I recently availed a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv and my loan account number for the same is P411PGP6245467. I have been provided with NIVA BUPA HEALTH PLUS and CPP LIV ASSIST plan insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, I am in no need of the above mentioned policies/ insurance. Therefore, as I am still in free look period, kindly cancel my CPP LIV ASST plan and NIVA BUPA HEALTH PLUS policy/ insurance and refund me my money back. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

It is ridiculous that daily 7 to 10 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers.

On 13 December 117 rupees debited from my HDFC bank savings accounts though debit mandate towards BajajFIN_BF

I never applied for any e-mandate for BajajFIN. They did fraud transaction on my bank account without my consent .

Please remove this Debit mandate from my account and return my Rs 117

@2019 Take Bajaj PL 5 Lakh - Paid On Time - In Covid 6 Month Not Paid Moratorium Period - Again +2 Month Not Paid - Start Pay Regular 3rd Month Onward - Getting PL For Business - Due to Pandemic - Business Close - Start Personal private income - date to date paid up

Till before 4 month - last time when i ask to recovery person for my dues then he told me approx. 2.60 and i remember paid +2-3 installment from my share and mutual funds.

after that i don't have single penny - now from last 4-5 month don't paid up any amount. i got notice and they send some hard harsh notice so cold arrest warrant says.

Is i committed any murder directly without any hearing company legal person direct says we issued - we issued ur arrest warrant. wow.

due to my health condition i unable to go out for any work - i m jobless from last 3+ months. whatever private work i did and earning 5-6000/- i paid up home expenses.

my friend is helping me come out from this matter - so he visited Bajaj office their people says my as on date due is 4.5lakh. - I Took loan on 2019 or rs 5lakh and paid almost half amount and now they said 4.5 dues.

i send him for sattlement with one condition pay max 70/80, 000/- within next 4-6 month pay grace period time. but they refuse it so i am ready for any legal proceeding now- what they do - arrest me - for 1./2/3/4/6/12 month or"aakhir mein jaan le lendge" but paise to nahi mile ... if someone come forward and saying i dont have singlepenny for poison then why this glitch not understand the things.

harres the peoples and or my kind of people leave the city or state then they fully loss all money.

I never applied for any Bajaj Finance Services, EMI, Card or anything but they still deducted 117 RS from my account

Right now I don't have any loans / dues with Bajaj Finance Ltd, how can they debit of Rs.117/- every year in my SBI account without any intimation or prior approval from my side, i request you check and credit back my amount back on immediate effect. The date of debit is 13.12.2022 Rs.117/-

I had order warranty for 5 years for my Tv from bajaj and we had complaints so many months before and they send us number of person for fixing the problem but when we contact they didn't attend the call and we get another number but that they didn't attend our calls.+[protected] and +[protected] are numbers that bajaj send us we need reason for not solving our problem. we are waiting for your responds and your help

Please return my money in my bank account debited by ECS/ACH return chg so i request u and stop this process

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform you that after clearing all the emis, again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont lose your customer for this kind of mistake.

Bajaj Finance keeps calling my number everyday regarding marketing of their various products. I have written to them to stop these calls but they are still continuing with it. I do not want any calls from them on my mobile number - [protected]. Requesting your action in stopping these calls from Bajaj Finance.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement Rs 999/- 25 Novembar 2022 Bajaj Finance CMP MANDATE has been debited...Immediately complained about this in Bajaj Finance home branch courts...they said I have Bajaj health insurance...actually I applied for health insurance They said they didn't do it, they said they didn't do it, they asked me to refund the cmp mandate money 999/- and they asked me to come the next day with the bank statement and aadhaar card.. They told me to submit the aadhaar card and bank statement the next day and sign the paper they provided.. that is before signing. As I was about to read...that Bajaj emplayee stopped me...they took my signature and sent me saying that they would refund the money in two days...On the same day in the evening I got a message from Bajaj Finance on my mobile saying that I have been approved for Bajaj Health Insurance...actually I am Bajaj Health Insurance. If you don't apply... CMP Mandate money will be refunded, we will get the documents signed and refund the CMP Mandate money. Do you force insurance to be attached to the customer by saying or not... I think it is not safe to have the customer bank details bajaj finance... the notch order given by the customer is not your private property.. 295/- twice from my sbi account last july 2022 also. Debited... I bought the phone under 8 months emi .. I paid them advance emi before they debited monthly emi from my account but they debited 295/- from my account to Bajaj finance in two installments. Every day they call and say no, why are they worried about insurance... immediately refund the cmp mandate 999/-.

Why was I charged for Mandate Fail chargebof Rs 295??? Why was this done??? I have not even used it bajaj finance please explain and refund money

A number of rs. 117 is deducted through ECS from my savings account at HDFC bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although I don't take any loans from bajaj finance. I don't know the reason for the deduction,

Bajaj Finance Ltd ( Bajaj Finserv) Debited Rs 117/- from my saving account of other bank as a Mandate without consent. After enquiring they told me that this is Annual charges of EMI Loan Card. I taken loan for consumer durable at Vijay Sales Showroom which closed long back. there is no obligation on me toward that loan.

Now thy cut the Annual charges of EMI loan card which i have not taken. there is no SMS, No mail about such charges after so long time. Even they cut such charges after my death.

Its another JAMTARA appears as Bajaj Finance Limited.

Request to reverse the transaction as they charges on services which is not adopted by me. ( They cheated lots of public like this)
