I submitted my kyc documents to your representative after completion of your application formalities and your representative told me that you will get your bajaj rbl bank co brand card within 21 days but still i don't received any update on this.

I have not recieved any massage from your side. I am totaly confused. Please give the status for the application. I trust bajaj finserve.

Hi this is kishor from we haven taken a samsung 320 ltrs refrigerator at pai electronics karmanghat hyderabad on 19 of this i. E oct 2017through bajaj finance with 0 emi on 10 months scheme on my dads bajaj card the total value of product is rs 30400 and your agent said processing fee of rs 800 which comes overall total of rs 31200/- but your agent is told to pay rs800 and rs 30400 to be paid in 10 emi but after paying rs 800 in tax invoice the bill has been for rs 29400/- additional but finance was made for rs 30400/- but additional rs.800/- being taken has your bajaj agent. This i came to know through pai sales man mr. Ali. That's its part of system i would like to know to whoms pocket this additional amount is going please do justice to me for additional amount rs 800. I have come across along with cases many times i and i also have proofs that your agent is managing the pai electronics executives and doing this kind of business since long time. Please look in to this matter and take action.

Unfortunately i have taken loan from bajaj finance 5 years back (Around 2013), i have paid the total amount in exactly 12 emis. I got the closure letter also for the same.

At least 4 to5 different loans (Which i have not taken) in recent days getting tagged to my account, started deducting emis from my account with out any reason.

After the follow ups & complaints they do return my money back after couple months.. I keep on request bajaj finance to close all my accounts as i won't take any kind of loan from bajaj finance.

These kind of fraudulent transaction happening with me quite frequently, even today one more loan account tagged to me & deducted 3500 rs from my account. I don't have any reason for the same. I felt cheated by bajaj frequently -

I am looking for permanent solution for the same -

My loan number 4190cd36970586 first ecs bounce due to insufficient funds in a/c. But next 2 tow three days after again make ecs and in sep-17 month this happen 4 times.
Bajaj employees call me for pay due emi but i told that please make ecs through bank but they denied and told me that we don't make esc then i'm make payment through bajaj finserv payment getway and clear the emi but in my ac same day again...

With a very sad and unsatisfied heart i am writing this to you, hoping that you could solve my problems.

I bought 4 items with my bajaj finserv emi card, from flipkart in big billion sale last september. Which in total cost me ₹5046/- (The time duration for this emi is 3 months). But from seller end one product of john player pants was cancelled, which costs ₹719/- (. Its transaction id is[protected]. This ₹719/- has been refunded to my bajaj finserv account as per flipkart (See attachment), so now my loan amount should be ₹4327/-. But still in my bajaj account my loan amount is as it is, no change is done. That's why my emi got due this month. I went to my jamshedpur branch to talk this issue, but they said they can't do anything for online transaction, the only thing i can do is send a mail.

I put this issue to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in they said it will be solved in 3-4 days but it hasn't been solved yet. And their emi department is calling me and threatening me to pay my dues. It's been a very bad experience. Please solve my issue fast otherwise they charge me for my late payment of emi. I will be grateful.

I need ecs rejection form soft copy also for this loan.
Due to this issue you people charged around 5000 to 6000 rs as penalty.

Please provide that rejected ecs form to check with my hdfc branch.
Due to this issue cibel issue also came.

You people not given any response when i faced the problem.
It is very bad and careless.

Fraud:opted for rage guarantee & paid 0.5% processing fee, but they prepared for 0.4% & telling not opted

I my case, i had transferred my loan from lic to bajaj, due to having some rate guarantee offer, 3 emi holiday, rbl credit card, emi card, they said will provide all, but i refused to take insurance.

Local processing manager & executive changed my application to no rate guarantee offer. Due to this if roi come down, they will not change. I had raised this concern to bajaj customer service lot of times & telling we can't change.

Now the present roi is going with 8.35% on all banks & including bajaj also, when i asked my application is in roi 8.50% and need to change, then they are telling your application not in rate guarantee, thats the reason we are unable to process it for below roi. But i had came to bajaj, as this rate guarantee option is available, so the manager changed documents & saying no
So, please don't sign empty documents, fighting for the justice,

Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. This card deducted rupees 117 from my bank account without my permission. Please deactivate this card as soon as possible. Also please credit (Refund) rs.117 /=to my bank account...

I have blocked 4 numbers from bajaj finance, they have so many numbers that they keep calling. If one is blocked they try from another number. Stop your annoying calls. I'm not your customer. You have no rights to irritate me like this. Either representative calls or automated voice calls... Nuisance. When i dont want any loans or any service, why do u call? Stop calling [protected]. I will complain in court.

We get three to six calls from bajaj finance everyday... Pls stop this or we'll have to make a formal complaint against you. My number is [protected] we have tried using call block and spam call blockers - but its no use as bajaj finance always calls from another number. We're fed up of this... Bajaj finance pls make sure you resolve this immediately.

I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to my last emi bounced. On the same issue, before the thing happening, i called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.
