My loan application number:[protected]. Hello, this is prabhat kumar gupta from bhopal. I've applied for a personal loan in bajaj finance ltd 2 weeks before and got less amount. Even the customer care persons admitted that the amount is less and asked me to contact thier greviennce team. Based on our discussion i've sent the statement which i got from bajaj finace. A customer care person contacted me and sent the split up of documents. I found that amount of inr 2499/-has been deducted in the name of "finencial fitness". When i asked about it they sent me an email statement with finencial fitness report. It is just an advice to take loan and to determine how your cibil points will be rated. I don't need such study reports as i knew it already and there is no use of such reports. This seems to be hidden charges without informing the customer. I asked for the amount to be refunded in my account. The customer care person said he will take up this issue and arrange for refund. But again i got the same report in the name "financial fitness report". I really don't need such useless reports for my rs.1000. Therefore it seems bajaj finance is looting customers money by these hidden charges. Atleast this should have been informed earlier, if it is informed i would have not taken loan from bajaj finance. I've sent several emails but no proper response. Its almost 1 week now. Now i've to cancel this loan because of their poor actions. If they charge some amount for closure then i've to go to consumer court as no choice left for me. For other friends those who are planning to take personal loan, please take it from reputed banks (Transparent charges) instead of these financial looters... I'm expecting a reply or response from bajaj finance. I'll update in this forum until my issue gets resolved.

    I am regularly getting calls from bajaj finance for loan and other promotional offer. I just wanted to stop these calls, really getting frustrated everyday receiving 5 to 6 call daily.

    Please stop these call from now. I haven't shared my number for any such promotional call and just wanted to know who has giving them authority to use my number. Please stop these call from now.

I don't know why. My cheqe bounce charge of rs.1530/ i will today it self in your kolkata office. And other thing i don't know why they are asking for more money.         Hello we are very thank ful to finance my product but i m not satisfied your executive behavior my one one months emi is pending i told him sir i will pay but i have some medical isuses in my family so plz u can take ur emi after 2/3 days but he can not anderstand he shouting me and he said very rudely bahaviour he can give me dhamki... I cant toll rate this behavior.

          Daily 5 to 6 calls comes from bajaj finance offering loan. Its a auto generated voice calls. Blocked many numbers but still its coming. Please help. This is really irritating. The call in odd hours and that too even on sunday. Whenever i see a number starting with 011 i disconnect the line. Its getting on my nerves.               I had requested for balance transfer (20 lac) and top up (10 lac) in month of july 17 to bajaj finance. All the required documents were handed over to their executive and balance got transferred to lic housing finance (20 lac) in month of august mid. Bajaj finance team had said your top up amount will be disbursed along with the balance transfer, however i have received partial amount 5 lac in the next week from the balance transfer and for rest amount continue following up with them since that day, but still the status is same. On top of that, they are charging interest on whole amount (Balance transfer 20 lac and top up 10 lac approx. I tried to contact customer care to know the reason, then they said it will be reverse, you no need to worry. They had said contact with sales team to confirm the status. I am chasing them to get it done but no response, infect manager mr. Rajdeep hudda is not picking up the call.

                  Dear sir madam please note rs. 117 towards card is debited by you in my a/c and due to non balance in my a/c your rtgs got return but hdfc bank later debited rs. 450 from my a/c towards ecs returning chargeds.in this regard i would like to raise complaint against you that on what basis and you had authorised you to sent rtgs to my bank a/c for rs. 117 as i do not have your card and never ever used. Also did not received.

                  I have just called to your customer care no and blocked that card vide request no srn15135589 which i never received neither i used. I also come to know that in your that record my name is showing as m tripathi, however my correct name is l s tripathi (Laxmi shanker tripathi)

                  You are requested to kindly credit rs. 450 towards bank charges charged by hdfc bank as this is your mistakes.

                  If you are not credit rs. 450 in my a/c for your mistakes i will force to sue you in consumer court.

                    I also received a phone call from one the person from bajaj finance and offered me loan of rs 15 lac at the flat interest rate of 2 percent per annum. What i need to do is to give 10 percent i. E. 80000 for policy in bajaj finance in advance. Then they keep the policy bond with them and give me the soft copy of the same and after 25 days the amount of rs 15 lac will be sanctioned as loan to me. Nothing to be given for mortgage, no security. Just pay premium of rs 30000 per year for 10 years.
                    Waiting for the reply.. i hav two policy one is rs 50000 and other one is rs 30000. Why u guys are doing this.just for money.. how bajaj finance people are i hav a no of that girl i called everhday everday she told me that mam u will get the amount today. Then 72 hous i dont understand why u r doing.. so its a request guy be aware of this type of call. That girl name is Mira and Shruti .. contact no is [protected] [protected].. be aware..

                      On 25th Feb17 I made a purchase of iphone 7 for 70, 000 from bajaj electronics & paid the initial down payment. However within 28 days my phone got damaged and after taking to apple service center they asked to buy new replacement phone for 30k and Bajaj did not help me as in I bought the product from them. iphone Case:[protected]

Also i have given hdfc bnk ac cancelled cheque for refund of fc amt. Instead of that your operation team refund my rs.7765/- to my non-operative yes bank account without my confirmation. This ac in negative bal of 10k. I want my money back from you. Your team close my graviance sr by saying credit to yes bank ac.                           I am getting daily, almost twice daily, unwanted calls from bajaj finance for loans. Inspite of blocking so many numbers, i keep getting calls from new number. Please stop this harassment. My phone number[protected] is a dnd number. And i am sure this problem is faced by others too, since there are similar complaints in this forum. This problem needs to be brought to the attention of legal team.

                              I am using bajaj finserv card for 30 months, my credit limit was 1.5 lakhs, but the bought my limit to about 50000 without even informing me, when they increase the limit they send an sms but now they have decreased my limit, i have maintained a healthy relationship with bajaj finserv, in this two years you will not find a single emi bounce or anything. What's the point in keeping such a card, it's useless for me. On what basis credit limit is decreasing without any information and every year is getting decreasing.
                              Dear sir please change my registered old mobile number [protected] . So I want to be update a new phone number [protected] . So I requested you to please update my new phone number immediately.

                                I had made a purchase from flipkart for rs. 4856 on 21st sep 2017
                                That day i entered incorrect otp, but still the smount got cut.
                                Thats means on september 21st loan of rs 4856 got charged twice.

                                However flipkart cancelled one of the product of rs 716 due to which all other items in my correct. All the refunds were initiaited and this loan is closed.

                                But for another 4856 amount charged, they are not at all responding and cancelling the loan.

                                Its their mistake that they have cut the money twice.

                                I have provided all the necessary proofs etc,.

                                Everyday i must call customer care and explain for an hour. Those guys take 1 hour to understand and i have to re-iterate everything.

                                They asked me fr 1 week time. They did not respond.

                                I spoke to finance team. They said they will revert on nov 21st.

                                Nothing is progressed till now.

                                Shame on you guys. You don't know how to treat customers. You don't know what promise means.

                                Each time they say we regret inconvinience which that actually dont mean.

                                I regret being the customer of this non sense where m losing my hard earned money.
                                Because they have deducted the amount, i have no money in my account.
                                I must spend 8 days for this month like this.

                                They loot the poor.

                                Deeply hurt.

                                I have provided them evidences. They are not bothered at all to resolve the queries.

                                  I have bought the samsung tv in the month of september'26 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
                                  On dated 18.11.17 i have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as mentioned above in the subject. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi card and i do not get my card till now.

                                    I am getting constant phone calls from bajaj finserv for loans on my mobile number [protected] and want this to stop immediately, at times the call comes even in the night times disturbing me. I hope action is taken or i will need to look at legal route to stop this trouble. I am not sure how my number was known to bajaj finserv and i think that these numbers are got from the telecom provider and the customer is troubled. I hope this stops

                                      This complain is in connection with personal loan from bajaj finance ltd has disbursed the loan amount of rs.515000/-Without my consent and deposited in bank account sum of rs.487846/-

                                      The above loan was disbursed Without my consent and for this loan disbursement I am liable to pay rs.28000/- to bajaj finance ltd as they have credited my account with rs 4.87 lac Without my consent.
                                      For this loan disbursement thay have taken two blank chq for Security reasons.
                                      Kindly look into the matter

Before that on october 12th i received a letter from bajaj finserv, quoting that a pre approved loan of 2, 00, 000 is approved to me. I send a sms on 14th october. But no enquiry from your side.
