I have observed that the amount of rs. 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs dec-17. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.

Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been

    My phone dameged. I send it to cpp fonesafe. When buy my phone fonesafe insurence i have to my mobile i submit all my document and damaged item also mobile to headoffice of fonesafe cpp insurence. But they are not giving claim to my insurance. Why they are doing like this. If iam illitarate what is my situation. May be loose claim. Whay cpp fonesafe doing like this way they are nottaking my call when i called to tollfreenumber. Conumers facing problems like this type which is iam faceing. After receiving my 1. Orginal phone bill 2. Service center copy which is they mentioned point it is printed in that copy3. Cpp fonesafe copy insurence copy4 pan 5. Aadhar6 damge mobile and etc... Which they required all sent by me. Sir please support to me. Thanking you sir

    Cheating on personal loan emi. I do not know how rbi accepts?
    nearly 1000/- extra charging in emi. Said interest rate is 11.88% but actual charge is more than 22%

    I am irritated and frustrated by these calls and is hurting my privacy.

      Hi, i have taken loan against property 6 months back. Their service is very very bad and poor response from both call center and sales managers.
      Issues:
      [1] 2 loans were sanctioned, i requested only one account (400hty[protected] & (400hty[protected], (4000cd[protected]
      [2] sanctioned amount is xxx, received 56k less, no update till date
      [3] interest charged for the amount not utilized.
      [4] getting multiple mails and calls on daily basis for other offers
      [5] for all about issues, i have called call center, they told to get in touch with sales manager who has processed the loan
      [6] sales person never respond (Arvind), escalated to his manager who is in chennai (Arun), again hope less
      [7] very sad to see such employees working in this companies, not resolving issues for more than 6 months
      [8] sad part is i have sent all the working in an excel sheet, they does't have no time to see the workings and resolve my problem
      Some one please take it seriously and help.

          I've emi card of bajaj finance & shwo offer on card pre approved personal loan. I visit nearst branch & call many times in cuntomer care but i sumit my docs but not gave me any response. My personal loan aprove or not. They say we send mail for approval. Than tell me whats means of pre-approved loan.??? Why you waste customers times. Tell me what's the status of my loan fill. & customer care exicute say that call you back im two hours now 3&half hours gone. Not any call received by ur executivesu

            Bajaj finance — deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs

            I have bought the lloyd semi auto washing machine v. B electronics in the month of feb - 2018 and i have paid all the charges required for the card formation.

            On dated 16.03.18 i have observed that the amount of rs.118 has been debited from my account as mentioned above. I do not understand that, why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi card and i do not get my card till now.

            Please let me know what are these charges exactly.

              I have taken furniture from hometown punjagutta branch hyderabad.
              And my emi started from march 2nd, and the other march 5th 2018
              As iam not aware that my emi card was bound to an inactive bank account. Where ecs is connected.
              On feb 28th i got a message to maintain balance in bank account for my upcoming emis in march. So i connected to bajaj customer portal and paid the advance payment of my upcoming emis (Advance payment link never prompted me saying that bajaj is going to set this emi payment for april emis).
              And in my emi info of bajaj mobile app showed me the next emi date as april dates for each emi.
              I have submitted request with cancellation check to switch my ecs bound bank account on march 9th 2018.
              But bajaj staff said, that they are considering the emi payment made on feb 28th will be for april emi. And i have to pay for march emi again and ecs will be presented again to bank.
              I have paid bounce charges for my two emi's along with actual emi amount. This is some thing very serious matter. No one mentioned or adance payment link is not prompting or validating the customer.
              Even though i have paid emi earlier, i paid bouncing charges and was asked to pay the emi again which is not valid.
              - no proper coordination between branches even after paying emis, iam getting calls that i am pending with payment.
              - no data updation between branches.

                I am currently getting 20-30 calls every week from bajaj finserve end comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. I had finished my bajaj loan few months back and i will never ever opt bajaj again in my life, just because you guys pissed me off badly.. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. [protected]

                    Hello team,

                    My consumer id is 56642989. I have a loan as cd for tv, i am paying the loan from dec'17 and paid 4 instalments. However my cibil is still -1, i have contacted you before 2/3 times regarding the same but i am not getting the complete resolution.

                    As this is the loan means transaction is there with my credit history then why are you not updating it.

                    Please update my cibil or raise it to the respective person.

                      I am getting call from Bajaj fineserv (agent calling himself Vikas) for a loan I have not taken. I do not understand why that executive named Vikas is calling me again and again, what is more harassing is that now he has gone verbally abusive with me for no reasons. Why dont u guys verify each and everything before giving loan to anyone. How can he call me for the loan I have neither taken nor guarateed for anyone. Since the number of that person does not exist anymore, he is calling and abusing me. I will take action and lodge an FIR against this number for sure. The number is [protected]. And I am surprised from where he has got my number.
                      Employees like this are big spot on companies like Bajaj. Must do something, whoever he is a recovery agent or anything.

                        But at that time i have not received my emi card and now i want to purchase new items so there is no emi card and any other details with me. Ihave paid rs.399 for emi card with fill up form. So plz check this and solve my problem

                          Sir/Madam,

                          I (Nidhi Gandhi) is receiving call from Mumbai branch, stating loan was provided to Santosh Gandhi who is not replying loan.

                          We don't know Santosh Gandhi, then why call is being made to me.

                          Does Bajaj Finance check authenticity about other contact number given by applicant.

                          We are going to make FIR against this. I request Bajaj Finance also to look into this matter.
                          I am getting calls from Bajaj finserve, i dont want loan, so please stop calling its really irritating, 4 to 5 calls a day, that too from different numbers.

                            I had financed consumer durable loans from bajaj finance and already I have completed 4 Loans Payment after view-off As per satish commitment he will issue me a NOC but fake commitment, and he is a cumminal guy and he was very very much badly rude and not responding well you just call him on phone and see his style ( A warro ) He dont speak english or hindi. and he did not deserve that possition.                                 I had financed consumer durable loan from bajaj finance and today i received a call from bajaj finance collection manager mr. Santosh jagtap, contact number: [protected] and he was very very much badly rude and said if you are capable to finance loan then why did you took from bajaj, wherein i never denied to make payment and i told very much politely that i will make payment post 15th of march'18 with what so ever late payment charges because due to family death i was not able to manage. After explaining each and every situation he was behaving very badly.

                                When you are calling from the personal number ([protected]) then he said the company is authorized to call the customer and screw them in their bad situation. Kindly check and do the needful.

                                I want a resolution or else i will file a complaint with consumer court, second, he forcefully said i will send executive tomorrow at your place and any cost you need to make payment or else he will screw me badly if his target is not met

                                Customers, please do not finance any loan from bajaj because it is good for nothing.

                                    I, y. Shanmukha rao have purchased a refrigerator for a sum of rs 12050/- from sushil electronic s & electronic, nasik road under bajaj financial and down payment was paid to sushil electrics for rs 3050/- and balance amount of rs 9000/- was fixed for 8 x emi (1125 x 8 = 9000/-). Accordingly, the emi was already deducted from my bank account by sbi bank for 6 x emi. However, 2 x emi has not been deducted by my bank account till date. Further no notice against my emi was received from bajaj finance company, nasik road. Thereafter. I have posted out from nasik station in nov 2011 due to army duties. I have already approached on tele to bank/finance office and they were no response.

                                    However. I have taken cbil report, it has been notified that. An amount of rs 13500/- sanctioned under loan account no bf7c046086 and current balance of 33241/-. I am already paid 6750/- and balance of 2250/- outstanding.

                                    It is requested that the case may please be reonsilate and be instructed to company against my balance amount for rs rs 2250/- at the earliest pl. Your are required to consider for above request and favorable action.

                                    Please attached documents for your reference please.

                                      I bought a sofa through bajaj finance, emi was 2491. Due to mistake of either bajaj finance or furniture shop they filed two loans against same commmodity. I got message of debit amount two times same month. By follow up i got my one emi back in account 2491, but still one emi not credited in my account of 2491 rs/-. No proper reply by bajaj finance team. Poor coordination below given details of loan
