I just want to know why my all payment seens bounced
I already paid my installment in advanced
But still mr. Sandip from pune branch is very strictly calling to me and very harrashing me every month
He every month told to pay in advanced i paid also but still my cheque is seen bounced every month thatwhy my cibil report seen very bad and i have penulty charges also so please seriously take action about my sms, mr. Sandip,

I have been contacting bajaj finserve customer care number more than a week and they have only automated voice which will tell you the loan details.
Top of it, it says my registered mobile number as wrong number.
I directly went to bajaj finserver office which is located in marathahalli.

Since they don't have any mobile number to contact them, i had to visit the office. The person took almost 20 minutes to come out and meet me.
He ended up saying that, we are sorry, we are credit card department, you have to visit other branches in residency road and madiwala.

He doesn't know,

1. Other branch contact number
2. Customer care number
All the customers need to visit you branch just get the details about fore closure.

Poor service

I have applied elite membership card with payment of 4799/- with transaction number :jhmp[protected] on 22 november 2017. The rm told that it takes around 21 days with all process but still its 20 days but nothing happen in my login panel not showing any add on cards and the rm not replying anything.
This is not well kindly reply me for detailed clarification.

Despite of activating full DND, I am continuously getting promotion calls from Bajaj Finserve for loans. The calls come at anytime, that distracts me from my work and personal time. Please remove my number from promotion list. my mobile number is [protected]. Please make sure I don't get any promotional call or sms on my number. I have given number just for necessary communication with me and no other communication is expected from Bajaj.

Bajaj finance is a big nuisance. I repent taking personal loan from bajaj. They have my mobile number and they keep calling me very often asking for personal loan. I will have to change my mobile number because of them.
I have taken loans from several banks so far. But only bajaj finance misuses the information of existing customers for calling again and again.

I have taken a loan from bajaj for which i am suppose to pay an emi of 6580 every month on ecs basis,
And i am very much willing to pay the emi. But unfortunately since last month suddenly got physically unwell as i got a lumber injury which has effected the lumber spine and the upper limb. For this reason iam almost bed ridden n unable to go out for professional work or any other activities. Which has effected my financial condition very much. The doctor asked me to take a bed rest for a month more and iam still in a terrible physical condition. For this reason i could not pay the ecs of the month of november.
For this reason i will not be able to give the ecs's for couple more couple of months. But i definitely would start paying the ecs from the month of march 2018. I am requesting not to claim the the ecs from my bank till february 2018, as iam absolutely broke and running out of money for this condition where iam unable to work.
Hope you will grant my request and consider my request in humanity ground. I always wanted to be a loyal customer n will definitely be loyal towards your company as a customer. So please don't claim the ecs from december 2017 to feb 2018 as if you claim then the check will bounce n unnecessary money will be deducted.

I purchased a i phone 6 through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 582dfs21992143" is tagged to my loan account# 582dpf21980003.
I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c. But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company.
Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this compay and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. Ishall remain grateful to you.

I am receiving daily 6/7 calls for last few months despite of not responding it i am continue to get it from different numbers daily. Any time of the day i get the call and it is very annoying and disturbing. While i have never requested for this.
Kindly request you to stop this and remove my number from your database for calling.

In previous (In october 2016) i got consumer loan from bajaj and payment is completed also. But i received number of marketing calls from bajaj like voice calls, recording calls and messages also on daily. I am irritating about this.

My loan application number:[protected]. Hello, this is prabhat kumar gupta from bhopal. I've applied for a personal loan in bajaj finance ltd 2 weeks before and got less amount. Even the customer care persons admitted that the amount is less and asked me to contact thier greviennce team. Based on our discussion i've sent the statement which i got from bajaj finace. A customer care person contacted me and sent the split up of documents. I found that amount of inr 2499/-has been deducted in the name of "finencial fitness". When i asked about it they sent me an email statement with finencial fitness report. It is just an advice to take loan and to determine how your cibil points will be rated. I don't need such study reports as i knew it already and there is no use of such reports. This seems to be hidden charges without informing the customer. I asked for the amount to be refunded in my account. The customer care person said he will take up this issue and arrange for refund. But again i got the same report in the name "financial fitness report". I really don't need such useless reports for my rs.1000. Therefore it seems bajaj finance is looting customers money by these hidden charges. Atleast this should have been informed earlier, if it is informed i would have not taken loan from bajaj finance. I've sent several emails but no proper response. Its almost 1 week now. Now i've to cancel this loan because of their poor actions. If they charge some amount for closure then i've to go to consumer court as no choice left for me. For other friends those who are planning to take personal loan, please take it from reputed banks (Transparent charges) instead of these financial looters... I'm expecting a reply or response from bajaj finance. I'll update in this forum until my issue gets resolved.

I am regularly getting calls from bajaj finance for loan and other promotional offer. I just wanted to stop these calls, really getting frustrated everyday receiving 5 to 6 call daily.

Daily 5 to 6 calls comes from bajaj finance offering loan. Its a auto generated voice calls. Blocked many numbers but still its coming. Please help. This is really irritating. I had requested for balance transfer (20 lac) and top up (10 lac) in month of july 17 to bajaj finance. All the required documents were handed over to their executive and balance got transferred to lic housing finance (20 lac) in month of august mid. Bajaj finance team had said your top up amount will be disbursed along with the balance transfer, however i have received partial amount 5 lac in the next week from the balance transfer and for rest amount continue following up with them since that day, but still the status is same. On top of that, they are charging interest on whole amount (Balance transfer 20 lac and top up 10 lac approx. I tried to contact customer care to know the reason, then they said it will be reverse, you no need to worry. They had said contact with sales team to confirm the status. I am chasing them to get it done but no response, infect manager mr. Rajdeep hudda is not picking up the call.

Dear sir madam please note rs. 117 towards card is debited by you in my a/c and due to non balance in my a/c your rtgs got return but hdfc bank later debited rs. 450 from my a/c towards ecs returning chargeds.in this regard i would like to raise complaint against you that on what basis and you had authorised you to sent rtgs to my bank a/c for rs. 117 as i do not have your card and never ever used. Also did not received.

I have just called to your customer care no and blocked that card vide request no srn15135589 which i never received neither i used. I also come to know that in your that record my name is showing as m tripathi, however my correct name is l s tripathi (Laxmi shanker tripathi)

You are requested to kindly credit rs. 450 towards bank charges charged by hdfc bank as this is your mistakes.

If you are not credit rs. 450 in my a/c for your mistakes i will force to sue you in consumer court.

I also received a phone call from one the person from bajaj finance and offered me loan of rs 15 lac at the flat interest rate of 2 percent per annum. What i need to do is to give 10 percent i. E. 80000 for policy in bajaj finance in advance. Then they keep the policy bond with them and give me the soft copy of the same and after 25 days the amount of rs 15 lac will be sanctioned as loan to me. Nothing to be given for mortgage, no security. Just pay premium of rs 30000 per year for 10 years.
