Calls from Bajaj Finance have become very annoying. Even if i do not need the loan and have requested them to delist my number [protected], it seems none of them understand and keep doing the same offence each day. It is so irritating when I have to pick up the call from different customer executives on daily basis. I do not understand if a customer declares he do not want loan or a credit card, why does your representatives still keep calling him. Is there any specific language in which you take the complain or do I have to go to court to make my demand clear?????????????

    I have been asking to resolve the query for a long time, but still it is left unattended, though maintaining a sufficient balence it still get bounced I was wondering why ?? Now I have realised that Company guys have given the branch code wrong as a result this happening it is Shillong kenchstrace branch not happy Valley branch .as a result you guys have levied bounce charges on me .

    So request to resolve it ASAP AND you guys cannot levy charges for which I have no role to play

    Now when i am asking MR Hamanta that i want to pay the amount and wanted NOC, he is saying that he needs approval form HQ, this i am hearing for last 9-10 months .And also for the start when it started happening i asked them what is the problem they are saying it is the ECS problem now i foun out my self they have wrongly put the branch code, thay have putted SBI HAPPY VALLEY BRANCH WHICH IS NOT CORRECT

    MY QUESTION IS

    HOW COME IT HAS BECOME HAPPY VALLEY BRANCH WHEN IT IS SHILLONG KENCHS BRANCH .?( I HAVE GIVEN CANCEL CHEQUE)

    WHOSE FAULT IS THIS ?

    WHY I BEING HARASSED IN THIS MANNER?

    I NEVER BEEN A DEAFULTER BUT THIS COMPANY HAS MADE ME WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ?

    I ACCEPT THERE IS HUMAN ERROR BUT WHAT TOOK IT SO LONG TO RESOLVE MY GRIEVANCE FOR A BIG COMPANY LIKE YOURS

    LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST WHO IS GOING TO REPAY MY GOODWILL THAT I HAVE LOST BECAUSE OF THE ERROR THAT IS DONE BY THE BAJAJ OFFICIALS

    I REQUEST THE RBI AND OTHER OFFICIALS WHOM I HAVE MENTIONED TO RESOLVE MY QUERY AND ALSO THE PATH FORWARD

      I have been receiving multiple annoying calls from Bajaj finance personals every day. This is continuing from past 2+ years.
      These people don't care if your number is in DND but will call relentlessly till you get irritated.
      Call's come from individual mobile numbers and no ones seems to bother, Please stop this harassment!
      I don't want loan and would neither require in future.
      Even if i take loan in future would go to bajaj finance

        I m Nilesh Thool, I get customer durable loan from bjaj finance, but I do not apply for extended warranty, unnecessary bajajfinance give me extended warranty product, I request to stop that extended warranty, they issue me a letter, but it shows in my cibil. It damage my cibil score, so i request u to stop extended warranty to improve my cibil.s o pls take care of my complent .

          Please help me in getting rid out of calls from Bajaj finance service

          I have mailed "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in" twice with all the received phone call numbers with time. but, not sure what kind of action they have taken to stop automatic promotions call to my number([protected]). Still i am receiving calls from Bajaj finance Below are the phone number with time.
          1. No: [protected], time: 31/01/16 9.49AM.
          2. No: [protected], time:29/01/16 10.42 AM.
          3. No:[protected], time:29/01/16 10.35AM
          4. No:[protected], time: 26/01/16 3.34 PM
          5. No:[protected], time: 26/01/16 01.18 PM.

          Need legal action on them, calls are continuously disturbing my days.

          Please take action ASAP.

            After collecting all the documents(Soft copies- Email), he said that i am eligible for a loan amount of 1, 5 Lakhs.

            I have transfered 6K (Processing fee) and 9K (Transaction ID pendency) to the below bank Account.

            SHREE RAM SERVICES,

            BANK - Central Bank of India

            Branch : Rajapuri.

            I have attached the Bank statement screen short for your kind perusal.

            The file id given by them is 4100PL03363408.

            Using which I am unable to track the status online.

            The search result says that no such loan application exists.

            When I tried to reach them phone, either it will be switched off and or it wont be answered.

            I am now worried whether this is a genuine service.

            please confirm if it is fake/fraud act.

            and

            If I have got cheated please advise me how can i get my money back?

                I have observed that the amount of rs 115 has been deducted from my account as mentioned above in the subject. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi card (399) and its not been six month that i got the card .

                As i read Rs 99 will be debited if the card is one year old but its not even six months ond
                Sir I have given correct date of birth but in bajaj finserv app is not opening what should I do for this problem?

                    I have purchased iPhone 5s 16 gb space grey through bajaj finance via my documents.
                    The month when i purchase was september 2016.
                    When i purchased my iPhone the same time i have applied for bajaj EMI card. at that time i paid 349 rs for the bajaj card. I was told that i will receive my card with in 90 days.

                    Now 7 month has been passed and i haven’t received my EMI card yet.

                    I approached at the Bajaj Office here in Rajkot

                    at Imperial heights office number 501 for the same query But person out there are very rude to me and not responding properly.

                    Now they are returning my money when i make query for my emi card.. so where are they for all these 7 months..
                    Weather it is your system fault or this is your way to loot customer’s 350 rs.
                    Everyday i am getting loan promotional call from your executive even after informed not to call, request to pls stop calls on my mobile number [protected], otherwise i will register complaint in police station

                      I get repeated phone calls from your company about loan products. Please stop the same. The agent repeatedly calls me about loan products, which I am not interested in. Despite me requesting them to delete my number, the calls still keep coming in. I have warned them multiple times to delete my number from their records, but nothign has happened.                             Customer care number is a big issue.
                            Extension number doesn't make sense at all when calling first time.
                            Very poor services not able to connect with the customer care numbers are fake!
                            Official website is also not providing anything in detailed format. What's the use if common man will face this problems to get valuable service like BAJAJ finserv!!
                            Disappointing. And waste of time lengthy process ..!! Waiting for the positive response (call back) as soon as possible!!!
                            I am getting calls every day to my mobile with loan proposal which I do not need. They call without any courteousy and manners. In spite of tellling to put my number in DND. I still get calls every day. Not sure how I can take them to task.

                                Respected Concern Persona,

                                My name is RAM PANDU CHIRRI, My EMI Card No. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce on 5th December 2016. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

                                Kindly resolve this issue.

                                  I have received a call from [protected] on[protected] at around 11:00 am that a cheque Bounced due to technical reason they said.I asked them the statement so they sent me and then i said them to come and receive the amount around at 5-6 pm if i will be in my office then you people come i said so one of you colection boy called me from mobile no.[protected] so at that time i was busy with other work on his first call i dint lift his call and then 2nd time he called me i reject his call and the 3rd time when i lift his call he talks very harsh with me and uses road side language so i said him to call me tomorrow then i again got a call from that laddy who called me in morning hours she asked me what happened sir you said to send me colection boy know now why your not giving payment to us she said i said one guy called me just now he was not proper guy to talk with me you people just say some higher official to talk to me then i will make the payment and i am busy now please call me tomorrow. Then after within some fraction of minutes i got again a call from [protected] he said me that sir i came to your home last time for payment shall i come and collect the payment tomorrow. I said him no please say some higher official to talk with me once so he gave his mobile to some guy his name is kumar and the guy he is team leader itseems how this guy talk is like very ugly language and he wont behave like a team leader. And till i get a proper resolution i am not going to do any payment.
