Again I am getting unwanted calls from bajaj finance

I have bought a lg Ac through emi from bajaj finance on 1st May 2022.Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.
My loan number is 410CECIG190509 and membership number is AC3851223. Please cancel it fast. The emi started from 2nd June 2022. I tried calling bajaj but there was no response....

First I got a call from an Bajaj Finance Agent asking for if interested on 0% interest loan provided by Bajaj Finance. I showed my interest and an agent named Anshuman (quoted as Relationship Manager) contacted me on my WhatsApp on 09th May 2022. His WhatsApp number is +91-[protected]. He asked me my Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank statement and photo and other personal details which I provided. They checked my eligibility and mentioned that I am eligible till 18 Lacks limit. I opted for the 4 Lacks loan amount and they guided me to purchase Bharti Axa Life Insurance Plan of 40, 000 for 10 years mentioning the insurance premium amount will be the EMIs for the loan and all this invested amount will be refunded with the loan and I just have to pay 3, 334 EMI monthly. I did according to them. Before proceeding itself I made sure that loan disbursement should be within 20 days as insurance plan cancellation period is 1 month. He assured me the loan disbursement before 26 May 2022. Only then I agreed. Then later I got a call mentioning my profile got selected by Bajaj Finance for a subsidy where 25% off is given if I take loan amount of till 10 - 15 Lacks. For having the loan amount 15 Lacks I have to purchase Bharti Axa insurance plan of more 1, 10, 000 as both policies will sum upto 1, 50, 000. I was in need for large amount so I purchased insurance plan worth of 1, 50, 000 to get the loan amount of 15, 00, 000. Then they were doing lot of delays by mentioning various reasons. Now when my second insurance policy plan is going to finish it's free-lookup period, still the Agent Anshuman was asking me to hold and the loan is about to disburse. I demanded to have the application number otherwise I will cancel the policies right away, then they updated the loan application and I received the application number from Bajaj Finance. When I mailed the Bajaj Finance for the loan status, I received a mail from Bajaj Finance that my loan cannot be processed as my profile does not meet their criteria. They guaranteed before making me purchase for insurance plan of 1, 50, 000 that my profile is eligible and I will definitely get the loan.

This is a huge scam where first the Bajaj Finance Agent is asking to purchase the insurance policy from Bharti AXA, and while purchasing they asked not to mention the reason as a loan. Then making unusual delays for the loan till the free-lookup period of insurance policy from Bharti Axa should be finished. Then just mailing out that the profile is not eligible for the loan.

I have applied for the cancellation of both the insurance policies I have taken from the Bharti Axa but one of the policy has crossed free-lookup period. I don't know what all consequences I have to face now to get my all amount back without any charges.

I lodged a complaint just one day back and it shows it is Resolved?. What the hell consumer forum doing.
Just close this forum, if not supporting to customer.
How it is resolved in such a short time period.
Neither anybody contacted me about my complaint nor i received any positive mail.
Moreover no any action yet taken against Bajaj finance, Delhi, kosambi branch.
What the hell consumer forum doing. Just close it.
we (customer) do not need such worst platform where we get no any help.

I'm Rohit Gaikwad, I'm from badlapur.. recently i got credit card from RBL bank.. they put me insurance charges an started deduction from my account without any information an they didn't called me or asked me about this insurance when i informed to customer service they replied this insurance can't be suspended so you have to pay emi...
I paid that an finally that insurance experied now but again they issued the same without any prior information...
Please help me with this issue

I hv a bajaj OD loan since 11 months...i paid every emi on time ..but today i got a message from my bank that cmp mandate debit of rs 4824 towards bajaj finance ...i m very frustrated...i tried to contect them but in thier app no such option given...i dont know where to complaint about this.my loan account number is PT36PHF2768522

Myself Ajay Prabhune, filing a complaint against Bajaj finance, Delhi branch.

I received a call from Akash Verma, assuming himself as a regional manager, Bajaj finance, Delhi, Kosambi branch. His contact details ([protected]).
I received call from him in December 2021, saying that if you avail a Bharti AXA insurance policy by paying 30000 INR, you will get a loan from Bajaj finance of 300000 INR. within 10days.
Now 6 months over Im waiting for loan disbursement. Even he is not receiving calls too.
Kindly look into matter.
As Bajaj finance a well known company having good reputation. As i already bajaj loan from Nashik branch and completed the loan amount successfully within stipulated time period.
So kindly look into matter.

Today from my account Bajaj Finance cut 117/-Rs without reason.Its more than 3 to 4 times some amount cut from amount.Now its again my balance cut.\I want to ask why u cut my balance without reason.I want my money back.
I never expect this from you.
Just I request u refund my money.

I Thangaramya, i declared that unwanted transaction is carried out in my bank account. I had received sms through sbi that the amount is deducted at rs.295 for debit mandate fail chrg txn dt.02-05-22 bajaj finance in 2 times continuously (Total amount:590) .
So, verify the fact and please refund my deducted amount as earliest.

Rs. 117 is auto debited from my Axis Bank Account and I did not buy any items from Bajaj Finance

I noticed that in my SBI account statement 117/- was debited towards CMP Mandate Bajaj finance. I would like to inform that in 2019, I purchase AC under 6 months EMI scheme and and I paid last EMI in Jan-2020 after 6 months of settling the EMIs and all. Again Bajaj finance deducted the amount of 117/-without any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So I request with Bajaj team not make such type of transaction without informing to customer by call or email. Now I feel that Bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.

From my account Bajaj finance was deducted rs. 117 for no reason no dues nothing, like an mafia, without my concern they take rs 117 as their own. Please give it back Bajaj finance..

There is an unnecessary deduction of money been taking place from my SBI bank account showing as CMP MANDATE BY BAJAJ FINANCE LTD, without any legal terms and definately without my knowledge. I don't have any dews with Bajaj finance Ltd, this is a very swindling act that needs an explanation with the an obvious refunding of amount that has been deduced till now. This cannot be tolerated I need action against it.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of SBI bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

SBI bank a/c no [protected] has been debited by rs 117

I noticed that in my sbi account transaction rs.117 was debited towards CMP mandate Bajaj Finance. I would like to inform that I purchased products under Bajaj emi scheme and paid all the emis. Again Bajaj Finance deducted the amount of rs.117 without any information.
My humble request with Bajaj Finance, please return my money in my account as soon as possible...

On 10.06.2022, Bajaj Finance have debited from my SBI Account a sum of Rs.117 which showing deduction as "CMP MANDATE DEBIT Bajaj Finance Ltd. - DD"

There is no such EMI pending or not any outstanding but how can Bajaj Finance Ltd. debit the amount from our account. There is no communication before such debit why ? & how ? its possible.

This really give a customer feeling of in- security and breach of trust.

Please refund the amount & ensure such thing is not repeated in future.

I would like to inform that few year ago i purchase mobile under 6 months emi scheme and and i paid all EMI on Time. with full and final EMI. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-without any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
