Hi, this is to informed you that [protected] this number is registered in bajajfinserv and i lost this number recent time. So i want to replace this number instead of this number [protected]. Actually i didn't received any sms since from 2 months. So its quite diificult for me to get the details of all updations and emi so please make add my new number as per my requirement. Flexi loan got approved and disbursed. Disbursement amount is not disbursed for a week, but they are charging per day just after their email for disbursement. I did not receive any money, but they charge you. This is a fradulent actitivity by bajaj. Please beware of them. It is always go for a bank, atleast you will receive a decent service. I do not encourage people avail Bajaj products.

Poor customer care and response.

I am CH. Vijaya Sree, my EMI card has been temporarily blocked due to an unfortunate check bounce, it has been more than 6 months and despite of all the EMIs' being paid up to date, the card has not been unblocked,
iv'e encountered the worst customer care service till now from bajaj finance, at least some attention would be appreciable, hope you care.

I need to talk immediately for my personal loan details, they are talking more than emi amount, starting they said 13.5% rate of inrest. Cuting emi 21. I need to details about this. I am trying to contact those customer care call center but my call are not connecting properly i am trying last one month. I am shooting maills also call back request. Still i didnt get any calls.

I do not want to be disturbed in line with any loan requirement. So kindly remove my personal details and mobile number from your database.

If this is happening again then you are inviting me to lodge a complaint against your institution in the consumer court.

If you are also hastled by every day calls from call centre of "Bajaj Finance".. for Personal loans. And despite repeated requests that you should not be called and your number is within DND list with your service provider.. be assured the call centre will not stop or listen to you.. TRAI has for such defaulters started an SMS complaint service.

Simply follow this format. "Write the name of the company with a small subject of the call, phone number from which call came, date the call"

E.g. Bajaj Finance Personal loan, +919061******,[protected]

Send this to 1909 toll free number.. remember to send message within 3 days of the call. TRAI within a weeks time investigate the call and cancel the telephone number it self..

There is no other way to deal with this cheapness otherwise. You can go on blocking every number on true caller but they seem to use new numbers once they sense that they have been blocked.

I am daily getting automated calls and sms from Bajaj Finance for getting the personal loan. daily the calls getting dialed are around 7-8 calls. this is very irritating and frustrating. did not understands why they are calling again and again even though i told them i am not interested in their offer. also the customer care is very rude and did not here the complaints. is there any way where i can complain this to TRAI ?

I am Residing in Bangalore, I had bought washing machine through Bajaj finance, total 10 months I should pay the emi.. till 9months it has deducted correctly, but last month it was not deducted and I got call from Bajaj finance that, your emi was bounced so you need to pay late fee RS.350, even though i had enough money in account, they didnot deducted the money and there was bad response and talking rudely, and his ph no. is [protected]

I have brought a bike( pulser 220) in 2016 may 14...But the cone set was problemed...3rd service I pay the amount for that reason but now 5th service that problem was continued...The mechanic was not do the service properly...& Have a small problems also...The engineer couldn't solves the problem...& They don't no how behave with customer...Plz saut out my problems...?

I have been an old customer and bought a lot of products from this service. But because of demonetisation i was not able to pay just 6000rs out of 22000rs. There collection agents use bad language which can't be said. And also treatens u. And almost use a very bad language. Why this we should place it's by the collection manager. What is happening.

I am gettong 5 or 6 calls everyday from this nonsense company. It disturbe me when engaged in serious work or driving. Who have given them the permission to make such unsolicited calls? Would you please bring this up this to the notice of any responsible person in this company. HI i am getting fake calls from a person who identified himself as delhi police and told me that i had a warrant issued on my name for non payment of my personal loan 4080PL00011504. i have settled this account with bajaj in the month of december 2015. Please let me how i need to proceed further as this is causing me a lot of headache. i got similar kind of calls in the in december 2015 and i was asked to transfer the loan amount to settle to a person named

This was as a part of my settlement. Please let me know if the calls that iam getting are true or fake.

It has been a year now I get a minimum of 5 calls a week from bajaj finance from their sales teams. I am extremely annoyed. I have repeatedly asked them to take my number from the calling list, It has never changed. They keep calling again and again. Sometimes I am in middle of something very important and there is a call from this company.

Please I request you remove my phone number from all your branches.

This company is full of really unprofessional persons dont know how to treat a customers Couple of days ago I have received offer from Bajaj finance personal loan his executive call me and ask for the document next he rejected my loan I am asking for the reason but not received any response I have also called his local executive many times to return my documents & cheque but till now i have not received anything. daily he said we are sending.

Bajaj Finance - Who is the idiot who heads the marketing for you people? I get 2 automated calls everyday (even on Sunday and Holidays in the afternoon). You really think that customers will be looking at you if you harass them like this? Just because of these calls, I am actively avoiding Bajaj Finace inspite of the interest rate being some 10 basis points less.
