I am sorry to state that i have recieved an sms from AD- BAJAJF, that my emi card is blocked in line with company policy.

I have never used the card yet, since issuance, and have never been default in my financial transactions, and have been paying my emi month on month.

It would be great if you could let me know the status of my card and reaso thereof.

    Hi,

    My EMI card no. - [protected] . I just received a message saying your card has been blocked due to some policy. They didn't mention any reason for card block.

    When I called their customer care number[protected]for EMI cards) /[protected]for all other loans), there is no option to speak with their support representative. Also, I registered the complaint on their email id [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in the only thing I received is the ticket number SRN07284367.

    When I went to their branch in sakinaka(Mumbai) they suggest me to apply for the new card which is clear fraud. I paid for this card and took the loan on it of 40k and you blocked for no reason. Kindly look into this and unblock my card.

      Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end regarding loan requirement. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected].
      The same thing is happened with me. I purchased iPhone 6S and the another loan is showing there by the name of DIGITAL FONE SAFE with the amount of 3299/- I don't even know what is it..?? why they have added this without my knowledge ..??
      This is really annoying.!!

      It has been done through Bajaj Finance.

            EMI bill payment date is OCT 5th, i paid on 4th OCT. They sad it will be adding to next month emi, and said me to pay again with interest for OCT month.

            In online there is no direct payment option. only advance payment is available.
            why to pay interest if i have paid on time.
            Manager said that it will be added to next month emi, now i need to pay 4, 723 emi with interest.

              I am sweety ingle. my bajaj customer id : 1727140. i do not for which reason my registered phone which is [protected] (correct mobile number). all my otp are going to [protected] (incorrect mobile number/ non existent). we have spoke to 7 different customer executive's with no use we do not blame them. we tried to do personal approach as we tried to approach an bajaj agent who sits at kompally bajaj showroom who was very very rude and diverted back to customer service again even after we telling him our problem. so we went to bajaj finserv branch at kukatpally hyderabad - agent sitting there is not even listening to us and looking at his phone. so our last option is to send this email. please update my registered phone number to [protected] and my email to : ingle.                 Hi sir/madem,

                I am naresh sharma.4 year back i bought two electronic products from a local vendor through bajaj finance and i pay all installments and complete my loan in february 2013 (I have noc of both loans) and i get a emi card of bajaj finance.

                This year i was looking for buy a laptop then i visit acomputer shop they where making emi through bajaj finance when they check my bajaj finance emi card they told me that its blocked they process request for activate my card then bajaj finance customer care person told me that there is outstanding amount is still showing on my end. Then i visit bajaj finance office in sector 26 chandigarh and ask them for details.

                Then they give me a shocking details that when i buy product through bajaj finance then they activate a insurance policy which amount is 300 or 400 is pending and now that amount is 15000. I told him that i didn't ask for any policy and and i didn't take any claim in your policy but it was showing in my account so i told him that i will pay 400 rs please clear my account and cibl but he was not agree on this.

                After this they started calling me for 15000 amount and 3 times i got call on the behalf of delhi police yesterday i got a call from a delhi police officer devinder singh rathore ([protected]) and he told me that there is a non bailable warrant for me. Then i visit my local police station and ask them for notice regarding my warrant. They told me that there is not any such kind of notice on my name.

                Police officer who call me yesterday was abusing and talking very much rashly a unethical behavior (There is a app in my phone which automatically record my calls i have call recording also) i leave my work and visit police station yesterday. Bajaj finance calling person doing mentally harassment and because of this i am not be able to do my work so i am also in loss of financially.

                So i have a humble request please stop calling me from these kind of numbers and torturing me mentally i didn't ask for any insurance but if its showing on my end then i will pay 400 issue me noc and also correct my cibl score its a request. If you can help me i will be very thank full to you. If there is no solution then i have no other way expect legal way so i have to go to consumer court but i hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible because i don't want to waist my time and your time.

                Let me know if you need any information i have both product noc letters i will send you if you need.

On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

                  I am not having any EMI card of Bajaj Finance even the I am getting SMS about EMI card with Loan Amount of Rs 93000 on 18/10/2016 to 20/10/2016 daily.

                  Secondly I am dialing their number continuously, but I could not get connected to any person of Bajaj Finance even after holding the call for 10 to 15 minutes.

                  I need to foreclose my personal loan and I got confirm from bajaj that they will charge me some 5% extra for forecloser along with that some 200 rs surcharge on daily basis.

                        I am not sure why I am getting such message like "Due to Inadvertent Error - Rs.299 Credited to your account. We shall debit your account for the same on[protected]" from Bajaj Finserv. To which account you have wrongly credited? I didnt get any amount to my SB account. Also, when I tried to contact customer care @[protected], it was full of IVR options and nowhere to register a complaint neither an option to connect...

                        I have taken samsung j7 on bajaj EMI card as per EMI amount the installment has to deduct 1600/-Rs and deducted 1847/-Rs extra deducted amount is 247/- as already we have given complaint on your bajaj finserv C.G road branch also given them all necessary documents for close insurance but still i have not received any solution from them.

                          Please be aware of Bajaj Finance they can deduct any money from your account any time if you have taken loan with them, they financed my AC Last year, for which I had given them permission to withdraw EMIs from my Axis Bank account. The total payment of which was done and I got a certificate of closure of the Loan. However suddenly today they deducted some money from my account with this detail.

                          ECS/BAJAJ FINANCE LI/4000CD03221216

                          Bank says they cannot do anything as it is ECS, I can get the ECS closed, but my money is gone.

                            I have availed a consumer loan from bajaj finance services ltd consumer id 48933141 for rs 9864/- on 01 oct 16 at at great eastern electronics, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar. Following discrepancy observed and intimated to the company for rectification on 13 oct 16:-

                            Axis bank mandate made by the bajaj finance staff at the loan application counter for loan amount rs 50, 000 /-for duration[protected] instead of loan amount rs 9864/- and emi rs1234/- for 08 months. When i objected to the amount mentioned in the mandate, i was told that this is being done as per the directives from the company.

                            The above serious lapse by the company is yet to be rectified despite repeated reminders.

                            "Greetings. Your complaint has been forwarded to Bajaj Finance Limited customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days."

                            They have stated that i should receive a reply in "several days"!

                              My registered contact number is [protected] and have availed a loan in 2015 for putchase via reliance digital, ansal plaza, gurgaon.
                              The entire loan amount along charges had been successfully on time completed.
                              I was issued a card which never reached me and i am unaware of the card number or any charges for the same.
                              Recently i was charged inr 99 from bajaj finserve - let me know why? Reverse my money and discontinue the card with immediate action.
                              Your customer care numbers never receive any call and request to discontinue card had been raised previously too.
                              I want action on my request without any further delay. Before i escalate to judiciary; will await call with satisfactory resolution to my grievance.

I Have been deposited the EMI AMOUNT before 5th of every month .In the last EMI that the month of OCTOBER-2016. I GOT A CALL from ur loan executive on 15/10/2016 that was technical problem from our side so we coming to collect the EMI amount to ur house. I SAID OK. on the next day that is 16/10/2016 sunday ur executive MR.DANANJAY([protected]) AND MR.PRAKASH([protected]) had come to our house gottigere bannerugatta road. i have paid total amount of Rs.7600/-

I CAME TO KNOW ur bajaj finance was deducted the amount 700/- rs in my account . immediately i called ur executive persons they told it was mistake fro bajaj finance so give a complaint. So i am requesting u to please refund the amount of rs 600/- which bajaj finance was deducted in my account .

                                    My name is Arun Kumar.M, ([protected]) i have purchased a product from ur bajaj Finance, and I have cleared the loan. I Have been deposited the EMI AMOUNT before 5th of every month .In the last EMI that the month of OCTOBER-2016. I GOT A CALL from ur loan executive on 15/10/2016 that was technical problem from our side so we coming to collect the EMI amount to ur house. I SAID OK. on the next day that is 16/10/2016 sunday ur executive MR.DANANJAY([protected]) AND MR.PRAKASH([protected]) had come to our house gottigere bannerugatta road. i have paid total amount of Rs.7600/-
