My name i d. Ramasubramanian and i am troubled by frequent calls from the
Bajaj finance team, checking me with me on my interest in a personal loan from them. I have repeatedly told that i am not interested and requested that my phone number to be added to their dnd register - but so far this has not happened -

Despite posting the same issue in this forum, i continue to receive the calls - plz help - my phone number is +91-[protected]

Today one executive was called (name is sudhakar - [protected]) by Bajaj finance, he is talking very rudely with me because my personal loan was ECS return to the first time cheque bounce so I want to need 3 or 4days time for payment is made he is said no madam this is the enough time of you I will come to your home by tomorrow you will arranged that money. He is way of talking like dadagiri model.

Eventhough Customer mind will have to pay spoiled this type of guys way of telling by rudely all of this affected by Bajaj only.

Note: Calling from Pune on the same day asking my loan return I want to some time he will said ok mam you will pay for end of this month.

My loan got finished in january 2017 with last emi dated 05/jan/2017 for above-mentioned loan account but today i have seen another transaction on my account for inr117 saying "cms/[protected]/bajaj_au
To_cd_4010cd21855143".

Can i know why this transaction has been made without my knowledge and purpose of it?

Today some executive (Name is sagar thakkar or thakor) of bajaj finance is come at my home and say that to my father mushir ahemad mukhtyar ahmed qureshi name se personal loan chal rhi he apka ek hafta bounce hua he unfortunately my father name is mukhtyar ahemad and also surname is qureshi. My father said that ki bhai mere bete ka name umer he mushir nahi he to mr sagar dadaguru se bolne lage ki han umer qureshi ke name se loan he nd jabar dasti se ghr me ghusne ki kosis kr rhe the.. Us wqt mai kuch kaam se bahar tha and mera mobile silent hone ki vjh se baat nai ho pai thi merre father se. Jab me ghr par aya tab sari situation ka pata chala ki hum abhi jis flat par rent se aaye he lst 15 days se usse pahle koi rehta tha jin ki surname qureshi thi to maine mr sagar ko call kr ke ye miss understandings door krne ki kosis ki mgr mr sagar ka behaviour dadagiri jesa tha aur unhone saaf saaf kaha apko ko jo krna ho krlo maine yahan tk kaha ki agr umer name se apke pass koi data he nahi to ap mere ghr me without permission kese aa skte he to vo bole ki apka nick name umer hoga nd all aur unhone mere dad se bahot batameezi se baat ki jab ki na mere name pr koi loan he na me kisi musir ko janta hu... Bajaj finance se kisi sir se baat ki to unhone vps koi response nahi koa aur kaha apjo krna chaho kr skte he mtlb ese kisi ke ghr me ghusne ki kosis kro aur bolo apke name par personal loan he ye dadagiri bajaj finance ke logo ko chal rhi he yahan...
Please sir take some step for that ki aj ke bad esa kisi or ke sath naho ye aj mere dad the to andar nahi ane dia vrna ghr main ma bhen bhi hote he sir so plys take some best step

I am a person ho have used bajaj finserv and like have a card too.. However i font want anybody to call and ask every day 5 to 6 times asking whether i need loan.. Also when telling not to call, they its automatically dialled and being rude.. Also when i called bajaj cx care they cut the call after arguing. Worst customer service guys!! So embarassing that i used your ptoduct. I got a call from the following number -[protected]. My number is in donot disturb list and if i get any further calls i will have to report this.. I want them to be fixed right away.

I have taken a consumer loans from you and that's the only mistake i have done against you.in return, am getting 3-4 calls from different numbers offering loans. I am not interest in loans anymore and please stop calling me for this. My no: is [protected], this is my official no and my company is going to file a case against you.

I had done a settlement for loan no. 5770pl07096277 through bajaj finance srl no.79843/ 57727sep16, dated.27/09/16, as per letter acceptance of rs.40, 400/- is cleared by me before 25th jan-2017 also find all attachment of receipt which payments i had done with settlement letter also attached, after 25th jan-17 i have gone many time in their goregaon branch their answer (Reason):-
1) don't take tension you will received the noc copy within few days,
2) person not available as many times,
3) their office system down many times,
4) this is not my dept, dept has change contact to that person, that person not available everytime,
5) they said we have done mistake your payment which we received which has done in emi entry not in settlement so it was not closed, so we will change it and we will give you noc copy. (Bajaj office persons name which they are giving reason :- (Balaji, lokesh, nitin shukla, sachin, kamlesh shukla, mahesh shinde, jaiprakash)
Now i received a call from delhi high court that bajaj finance cased to you because of o/s 32000/- they said case no. Bla0889dc, what should i do i have cleared my payments on time, then also i had gone to their branch in that the person jaiprakash told me that you have to done once again settlement of rs. 20000/- otherwise in court matter you should have to pay penalty of 25000/- and also our money, so what to do in this case please help me so they gave me noc copy.

Bajaj finserv — emi card not received

I have applied for emi card by paying 300 inr through cash, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end.
Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.
I am giving the details above.

I have received personal loan from bajaj fin service rs.85000.00 on 2014, from bajaj finance loan no.4030pl06802578, monthly emi rs.2850/- already paid two years completed balance only rs.22000/- and i have given several request sent to bajaj fin service regarding my bank account changing for easy payment but they have do the any action my request every time emi came to my bank account and return it and again i have paid through online still one emi is pending in this regard one collection agent regularly called me and i informed the problem issuing in bajaj fin service in the mean time one person called me using very bad words, he talking too much his name mr. Manimaran (Sidaarth associates) phone no. Is [protected], kindly take necessary action against him. I have in very mental depressed.

Hi, I have taken a Personal loan from Bajaj Finance . Its been 1.5 years since i have loan . And i am paying the EMI on time .
Just 1 EMI was missed that too of MAY . Rest all the EMI's has been deducted on time through ECS .
I am receiving call from Bajaj Finance executives atleast 4-5 times a day .
Today they called and started using Abusive words .
The words used where too much bad . When asked, when are you calling from, he replied as Ghatkoper branch .
Below is the number today i received call from who used very bad and abusive words . +[protected] ...
The Executive also used the word saying if you not capable of paying the loan then why are you taking it? You poor people .
I mean, this is not the right way to talk with people.

Request you to take this forward and also take strict action against them .

I was informed that emi card is free of cost though they have charged some amt. Today i got a message 'bajaj fin. Emi inactive fees of rs.117 will be charged to your account' which was ever told when i had applied for fresh card. Pl. Explain immediately on my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com or cont no. I receive around 5 calls everyday. All of these are from bajaj finance and listed under spam category (As mentioned by true caller)

Irrespective of answering / disconnecting / ignoring these calls, they repeat every day.

I want my number to be removed from there directory, so that i don't ever receive these calls.

The numbers usually start from '1409', followed by 6 digits.

I am getting multiple calls everyday regarding the personal loan promotion, i have made several request both to marketing caller and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in requesting to remove my number.
My number is already there in telecom service dnd list for such promotions.

Today i have sent another email from my gmail id.
Kindly reply in this forum and i can pm you my details.

An amount of rs. 216 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of hdfc without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.

I am sachin sanjay chavan, file no - af9001, i insurance against loan has application date 30/11/2016, but it did not answer anything yet. Contact no [protected]. They are not taking the socio debt by phone, coming off. Please request this action as soon as i have something to give loans.

Amit thakkur - [protected]/[protected]- consumer employee.. These handles are not getting equal reply from butt 2 week and the call is not showing and the phone switches off.

I puchase mobile 1st time with of rs 15000 then i paid extra 2700 for new card charges...2nd purchase samsung mobile.. Of rs 48900... I think 0 % emi but this was my fault to trust on compony... My ammount is now rs 51900... Why i pay 3000 extra... Is that your 0% card...
Show hidden thing to customer before they use ur finance service... I have no need o[censored]r insurance... Take only the amount what they have...
