Legal warning: i have been continuously receiving continuous illegal unwanted and extremely harrassing phone calls to my mobile phone number [protected] from bajaj finance starting with 140-9*-*
If this continues i will file police complaint against bajaj finance limited and submit fir to file case of intrusion and impaling of privacy, extreme harrassment
And bajaj finance resorting to extreme torture treatment by making incessent...

Daily i receive 5-6 calls from bajaj finance asking if i need some kind of loan. Please note that i don't need any loan. I have registered for dnd so i hope i don't get unsolicited calls like from your company. How come you get our data and start calling us?
If this doesn't stop immediately i will be forced to register a complaint to a consumer court or trai.
Please deregister my cell number [protected] from your data....

I want to draw your attention towards following few lines as the for immediate action.

I was advised for the od facility for the sanction of same i have furnished necessary documents. Further i was told when i will be in need i can use the loan and at that time i have to pay the charges (Processing fee etc.) as per your policy.

When i got the trail mail your agent puneet called me immediately...

[protected] this is just one of the numbers i get 2-5 calls every day without fail from bajaj finance, its been like this for over 4 years but the frequency has increased drastically for last 2 months - they just don't get it, i receive other calls also but once or twice, not like these guys, how to make it stop??? They have been telling me for over an year that they will remove my number fro data base it never happens, i hav enever done business...

On 23rd august, i have recently noted that there is a transaction of rs. 117 under the narration ""to transfer p[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-auto". Please note that this money has been deducted without my consent.

Therefore i direct you to please revert back the money asap. You get in touch with bajaj auto and resolve the matter.

I advice you to please take the matter seriously and revert back my money....

I have applied for emi card in croma showroom through my debit card, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end.
And the charges for the emi card is debited from my account.
Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.
I am giving the details above. Hopefully you will respond at least.

I am tired of blocking marketing calls of bajaj finance. Not going to avail any service from bajaj even if required and it offers better than other financial firms.

Have attached the screenshot of phone numbers i blocked. Have blocked more than 35 numbers last week all starting from 1400, 1408 and 1409.

Why should i put my phone on dnd just because of one foolish company. They should have a smart crm which...

I hassan bette gowda jagadeesh mobile no [protected] availed personal as well home loan from bajaj fin serv and till date no default and cleared all the loans.
On 24/08/2017 during purchase of lap top, my loan request has been rejected stating that my cibil is low.
On other hand bajaj fin serv reps are calling from mysore office as well from pune head office that my track records are very good and am eligible for personal loan...

Sir i'm so frustrated and tired to receive bajaj finance many calls when i'm not interested for any type of loan. What i do. I sured them that i no need of any type loan. Please delete my contact no. From your call list. But they call again and again from different numbers.

I get far too many calls from bajaj finance asking me if i am interested in a loan. I have told them multiple times that i have no such requirement.
They sometimes call multiple times on the same day for e. G today 28th aug i have recieved 2 calls asking for the same thing.
Is it possible that i was not interested in a loan and 11 am but suddenly i am interested in a loan at 3 pm.
This is harassment in name of sales....

I had purchased a camera on a bajaj finance emi as the shopkeeper insisted on a 0% interest. However after a few days i have recieved an extended warranty policy and a premium being charged for it. I called up the customer care and even wrote an email but no response. Why such forced selling and cheating?

Kindly ask them to delist my mobile no. [protected] from their data.
Everytime in middle of important meeting their phone rings, how can government allow our data to be used like this.
Please take some action against them so that they stop with all these calls...

If i reject these calls then i get the call from some other number.

Calling up 7-8 times daily we not create my need to take a loan from you people and since you people have irritated me soo much that in near future if i require a loan then also i will not take it from bajaj.
