Still they want to eat the money in the name of loan. Such a worst company loan i ever took. Be careful with agent Hari Krishna from Bangalore.
                    Stop calling me for loans

                      I haven not use any cards your company & not any purchase. I have observed that the amount of rs. 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs dec-17. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.

                      Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been

                        My phone dameged. I send it to cpp fonesafe. When buy my phone fonesafe insurence i have to my mobile i submit all my document and damaged item also mobile to headoffice of fonesafe cpp insurence. But they are not giving claim to my insurance. Why they are doing like this. If iam illitarate what is my situation. May be loose claim. Whay cpp fonesafe doing like this way they are nottaking my call when i called to tollfreenumber. Conumers facing problems like this type which is iam faceing. After receiving my 1. Orginal phone bill 2. Service center copy which is they mentioned point it is printed in that copy3.                         Cheating on personal loan emi. I do not know how rbi accepts?
                        nearly 1000/- extra charging in emi. Said interest rate is 11.88% but actual charge is more than 22%

                        I am irritated and frustrated by these calls and is hurting my privacy.

                          Hi, i have taken loan against property 6 months back. Their service is very very bad and poor response from both call center and sales managers.
                          Issues:
                          [1] 2 loans were sanctioned, i requested only one account (400hty[protected] & (400hty[protected], (4000cd[protected]
                          [2] sanctioned amount is xxx, received 56k less, no update till date
                          [3] interest charged for the amount not utilized.
                          [4] getting multiple mails and calls on daily basis for other offers
                          [5] for all about issues, i have called call center, they told to get in touch with sales manager who has processed the loan
                          [6] sales person never respond (Arvind), escalated to his manager who is in chennai (Arun), again hope less
                          [7] very sad to see such employees working in this companies, not resolving issues for more than 6 months
                          [8] sad part is i have sent all the working in an excel sheet, they does't have no time to see the workings and resolve my problem

I visit nearst branch & call many times in cuntomer care but i sumit my docs but not gave me any response. My personal loan aprove or not. They say we send mail for approval. Than tell me whats means of pre-approved loan.??? Why you waste customers times. Tell me what's the status of my loan fill. & customer care exicute say that call you back im two hours now 3&half hours gone. Not any call received by ur executivesu

                                Bajaj finance — deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs

                                I have bought the lloyd semi auto washing machine v. B electronics in the month of feb - 2018 and i have paid all the charges required for the card formation.

                                On dated 16.03.18 i have observed that the amount of rs.118 has been debited from my account as mentioned above. I do not understand that, why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi card and i do not get my card till now.

                                Please let me know what are these charges exactly.

                                  I have taken furniture from hometown punjagutta branch hyderabad.
                                  And my emi started from march 2nd, and the other march 5th 2018
                                  As iam not aware that my emi card was bound to an inactive bank account. Where ecs is connected.
                                  On feb 28th i got a message to maintain balance in bank account for my upcoming emis in march. So i connected to bajaj customer portal and paid the advance payment of my upcoming emis (Advance payment link never prompted me saying that bajaj is going to set this emi payment for april emis).
                                  And in my emi info of bajaj mobile app showed me the next emi date as april dates for each emi.
                                  I have submitted request with cancellation check to switch my ecs bound bank account on march 9th 2018.
                                  But bajaj staff said, that they are considering the emi payment made on feb 28th will be for april emi. And i have to pay for march emi again and ecs will be presented again to bank.
                                  I have paid bounce charges for my two emi's along with actual emi amount. This is some thing very serious matter. No one mentioned or adance payment link is not prompting or validating the customer.
                                  Even though i have paid emi earlier, i paid bouncing charges and was asked to pay the emi again which is not valid.
                                  - no proper coordination between branches even after paying emis, iam getting calls that i am pending with payment.
                                  - no data updation between branches.

                                    I am currently getting 20-30 calls every week from bajaj finserve end comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. I had finished my bajaj loan few months back and i will never ever opt bajaj again in my life, just because you guys pissed me off badly.. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. [protected]

Prepost send nextday afternoon, iam come to bajaj chennai office saligramam iam met manager sivaveeryian in 23rd morning my outstanding total 42500 something, iam ready to pay still outstanding 25000 something, iam written letter to request current outstanding release my vehicle.                                         My consumer id is 56642989. I have a loan as cd for tv, i am paying the loan from dec'17 and paid 4 instalments. However my cibil is still -1, i have contacted you before 2/3 times regarding the same but i am not getting the complete resolution.

                                        As this is the loan means transaction is there with my credit history then why are you not updating it.

                                        Please update my cibil or raise it to the respective person.
