This is to inform you that i have purchased one lg 43" led tv through finance from bajaj finsev as per tax invoice no. K2724/1718/00758 dt. 22.08.2017 from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. 21/1, moulana abul kalam azad road, (Dobson road), opp: howrah ac market, howrah - 711101 in which i got 50 % cash back under the scheme of lg cash back offer - fpd, at the time of purchase it was told to me by sales man & your bajaj finsev staff at that showroom that the amount will be credited to your bank a/c after 15 day's from realization of 1st installment, my 1st installment already debited on 3rd october 2017 & since then 28 days gone but still i have still not received the 50% cash back of the cost of lg tv,
Your quick action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    In my cibil there is loan ahout kotak which belongs to bajaj finance from 2005. But in totally unaware about that loan. Even bajaj don't give any notice about that loan. Because of that my cibil record became very bad. Im facing many problems due to that. Please help me out from this situation. I need legal help. Because no one can do this type of problem for customer.
    Please stop promotinal calls from bajaj finserve. I am keep getting atleast 7 to 8 calls every day and every time from new numbers. How many numbers i block? Its itritating.

      Grievance Redressal Team & We Care Team

      This email is to inform you that recently my EMI loan Card was BLOCKED .In fact I have taken loans form Bajaj and have paid them all. I have had a very good history with Bajaj.
      Now my issue is my EMI Card has been blocked without any prior intimation. Reason for my card block is insufficient funds in between in one or two months.. Every month my EMI amount use to debit from my bank account on 5th day. But in between it happened twice that Emi was deducted a day prior only like 2nd and due to insufficient funds on 2nd my ecs bounced. Though on every 5th the money was there.Due to insufficient funds i was over charged and my bank has charged bounced charges. The bank hit the ecs on 2nd which was suppose to be hit on 5th, then where am I at fault. Due to this only my emi got bounced twice.
      I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, at least they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so I would not have gone to take any product only.

      This is really frustrating and disappointing to me I really don't understand that why my card has been blocked,

      I was talking your customer care and they promised a call back which was again not done. I was promised that my issue will be resolved asap.

      They have also suggested me to purchase the product by producing the documents, I even did that and my loan was rejected. Customer care is unable to give me the reason for it.

      However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that i can use your services and i also promise you that they won’t be any bounce back from my end. I have been a loyal customer and I should be given a second chance.

      I am with Bajaj from last 3 years and have cleared all loans I took from them.and also attached my NOC for the loan with this mail. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

      I would be highly obliged.

        I have given application for change of my bank account well in time to bajaj finserve, ahmedabad office to the clerk at customer service desk along with mandate, id proof and cancelled check for bank details. The clerk has not given acknowledgement of the form submitted. I complained for the same for the matter but no response from bajaj till date. My complaint is as under -
        After use of emi card for online purchase from flipcart i approached your ahmedabad office for change of my bank account with your prescribed mandate form duly filled and signed with cancelled bank check with my id. Your clerk at the desk collected my documents and at that time i asked him for acknowledgement and he said that it was not necessary your request would be updated. Today i received sms from your company regarding deduction of my emi from my existing account which is closed and my details are not updated at your office. Now, i am 64 year old man has limited mobility to visit your office on and often only due to negligency of your desk clerk?

        My emi card details got changed. the address totally got changed and eventually my card got blocked.

          I am not interested in any kind of loan.

            My name is mallika and have been with bajaj finance for last 4 to 5 years and this is my customer id : 16178740, on september 12, 2017, mr. Amalraj, pandian contacted me and explained about elite card benefits and the fee for the same as 4777/-. I paid the amount 4777/- on the same day and got the confirmation from him via email that the amount has been received by bajaj and the card will be delivered in a week's time. Here the twist, from next day on wards he is not reachable and no response from him and i have not received any card till now today (29/10/2017). Also i have made several complaints and raised grievance team but no use. I have not received any proper update from them. Also he sent some vouchers which were expired already and also no response when i sent email about them. Their response is very pathetic. Hope i will get some response from grievance redress team after this.

                Bajaj finserv teams keep calling me from different numbers despite asking them not to call and registering as part of dnd.
                It's either automated calls, or calls from agents or dsas and this occurs atleast 5-6 times a day.
                This is an utter nuisance and intrusion of privacy, i request these be stopped immediately and prevent me from further harassment.

                This is adhikar. Yesterday I have noticed that a Amount of 117 has been deducted from my account on 26oct 2017.
                Details; decs-tpcf bajaj finance/tpsl (dirb).
                Don't have any loan. Plz look into the issue n resolve. Or else will have to complain to consumer court.

                        An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of state bank of indiawithout any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand after 2+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                          I have gently requested them to put my number in dnd but still i get call everyday from them and if i do not pick the call i get call continuously.

                          Is there any process to file a case on this company for calling again and again after giving warnings.

                            I am constantly getting calls from bajaj finserv (Automated + agents calls). I have requested several times to block my number from your list but still i am getting unwanted calls at the busiest times of my work hours / in client meetings. This is the last time i am taking an effort to write too many texts on public forum to block my number [protected] - nine eight seven four one seven zero four six one. If it does not work, i will put some more effort to go to court.

                            FYI, please keep in mind that money can purchase everything in the world but not all the times. Also in these days too, honesty and public support wins victory over monetary power. So there is no need to think "Ok, go to court, we will spend our penny(!!) to remove the trouble but we will do that what we are doing and whatever comes in our mind we will follow that policy only".

                              On dated 26.09.2017 rs. 117/- has been deducted from my sbi saving account showing transaction detail p[protected] tr for ddr bajaj auto transfer to investment intermediar.

                              I have no dealing with bajaj auto, then how and why above amount has been deducted from my saving account.

                              Please look into the matter and refund above unauthorized deduction.
                              Dear sir I have apply a new EMI card on your site but no any information and portal to apply new EMI card so please tell me how to apply online.

                                I didn't see this type of issue in my life, someone done blunder at bajaj finserv end find the below.

                                It is disgrace to bajaj employee, his experience, qualification and to company. Bajaj agents/managers are committed on flexi loan with 14% and 1.5% processing and then rejected without proper reason. If they are not having capability on this, company should give training instead of blaming customer for the below.

                                I was a bajaj finance customer 4-5 years ago.
                                They have my mobile number.
                                Even now bajaj finance are calling me with various numbers (Robotic calls)
                                Soon i block one of their advertisement call number they are calling me with another new number with advertisement calls and sms.

                                This is disturbing my personal life a lot. I am fed-up with these calls. Please stop your advertisement calls on my number -[protected]
                                Daily I receive 5-7 calls from bajaj finance, I am not interested in these products, remove it else will go to consumer court My no. Is [protected], I am mentally harassed

                                  My account has been debited with Rs.117 without authorization on 24/10/2017. My loan was already closed 6 months ago. I have also taken NOC. This company is not supposed to deduct any money. Fraud company! Please take necessary action on this fraud company. This is a huge monetary theft act done by such a big company which was trusted by many. Kindly refund my money.

                                      There is a lady called rhea from phoenix (That's what she said) calling on my mobile and office reception again and again since 2 days and asking for some money which my father took. I have no idea about it at all but she is insisting me to make payment and abusing me so much and harassing me. I had ask her to give details but she is not providing and just threating me and my family member also office receptionist.
