I have taken Two Telivisions through Bajaj bajaj emi card from Yeshwant pur Metro shopping mall bangalore, .the EMI payment is deductuing from my salary. If go through my statemnt details u will come to know.Earleir i had takne freze and washing machin and the loan was cleared.Yeter day I went to Same Metro shooping mall, yeshwantpur, bangalore for purchasing Split A/C, they advised me to select the model etc and after selection the model, they have collected my card detailes and advised me to pay two emi initial i.e Rs.7500/-, I agreed for that, after 10 minutes over, one of the Bajaj fiance employe named as Ram prasad( Emplyee him self told that his name was ramprasad) told me that my account got some miss matching, another person named suresh has not payed his emi payments, my name is also suresh so they have to confirm my balance details form bajaj company.I have requested them to chekc my account detailes and emi payment on the spot and allow me to take A/C, they have verified my Account details and came to know that i ma paying EMI, eventhough ur employees refused to take me A/C, they replied that they are sending mail to baja company and for getting reply it will take 2 dys becasue sunday is comming in between.Finally they were not allowed me to take A/c, they treated me worest customer. Yester day the cost of the A/C is 35000/, but metro emplyess are saying that the cost may bevaried from sunday onwards i.e Rs.37000/ two thousand extra who will pay, because o[censored]rs employee dealy my proceess was got late, if he tries to contact his head office immediately he may chance to get positive reply, on the spot he would have got some solution.
I would like to do ask one question ::In urs bajaj customer - many having their name as suresh, then how will be i am responsinle for their emi payment, on which basis urs employess are questioning me (2)Ur employes denied to solve the detailes on the spot they replied that because it was saturday night around 20.30 and next day will be saunday, they are sneding mail to company after confirm the reply on maonday they will try call me to purchase A/c, but the cost may be vary.(3)i requsted to give print out of the missmatching account detailes, simply they replied that their printet is not working,
Any mistakes please pardon me, Kindly adivse ur employees to try to identify who is the correct customer and who is the true emi payer, dont create problem to good customer.
My intention was not to make compliant on urs employees, oftenly mistakes will be happen either side, but it should be solve by positive way, yester day lot hope i went to purchase A/C, becasue o[censored]rs employee negative attitude/approch ihave not purchased the same.
