Bajaj Finance Complaints & Reviews

I am constantly being harassed by Bajaj Finance calls every day for the last few months. I get at least two calls daily and I tell them everytime that I don't want their services. I have instructed them to remove my number from their database and even warned to put a customer complaint. But they have not listened at all.

I am forced to officially put a complaint against this tone-deaf organization. I will never ever approach them even if I have loan requirements because of this harassment. I am sure they are harassing several more people by their incessant and poor marketing.

I have applied for a loan worth 99000 in which an agent from bajaj finance called me and has given me information about the loan informing loan details and also the interest rate provided was 19.6% diminishing rate of interest and also informed no charge will be applied on preclosing the loan or on part payments the loan was provided in the month of december with loan no. 400pst31445524 the emi started from jan 2017 for 4367rs a month i made a payment for 14 months and also made a part payment of 40, 000rs in feb 2018 and when i checked for the details the finance institute says i have another 34000 left and also the information that was provided to me while taking the loan was about 19.6% diminishing has now turned into flat rate of interest and no charges on pre closure or part payment has now turned into 4.75% when i checked with the staff he said to get in touch with the sales staff who was not atall available and when contacting customer service it's redirected to ivr and when checking for a manager no manager available the only information provided is to send a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in there was an absolute fraud done by bajaj finance and no one is helping me in this regards request you to kindly look into the matter

Please stop calling my number which is registered with national do not disturb registry.

It's disturbing me, violation of my privacy, and is totally counter productive and even illegal.

After pissing off customer's life with hell lot of calls you would have not left with any customer base now.
Requesting you to kindly remove my mobile number from your daily calling list. I am really fed up with 5-6 daily calls from bajaj.

I am receiving regular phone calls from bajaj finance service from various executives regarding to take loan/overdraft. I am not interested to take any such loan . So please stop the same immediately, if not than i shall move to consumer court . My cell no is[protected]. Please protect my mentioned cell no while post on website.

I have not availed any personal loan of any amount but my cibil report says an amount of rs.4.36 lakhs of personal loan is availed on 11/12/2015. Please clarify how and when such thing happened. Now the current balance is worth rs. 2, 36, 597/- against a/c no-4040pl18537314. Date opened / disbursed
30/12/2015, date of last payment-05/12/2017, date reported and certified-31/12/2017.

Further there is another consumer loan which is showing with these details-
Member name-bajaj fin ltd, account type - consumer loan, account number-4040cd23316041, ownership-individual. Please clarify as i dont know about all these loans.

Goods Sold by the dealer : Rs.16, 000/-
Paid by me in cash that day : Rs. 5, 500/-
Therefore, due Rs.10, 550/- which was showing in bill. (Bill enclosed) and financed by you.

You have financed in product Rs.10, 550/-.

But you have deducted EMI through bank (Rs.1425/- x 8 = Rs.11, 400/-)

If the dealer has taken the payment, the cost of goods arose Rs.16, 000/- + 850/- = Rs.16, 850/-

but in the statement of account sung by wrong claim with magical calculation and I am now looser for your foolish/thumping statement which is against the terms of Rules and Regulations.

Request you issue the refund Rs.850/-, otherwise further action will be taken

I have purchased a phone from vivo v7 from vivo store in madhapur hyderabad which was finance by bajaj finance - lan400dpf61931102. At the time of purchase i have provided icici bank details including my cheque for loan amount however my details were not updated correctly and the the ecs was presented to hsbc account which is no more operational by me. I am now asked to pay the the charges. I have spoken to the area manager mr. Samba siva and he confirmed me that loan will get debited starting from next month, however i am still getting calls from bajaj finance to pay the charges and the loan amount due for this month. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest to avoid legal proceedings by consumer forum.

I had written to you on this i'd a week back and there has been no reply on it.

I had purchased a voltas ac last year from dwarka-delhi shop, the cost of which was some rs.21000/-. Approx
I had paid rs.10000/- from my credit card upfront and the rest some rs.10000/- was financed thru you for an emi of 6 months.
To my surprise when i checked my back account last week and noted that you have consistently been charging me for over 8 months of emi and amount showing as loan is of full rs.21000/- while it was only for some rs.10000/-.
Pls check and let me know how have you made a loan for full rs.21000/- when it was only for rs.10000/- and which you have revived long back and have over charged my account for another over rs.8000/- till feb18.

Pls check this immdly and let me have the refund of all amount charged extra till now with an immediate revert on above, else shall be forced to raise a complain both in media and with police on same.

I got a call from bajaj finance stating that they will provide me a loan against an insurance policy and they said they are tied up with some insurance company (Hdfc, excide life, etc). They are providing loan on 0% interest for 10 years for premium of 10% of loan amount, now i was in need for cash i borrow the money and paid through online gateway of of excide life insurance with the proposal number they have given me (Dated[protected], now i am confused after reading all the complaints of such cases, are all such type of calls are fake or there is also some genuine cases too. Please help me with this, before i got into futher documentation.

This is with reference of my bajaj finance personal loan account no. 5800pl07519898 dated 27th jan 2015 of rs. 1 lacs in the name of pritam kumar gaur and the disbursement amount was rs. 0.92 lacs after deducting the amount of processing fee and other charges.

As per agreed terms i have paid 19 emis of rs. 3291 totalling of rs. 62529 but unfortunately my father was hospitalized and doctors informed that he is suffering from intestine cancer in oct’15. I continued my emis for more few months but suddenly i was jobless and then i was not being able to continue my emis as i am only an earning member in my family also.

I have borrowed approx. Rs. 16-17 lacs from my relationships, friends and from another sources as much as i can serve for my father.

This case is handled by mr. Amar shakti, mobile no. [protected], your legal manager as per he introduced to me.

I requested mr. Amar to settle the same in a minimal amount of rs. 30000 and 3-4 installments so that i will be able to settle this loan. But denied for 3-4 installments and asking for 1 shot of payment of rs. 38000/- to settle this loan and to withdraw from legal also and told me he have the trick to insult anybody as much as he paid the money.

Today mr. Amar shakti came to my residential address and shouting to collect the money. My all neighbours are now known that i will not be able to repay the bank emis and i insulted by him in front to my neighbours. He also announced that we have the power to arrest pritam kumar gaur in front of my neighbours.

I spoke to an agent named abhiskta sengupta regarding a payment from bajaj finance emi on 09/02/2018 around 5:00 pm and got a very rude response from her when i asked her a couple of questions. She was not at providing any helpline number to me and did not even transfer the call to her manager. I wanted to lodge a complaint against her. Worst behaviour. She behaved as if she is the owner of the company and literally shouted. This was the first time the cheque had bounced and she was on top of her horse to make the payment and did not even let me speak.

Everyday i have been receiving 4-5 times call from ivr machine with initials 1409 etc. Now they have also restored by giving calls from landline.
Despite blocking the calls
Kindly stop calling me all times as you have no idea where the person is.

If a person is interested, they will contact you.

Your calls are mentally harassing and it is bad bad way of marketing.

I have buy many things last year... But when i have to buy a product i saw my emi card has been permanently blocked i dont know why... What should i do now? Mahabharata battle lasted for long 18 days.

If some one has a dispute with Bajaj there is no time frame when will it end. Will not get proper resolution. Customer has to compromise because of no choice. Customer will lose patience and trust and will accept whatever resolution provided.

Reason being inaccurate information and irresponsible people from Sales department or even from Service department.

So where is the hope? can't approach sales to resolve the issue and service is also the same.

When customer report any dispute, Bajaj staff will not even hesitate to make fun of customer. So all in all it is a fun game for Bajaj and for customer it is a pain.

We can fight with people who know their responsibility, but fighting against irresponsible people would be equal to bumping our head to Stone.

I will never forget my experience with Bajaj and would definitely think twice before taking any decisions when it comes to any product of Bajaj.

I am one of a customer so might not make any difference to Bajaj, but what if every customer think this way.

Continuously i am getting marketing call from bajaj finance personal loan.
Usually i get automatic marketing call. Where they call and describe about the product and then ask if interest press 1 that's all.
There is no option if you are not interested. If you cut the call, you will again get the call after 2-3 days.
If you press 1 and wait for the executive to call and then tell them you are not interested you still get automatic call after 4-5 days.
Its really frustrating.
There should be strict law in india to handle such tele caller to disturb public.

Bajaj finance customer care is such a worst thing I could rather trusted some other small scale loan disbursing agents

issue is that they called me and said I was eligible for elite emi card and I was also interested with their mesmerizing vouchers (which did not happen anyways) and immediately agreed to that and paid an amount of 4777/-
but till now I did not get any intimation nor any response from them,
upon that I have called to their so called elite membership customer care many but till today to my surprise ie:7th feb 2018 call center people did not take my 100 calls each has an estimated holding time of 30 minutes

Bajaj finance team respond to this irresponsible service you are providing
I want this issue to be resolved immediately ASAP

I have was told for pre approved - home loan i will get eligibility confimation after 1 to 2 day maximum.

However after sharing all the legal documents with bajaj i have received no responce from them they are not responding to calls and nor they acknowledge the documents and there customer service is pathetic they dont answer the calls.

Not sure how to get in touch with them i am afraid if i will get any trouble because i shared mt data with bajaj agent subhash (Subhash. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in)
