I am getting many calls from Bajaj alliance and this is a NUISANCE. Please STOP calling my number [protected] for anything from BAJAJ alliance.

Hope this is considered as a SERIOUS complaint and appropriate action taken immediately.

I have taken Loan from bajaj finserv stating that there are no pre-closure and part payment charges but before i could clear my first emi they sent a message stating that they have modifies the charges. Now they are saying charges are applicable.

But while doing the agreement i clearly mentioned in the reply email saying the "I am pleased to accept Bajaj personal Loan below mentioned ROI 14.5% and Nil foreclosure charges Any time, post clearance of your first EMI."

Shall i go for legal proceedings ? Please suggest.

I'm living in banglore, i'd purchased few goods through Bajaj Finserv my Customer ID and my mobile number is, my problem now is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from Bajaj Finserv alomost 4 to 5 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low interest loans ! these automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays ! Some times when i'm in unpleasant situation like death condolence or funeral meetings or in very important chief executive's meetings, i'm totally embarrassed with this, I would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, i am not in the condition of purchasing any loan from you and i'm not interested at all, since i bought few goods like TV and a mobile phone for easy EMI options i preferred bajaj finance but due to this your automated and manual calls are simply irritating me everyday, i request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls please.It will be a great relief for me and my family too.Please understand my situation and help. if not than i shall move to consumer court. These people from bajaj finance have been calling me at least 500 times a day everyday since the last 2 years for selling their products. I have told them multiple times to block my number in their list. Everyone says yes they would and no one does. I have run out of patience with them. I feel like throwing my phone out of the window whenever i get a call from them. I swear i will drag you to court if you dare call me again. Block me before i do that. I do not want any of your products, nor will i ever keep any relationship with you. So do me a favour and block me.

I am receiving Bajaj Finance calls on my numbers 6-7 times a day. This truly frustrating. The mistake I did was took a loan from them & repaid it in time. From then onwards every single day several calls. I have blocked all these number but god knows how many numbers they have kept, I still receive it.

Automated ones as well & manual ones as well.

I purchase the multiple products through bajaj finance loan system and i had done all my payment of emi till now according on time.
If whenever my payment bounce i immediately shift to online mode of payment for my payment bajaj fiancé should not suffer that is my motive some happen i have had been made the emi payment early before my due date take place.

Now few days back i received the intimation form bajaj finance team that my emi card had been block due to non receipt of emi due on your loan a/c. Even making the payment through online system before due date. For purpose and term and condition the my had card as block.

If the payment is bounce company charge the penalty or interested on the emi payment. As my due date is over of july 2017 month i am not going to any of extra….. Charges on my loan installment. This is very much clear that loan if any of the your (Bajaj finance company) collection make any of the trouble and i am unable to make any of the payment and even if the collection executive visit to my resident i am only going to pay emi if any extra
Charge, pnality or interest i am not resposible or liable

Nearly 4 calls and Messages are coming to my mobile number [protected] everyday. It is extremely disturbing to me and it hampers my work during official hours. It is killing my precious time too.
So, I sincerely request you to stop this activity. Even I have opted for DND, still I am getting calls from Customer Care Executives of Bajaj Finance. Kindly do the needful.

I was Purchase A Mobile Handset and Finance Through Bajaj. There was a Mistake By Bajaj Person While Filling ECS as per Bajaj Experia Portal Mobile Emi Was 8 and Fone Safe Emi was 12. But the Person Fill 8 Emi in ECS and Mobile Loan was Clear but Fone Safe Emi was Pending Which was Out of My Knowledge. when I Visit Bajaj Office Foe Noc He Told Me About Pending Paymwent, Then I Pay By Cash in Feb-2017, I Think That this was My Mistake So I was Not Complaint To Anyone. But Now in June-2017 I want To Finance I Phone the Store Person Told Me That My Card is Block From Bajaj. That It Shows That I am a Defaulter.
Then I Visit Bajaj Store on[protected] But Person Who Attend Told That he is Not Authorized To Unblock the Card.
I Call To Customer Care Number on[protected] The System Said That My Mobile Number is a Wrong Number.

Please Suggest How To Contact any authorized Person Of Bajaj

I am getting 2 calls from Bajaj finance (IVR) everyday. It doesn't look like a good idea of getting business by irritating customer calling multiple times. Rather please focus on relevant customer and call them appropriately.
Please remove me from you calling list. [protected]. Please look into this and take the necessary action. Please change your strategy of calling customers and find a better way to reach out to the customer in a non-invasive way.

Recentally i had settled my amounts in three slots i had paided all my amount but still i am not getting my noc. I was talk to some one from yours staff he said that u have to pay 13000 rupee agains. Now i am feeling cheated by your company.
Please help me to given my noc as soon as possible.

Every day i get calls from bajaj finserv. I have told your people more than 50 times to remove me from the list.

Not only it is frustrating but it also shows absolute irresponsible behaviour from your side on customer privacy.

Also every time the call comes from different mobile number. I suspect you have distributed my number to 100s of tele calling agencies.

Stop calling me immidiately, else i will have to sought legal advice. My number is [protected]

I am Mohith M from kerala.i have applied apre approved personal loan in bajaj finserv. and approved loan(6R2PST[protected] Rs 61000, the loan showing disbursed in 27/06/2017.but not credited such amount in my account till time .i has been complained in our branch and head office.they said that some technical error occured so this happend.it resolving after shold credited it in my account. four days overing till not credited in my account.What i do, emi date is july 5th.please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I got fraud call from delhi, asking to deposit money rs 30000 through bajaj
Finance again and again calling me to deposit money in his bank, saying that my mobile no. Has been used to cheat him so now you pay me rs 30000, threatining me that if i will not deposit money i will go to police.

I am worried so please take action and solve it as somebody fraud gang
Is using my mobile no. For fraud.

The number of calls i get from Bajaj Finserv are just Harassing to the point of disgust! i have a record (see pic) that they have called me from various numbers almost 16 times in a single day on June 16!!! is this even legal????
Plus there is no clear system to request a DND from this company, i would sue them right away with proper guidance from someone in the legal system.
I have tried to call their offices multiple times with complete disregard to my request and the customer care number [protected] is just an answering machine no place to call and actually talk to a human and get this resolved no matter how many options you try.

Any help would be great!

I receive almost 6-8 calls daily from Bajaj Finance from various numbers and it is frustrating.

I ask them to make this number fall under "Do not Disturb" to which they say us but we still receive calls

Can something be done about it. ?

I really can't write anything beyond this but 6-8 calls daily from different numbers asking for loan, investment etc is really very very FRUSTRATING

Bajajfinserv duplicate lone proceed statement and repayment schedule. But i'm not take any product and i don't know about this lone details. Kindly don't dedicated my amount. If it's dedicating amount. Immediately i'll filing case against account holder cheating case.

Why i com like this decision bajajfinse office bangalore rajajinagar office staff's not responded properly and not giving pepper information regarding this problem.

This calls are really causing me a lot of disturbance, every time they call with different numbers, when i was i in important meetings and driving its creating a lot of inconvenience, i tried calling cc but its ivr and once an executive called me for loan i told i am not intrested and requested to activate dnd,.. Still it was not resolved.

Please bajaj finserve if people need loan they will come to you dont irritate with calls...

After purchase oppo f1s mobile through bajaj finace they directly debited account for 1750 saying fone safe for all risk coverage. But not received any policy from their end till date.
When my mobile stolen on 12.04.2017 i lodged complaint on digital lost report at nearest police station. And reached bajaj finance richmond road branch and spoken to mr. Vasiulla khan manager. He made me run for a month to get my details of fone safe. Finally i fedup with these guys and started shouting on their office on 02.05.2017 he called and gave me a fone safe policy copy & told me to lodge complaint to fone same customer care.
After all now started headache from fone safe customer care regading claim form filling & letter of indemnity bond i sent all by courier to fone safe india.
Now today 28.06.2017 i called fone safe regarding my claim status they answered saying that your claim has been rejected due to not intimating of loss of mobile by 24 hrs. But i have already shared fir copy.
I told them why my welcome kit not yet delivered they asked me saying why you not intimated us that i have not received welcome kit from them? Is that correct question? Then i asked return question when they can accept money from me for the policy why they cant send the policy to me. Then he stared asking sorry.
Is that the right way?

I have been wrongly charged for installment dishonor charges of rs 370/_ for the month of may and rs 330/_ for the month of june. I had already updated my new bank details with the company. It was not been updated in your system by your end. And hence i have been charged for that. Its an request to resolve this issue and credit both the amount into my account. Marshall salve. Mobile no.
