I am not able to login with given credentials, i am not able to repay the loan amount which is not required for me. My requirement of loan is 2l and amount credited to my bank account is 4l, so i am trying to repay 2l amount using the given credentials.

I am trying to repay the 2l amount from the loan disbursement date 08/12/2017 at the same day i got the login credentials.

Please be informed that i took my two wheeler bike through bajaj finance in march 2013 however my loan with bajaj finance got completed but did not receive the no objection certificate for that.

I am applying for a loan in different bank for which their require no objection certificate from bajaj finance.

I'm really disappointed with the way bajaj finance's customer service team works.
I got a written confirmation from bajaj's team that my emi card is unblocked & ready to be used (After rigorous follow up on twitter & email). For the third time when i went to the local shop to book my phone, & yet the card was blocked. Finally i had to use my cc to buy the phone. Why have they mentioned that it's unblocked? If you don't want customers to buy product under your finance company, you can say that upfront! You kept on lying. That moment was embarrassing for me & it will be humiliating for bajaj finance too.
1- the emi card number (Shared by you) is an incorrect card number as per your ivr[protected].
2- the toll free number shared by you w. R. T emi card queries is an incorrect number too[protected].

For loan account i had applied for change in bank details with all necessary documents on 25/11/17, and as informed bank detail updation will take another 15-20 days officer at bhopal branch told me to deposit upcoming emi in advance.

On 4/12/17 i had paid online emi by portal for which transaction was successfull, reciept is attached here with.

But after due date i recieved message that my emi is overdue. And i need to pay penalty along with emi.

Hello, everyday am receiving atleast one call from bajaj finance in which it's very disturbing, probably i was a past customer with bajaj finance but not now and never want to be because of higher roi, average service quality etc., request you to kindly remove my name and number from your records in regards to the loans and lendings promotions, marketing, etc. I don't need any lendings further.

It has been a headace to receive the call every day these many days.
I have been blocking calls from you, even then you call me with a new number.

I have purchased a macbook from bajaj finders using my emi card. As this is my first loan from bajaj,
Its been already 7-8 days still i haven't received any details of my loan on my email or in text,
Also m not able to login in customer portal, as its showing invalid phone number or experia id (Mentioned at the back side of the emi card)

Also not getting any revert from[protected], after sending plenty of keywords on[protected].

Called customer care, they said the details has not been updated in system and it will take 24 hours then after i called 4 5 times and got the same response.
Now its over 7 8 days.

Kindly do the needful, need customer portal access. Kindly provide the login details.

I receive daily 5 to 6 calls from bajaj finance from their customer support or the automated calls to take the loan which im not interested at all. It is a torture from bajaj finance and it really annoying and disturbing. I keep blocking their number and they call from some new number. Please make sure that i do not receive any such calls any more as im not interested

Bajaj has purposefully given a wrong email id as registered email id. And hence i didnt receive the login details, and hence couldnot return the money. Bajaj then charged interest on full 840000/. Then when i am trying to do partpayment, payment is failing everytime for the last 20 days, and i know they will again charge interest on the money. Bajaj is cheating me. Kindly help

I giving ecs for only installment not any dues. You have misuse my ac without permission it is not good. Also your personal loan br mnger sangli refuse me give me loan reason of area. You have give me loan refrigator. Gold and health insurance without area reason why should you condn to personal loan..

My name is sheena moncy. I had placed an order from home centre for a sofa and a chair. It was only after reaching home i figured that the sofa wouldn't fit my room. I have been to home centre several times and called up several times regarding the same. Spoke to someone called pawan who says he is from banaj finance (Home centre, pacific mall, subhash nagar) even after cancelling the order why is being emi being cut every month even after the order cancellation? This is customer harassment!
Such pathetic customer service. Really disappointed.

And again i have joined the bajaj finance on 1 st may 2017 to 30 oct 2017.in the both time period i have not apllied for pf. So now i am applying for pf but the addecco consultancy hr not accepting the pf application form and i dont know the reason for rejection kindly process my pf asap.

One day i got a call for bajaj rbl credit card with one year free subscriptions. Customer service confirm that you have not been charged for one year, but after one month they charged. When i talked to customer service they told me pay as much you made purchase and block your card. I did as they said i am having recording also. I forwarded these recording to them, still they not reply.
Now they are charging fee with fine. Please do the needful.

Hello there, i was recently approached for a preapproved loan by bajaj finserv amounting to rs.3 lakhs and i was told to make a aviva insurance paying rs.15, 500 /- by demand draft even before the loan is sanctioned. They said that this the cover for the loan and the loan document will be hypothectaed.
Is this a fact and should i go ahead with the loan.

I had purchased a tv with emi from bajaj finserv 3 years ago. All the emis finished a couple of years ago. Still, i've been getting automated calls from them every now and then disturbing my privacy. Those are ivr calls that do not accept any inputs (To opt out). I want to unsubscribe, however do not see any channel to opt out.

I've registered my phone number for dnd. The calls have not stopped.
This is irritating and...
