A person named Mr. Prem Kumar ([protected]) called up saying will give personal loan from Bajaj Finance, after sending the documents I have received the approval letter from them asking for the processing fees of Rs. 2, 500/- (Paid to UPI ID: [protected]@paytm) which I paid to them by Gpay. He said the loan amount of INR 30, 000/- will be transferred to my account once the processing fees is paid. But after paying processing fees I have received email saying that I have to pay now SGT charges of INR 5, 500/- again which will be refundable along with the loan amount. They say that the loan has been processes from another state (i.e. Kolkata) and my state (Maharashtra) govt. is holding up the loan amount. If I pay the SGT charges to them, they will release the loan amount to me. The SGT email I have received was from info.[protected]@gmail.com. I have also spoke to his head Mr. Ratan Kumar ([protected]) he said the same thing, also saying that there will be EMI deduction from my account every month because the loan has already been sanctioned and transferred from their end to my account. I want my money back.

I have applied TERM LOAN AGAINST USED from a company CREATIVE SOLUTION which appeared to be BAJAJFINSERVE with a rate of interest of 7% note that NO CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE OR SALES PERSON give u a clear picture of INTEREST RATE, CHARGES IN IT. AFTER SO MUCH BOTTLE NECK when loan was disbursed i was shocked to see that SOME LOAN INSURANCE which was not TOLD TO ME AT ALL later on SOME DOCUMENT CHARGES of 2 k which was never told to me . they took all my car rc etc . later on i got a message that LOAN HAS BEEN DISBURSED but it was not credited into my account it has gone to DSA ACCOUNT and now YOU ALL ARE AT MERCY OF DSA which they will charge on u r security amount HP HOLDING CHARGES and BAJAJ FINANCE HAS NOTHING TO DO IN IT as u have signed documents with BAJAJ they are clear in to get EMI. while escalating problem to BAJAJ PORTAL shocked ot see after 2 hours IT WAS RESOLVED WITHOUT ANY CALL OR INFORMATION TO ME. WHAT A SERVICE. I AM BEGGING TO DSA TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT BUT AGAIN THEY CUT SOME 25000 AS HP CHARGES? NO BILL NOTHING NO RECEIPT. ALL DSA ARE BLOOD THEIF NOWADAYS. CREATIVE SOLUTION NUMBER [protected]. no grievance cell response from BAJAJ FINANCE. harassment to customers. never ever go with such loan otherwise u will end up u r life in clarification.

I have taken loan of Rs. 240000 from Bajaj finance that is called flexi loan in 2019. The rate of interest promised by the Bajaj finance executive was 9.00 percent per annum. On approval it was 19 percent per annum. I was not aware of it at 1st. But one day when I checked the statement. I was shocked by this. And yet they only charging me interest since last two years. The principal amount is still pending in full. The whole debt is for 7 years that will count to about Rs. 500000/-, double the amount I received. This is a whole big financial burden on me. So your good self is requested to take necessary action as they have hidden real terms and conditions from me. The loan was approved with an OTP only. I have not signed any loan agreement.

Alert!HDFC Bank Mandate reference no: HDFC70xxxxxxx001xx34 issued to BAJAJ FINANCE LTD with value Rs. 25000.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing.

Why i received this message, I don't want HDFc to proces this amount from bank account

Iam getting continuous calls from Bajaj finance customer care (2 calls every day) . one year back I gave complaints to Bajaj finance top management after that calls are blocked. again past two months, I am getting calls again .I am feeling like filling a harassment case on BF.please look into it and do the needful....

I have activated DND with my network provided and also registered for DND in Bajaj finance bank portal itself many times. But still i am getting unnecessary calls from Bajaj finance. They call even over weekends and un time as well. It is so frustrating to answer them every time. I am fed up and getting BP every time speaking to them.

As per the subject there is a balance in the account but on the same day not yet deducted and bounce chargrs charged on 26th july 590 rs.

Kindy check and reveres the bounce charges for the proof i have attached the balance screen shot for the same.

This is not fast last time also same thing kindly check this clearly and refund that amount soon.

Bajaj is forcefully charging late payment fees even after making the payment in time. If we refuse to pay, they are calling continuously and saying that they will send people to my home for recovery. It is happening very frequently. I believe I am not the only customer being harassed by Bajaj.

I have been making timely payment even after that Bajaj is continuing this behavior.

I want to complain against bajaj finance as I am already told that I will not renew the policy but still they are calling me.

What I want to know is that yesterday night I got an offer in the notification section that if I add money, minimum 100 rupees. Then I will be given 25 percent cashback a Rs.100.

This time, even after telling me this, I added Rs.400 and got only Rs. 25 .
Please see my screenshot too. Nowadays no one believes without proof.
The worst thing is that Bajaj finance services and these companies are cheating like this.

I went up to them and complained and I was replied like a robot that doesn't exist.

They don't want to understand that the offer was not given to me by God. You gave it to me. Rubbish experience.

I am sharing service request number -SR79272025 from bajaj, very disappointing incident that I suffered from Bajaj.
I just want my problem to be looked at very seriously, I don't like so many problems.

Why do I have to come here and complain, why do they give such bad services.
To the consumer team, I would like to inform you that it should be looked at properly and if you have such a problem, please let us know and the app will be uninstalled. Worsted Services.

I have taken loan of amount 1 lakh last year in January by forceful calling of BF agents. I have overall earning of about 12000 only, i told them truly though he filled my wrong details in the form and i asked him about rate of interest then he told me only 3000 per only i have to pay for 4 years. He cleared my loan in only one hour from his higher officials. For one year i have paid 3000 per month after that 1 year they increased my emi to 4700. In this situation i have only 12000 per month earning how can i pay this emi still i have paid all emi till dateby borrowing money from friends and family. Now i am not able to pay any amount, from last few days i have thought about suiciding because i dont have a way to come out from this situation. Please help me out from this, its the last chance i am taking for survival of me and my wife and son.

I am 2 time visiting the corporate office in bajaj the person said to me ur all account is closed. But Continuous The person Deducting my Amount No one person can support me customer care number please support me bajaj persone ford all time.

Sir i have issued doctor loan from bajaj finance and i have not paid 2 emi due to financial crisis and they have charged extra money in spite of this yesterday on 23/07/2022 in Gaya Bihar Area, five person of bajaj employees trapped me and beaten me badly and threated me to kill me if I will not pay company emi. one of them employee name was Nishant Kumar and four not known they have holding iron rods and wood stick. so please take strict action and terminate all of them from service

I bought a laptop for educational purpose financed by Bajaj emi, I am paying the emi regularly only one emi is pending but they are harrassing me mentally and trying to assault me by visiting my home.
I received a call from [protected] and visited my house and was giving threats to me.

I am highly disappointed by Bajaj Finance because I had received a loan offer of Rs.303000 for a proper personal loan. After this I got a call from Sneha from Bajaj Finance Indore team and she told me about this offer. I told her that your ROI is very high, so she told me the offer after less ROI and also EMI is reduced. First she told me 10000 approx after that 9200, but after that she processed my loan. Also my offer is 303000 but now my account is showing 315000 and received money is 290000. They are cheating me with 25000 being deducted and not knowing where this amount is deducted. Please help me. I have all the recordings of your employee. Right now the ROI is too high.
