It is such an harassment to receive daily phone calls from bajaj fin serv and their companies. No. Eg +91-[protected].
Kindly ask them to delist my mobile no. [protected] from their data.
Everytime in middle of important meeting their phone rings, how can government allow our data to be used like this.
Please take some action against them so that they stop with all these calls

My number is [protected]. Please register this number to your dnd (Do not disturb). Never call me again for any of your services.

I keep getting calls everyday from different numbers of your outbound call center. If this didn't stop, i am going to raise a complaint with the right authorities.

Please send me an acknowledgement after you add my number to dnd.

Hi daily receive call from bajaj from their [protected], [protected].
If i reject these calls then i get the call from some other number.

Calling up 7-8 times daily we not create my need to take a loan from you people and since you people have irritated me soo much that in near future if i require a loan then also i will not take it from bajaj.

Please stop calling...

I had made an fd for rs. 5 lacs on 9-august-2017 with application no. 70003671 but i have not received the fd certificate and neither received any processing notifications on either my mobile or email. When i contacted the customer care they replied that my certificate will be dispatched within 15 days of making the fd but i have received nothing. Moreover, when i contacted the regional office in patna, they said they are unable to find the processing details. At first i thought it was a good decision to make an fd in bajaj finserv but now i am reconsidering.
As you can see in the attachment the application was under process 9 days ago and i have received no further communication from them till date.

Hi i have been getting frequent calls from [protected] and many other combinations that starts with +9117252.. Its too much annoying when we pickup it automatically dials in to their office - i took 3 loans from bajaj finance and closed all of them i the recent 3-4 months too many calls daily.. Y r u misusing the customer database for this kind of telecalling - please stop these disturbances, i dont want any loan and dont torture me by this - i have stopped picking all unknown number because of this nuesence. I am using bajaj finserv card for 17 months, my credit limit was 48000 but the bought my limit to about 25000
Without even informing me, when they increase the limit they send an sms but now they have decreased my limit, i have maintained a healthy relationship with bajaj finserv, in this three years you will not find a single emi bounce or anything.

I am unable processes any consumable loans through bajaj finserv why?
I have paid all my emi's on time wihout a single return. Then what is the reason behind it.
I really feel bad on this.. And i don't want to continue anymore in future with bajaj.

I am totally fed up with Bajaj finance agents. They call me from different phone numbers offering loan etc. They have made my life miserable. Where ever I go and what ever may be the time they disturb. I had requested Bajaj Finance authorities on similar platform. It worked hardly for 15 days. My mobile number is [protected].
Can anybody advise me how can I get stop calls from them? Will police or any other authorities accept complaint to stop this nuisance once for all?

I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I want ot purchase another product but your representative told me that my card is blocked due to pdc bounce. I have called to your representative, but it has no options to speak with him. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Kindly resolve this issue.

Today one executive was called (name is sudhakar - [protected]) by Bajaj finance, he is talking very rudely with me because my personal loan was ECS return to the first time cheque bounce so I want to need 3 or 4days time for payment is made he is said no madam this is the enough time of you I will come to your home by tomorrow you will arranged that money. He is way of talking like dadagiri model.

Eventhough Customer mind will have to pay spoiled this type of guys way of telling by rudely all of this affected by Bajaj only.

Note: Calling from Pune on the same day asking my loan return I want to some time he will said ok mam you will pay for end of this month.

Can i know why this transaction has been made without my knowledge and purpose of it?

Today some executive (Name is sagar thakkar or thakor) of bajaj finance is come at my home and say that to my father mushir ahemad mukhtyar ahmed qureshi name se personal loan chal rhi he apka ek hafta bounce hua he unfortunately my father name is mukhtyar ahemad and also surname is qureshi. My father said that ki bhai mere bete ka name umer he mushir nahi he to mr sagar dadaguru se bolne lage ki han umer qureshi ke name se loan he nd jabar dasti se ghr me ghusne ki kosis kr rhe the.. Us wqt mai kuch kaam se bahar tha and mera mobile silent hone ki vjh se baat nai ho pai thi merre father se. I am a person ho have used bajaj finserv and like have a card too.. However i font want anybody to call and ask every day 5 to 6 times asking whether i need loan.. Also when telling not to call, they its automatically dialled and being rude.. Also when i called bajaj cx care they cut the call after arguing. Worst customer service guys!! So embarassing that i used your ptoduct. I got a call from the following number -[protected]. My number is in donot disturb list and if i get any further calls i will have to report this.. I want them to be fixed right away.

I had done a settlement for loan no. 5770pl07096277 through bajaj finance srl no.79843/ 57727sep16, dated.27/09/16, as per letter acceptance of rs.40, 400/- is cleared by me before 25th jan-2017 also find all attachment of receipt which payments i had done with settlement letter also attached, after 25th jan-17 i have gone many time in their goregaon branch their answer (Reason):-
1) don't take tension you will received the noc copy within few days,
2) person not available as many times,
3) their office system down many times,
4) this is not my dept, dept has change contact to that person, that person not available everytime,
5) they said we have done mistake your payment which we received which has done in emi entry not in settlement so it was not closed, so we will change it and we will give you noc copy. (Bajaj office persons name which they are giving reason :- (Balaji, lokesh, nitin shukla, sachin, kamlesh shukla, mahesh shinde, jaiprakash)
Now i received a call from delhi high court that bajaj finance cased to you because of o/s 32000/- they said case no. Bla0889dc, what should i do i have cleared my payments on time, then also i had gone to their branch in that the person jaiprakash told me that you have to done once again settlement of rs. 20000/- otherwise in court matter you should have to pay penalty of 25000/- and also our money, so what to do in this case please help me so they gave me noc copy.
