With a very sad and unsatisfied heart i am writing this to you, hoping that you could solve my problems.

I bought 4 items with my bajaj finserv emi card, from flipkart in big billion sale last september. Which in total cost me ₹5046/- (The time duration for this emi is 3 months). But from seller end one product of john player pants was cancelled, which costs ₹719/- (. Its transaction id is[protected]. This ₹719/- has been refunded to my bajaj finserv account as per flipkart (See attachment), so now my loan amount should be ₹4327/-. But still in my bajaj account my loan amount is as it is, no change is done. That's why my emi got due this month. I went to my jamshedpur branch to talk this issue, but they said they can't do anything for online transaction, the only thing i can do is send a mail.

I put this issue to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in they said it will be solved in 3-4 days but it hasn't been solved yet. And their emi department is calling me and threatening me to pay my dues. It's been a very bad experience. Please solve my issue fast otherwise they charge me for my late payment of emi. I will be grateful.

I need ecs rejection form soft copy also for this loan.
Due to this issue you people charged around 5000 to 6000 rs as penalty.

Please provide that rejected ecs form to check with my hdfc branch.
Due to this issue cibel issue also came.

You people not given any response when i faced the problem.
It is very bad and careless.

Fraud:opted for rage guarantee & paid 0.5% processing fee, but they prepared for 0.4% & telling not opted

I my case, i had transferred my loan from lic to bajaj, due to having some rate guarantee offer, 3 emi holiday, rbl credit card, emi card, they said will provide all, but i refused to take insurance.

Local processing manager & executive changed my application to no rate guarantee offer. Due to this if roi come down, they will not change. I had raised this concern to bajaj customer service lot of times & telling we can't change.

Now the present roi is going with 8.35% on all banks & including bajaj also, when i asked my application is in roi 8.50% and need to change, then they are telling your application not in rate guarantee, thats the reason we are unable to process it for below roi. But i had came to bajaj, as this rate guarantee option is available, so the manager changed documents & saying no
So, please don't sign empty documents, fighting for the justice,

Dear sir/mam, i have recieved massage from bajaj fin but my mobile number will not active in loan account, i have forget my username and password, and my bajaj card is not receive bcoz your employee said 3 moths after ur card in your hand.5 emi are finish but card not gave me. I brought an extended warranty from bajaj financeserve. Now my ac is cooling good, so please arrange for servicing the ac. Child certificate no of the extended warranty is og[protected]-00732642. Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. This card deducted rupees 117 from my bank account without my permission. Please deactivate this card as soon as possible. Also please credit (Refund) rs.117 /=to my bank account...

I have blocked 4 numbers from bajaj finance, they have so many numbers that they keep calling. If one is blocked they try from another number. Stop your annoying calls. I'm not your customer. You have no rights to irritate me like this. Either representative calls or automated voice calls... Nuisance. When i dont want any loans or any service, why do u call? Stop calling [protected]. I will complain in court.

We get three to six calls from bajaj finance everyday... Pls stop this or we'll have to make a formal complaint against you. My number is [protected] we have tried using call block and spam call blockers - but its no use as bajaj finance always calls from another number. We're fed up of this... Bajaj finance pls make sure you resolve this immediately.

On the same issue, before the thing happening, i called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Dear sirs/ madams

Im getting unwanted and useless calls for availing loans from your company atleast 5 - 6 time daily. These seem to be automated calls and it’s highly frustrating. You are only pissing off potential customers by doing this. Clearly not a smart marketing strategy!!!

Please can you stop making so many promotional calls on my number. I would not like to receive any calls. These calls are only making your company unpopular with your clients. My number is [protected]. Please stop calling me!!!

I am getting spam calls from bajaj finance more than 8 times a day. This is highly irritating and can result in a fatal accident while driving. This is not expected, this is completely unprofessional and if my grievance is not resolved i will move to a higher authority against them. The phone rings all the time and even if i block a certain number they come up with some other number everytime so blocking the number is of no use.

Sir my loan no - 4k7dpf48110166 mein ek mobile samsung ka finance 25.08.2017 ko karwaya tha. Maine cancelled chq s. B. I. Ka diya tha mera axis bank se suru mein jo loan chal raha tha unka installment axis bank se deduct hota tha ab yah axis bank closed ho gaya hai mera ist installment 02.09.2017 ko sbi mse deduct hona tha lekin bajaj finsarv bol raha hai aapka chq axis mein gaya aur bonuce ho gaya jabki meine cancelled chq sbi ka diya tha kripa karke mera bouncing charge a/c se hatane ka kam kare

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of shandipur main bazar, new delhi-110 008 and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on at house no.2609, shadipur main bazar,, shiv mandir road, (Opposite west patel nagar), new delhi-110 0-08,.

Mr. Shambhu aggarwal well known as 'shambhu namkeeen & matthiwala' in shandipur main market, area has been constructing illegally 07 storieys building. If you will see this building from its front, you will find only 04 storey building is being constructing, but if your goodself will see this building from its back side, you will surprise to see that owner mr. Shamdhu aggarwal has constructed seven storeys building at house no.2609, shadipur main bazar,, shiv mandir road, (Opposilte west patel nagar), new delhi-110 0-08.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the aforesaid unauthorized construction. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to your nobleself.

It is therefore, prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against mr. Shambhu aggarwal to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure specially at the back side of this building where the owner mr. Shamdhu aggarwal has constructed seven storeys building at house no.2609, shadipur main bazar,, shiv mandir road, (Opposilte west patel nagar), new delhi-110 0-08.
