Dear sir,
I have availed a consumer loan from bajaj finance services ltd consumer id 48933141 for rs 9864/- on 01 oct 16 at at great eastern electronics, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar. Following discrepancy observed and intimated to the company for rectification on 13 oct 16:-
Axis bank mandate made by the bajaj finance staff at the loan application counter for loan amount rs 50, 000 /-for duration[protected] instead of loan amount rs 9864/- and emi rs1234/- for 08 months. When i objected to the amount mentioned in the mandate, i was told that this is being done as per the directives from the company.
The above serious lapse by the company is yet to be rectified despite repeated reminders.

Updated by sarojp90 Three days back i received a response from the company as follows:-
"Greetings. Your complaint has been forwarded to Bajaj Finance Limited customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days."
They have stated that i should receive a reply in "several days"!
Are they joking or serious about it?
