Sir,
This is to inform you two months back I have applied for a home loan and one home loan top up to your bank. In time of collecting documents, the collection boy Mr Aniruddha promised several time line regarding Disbursement of the amount and the proceeding.
But none of the time line was maintained after that.
Although I have received my Home loan cheque and half amount of home loan top up, but in spite of submitting all the documents on 30th September and after that NOC from Tata Capital on 13th October, ( as my previous banker was Tata Capital), I am yet to receive my top up cheque of rest amount.
Since 30th September Mr Mahendra, who is the manager of Mr Aniruddha keeping me dark regarding my cheque status.
I would also like to mention that although my home loan has been transferred to Bajaj from Tata Capital, Bajaj has mot's kept any trace of the documents they are suppose to receive from Tata. Myself from my own collected the documents from Tata Capital and given to Bajaj finance on 30th. That day also Mr Mahendra assured me several times that I will get the cheque the day I will submit my NOC.
Still I am in dark regarding the cheque status of mine. In last 3 days whenever I called Mr Mahendra to know the status, he disconnect my phone and send me a sms that he is busy in meeting.
I would request you to kindly check my profile and introspect that is it the right way to treat a customer who is in need and already one EMI of full amount of home loan top up is taken on October first week.
Furthermore this is to inform you the same person Mr Mahendra previously was in Bajaj Personal Loan department. In the month of February I have taken one personal loan also from Bajaj. That time also he has given bluff to me and added a term policy of Rs 2 Lacs( premium amount) without me Consent. When I have contacted him after getting the information, he assured me that he will cancel the policy once it will 2 months old. And requested to call me after 2 months. But when from the month of April I was calling him for cancellation of the policy the same behaviour I have received from him. Then I directly contacted HDFC life to cancel the policy. They have deducted Rs 1 lacs 16 thousands and returned the rest amount to me. I am feeling insecure the same kind of treatment I may be get this time also. And surprisingly when I have written to your customer care several time none of you bother regarding the person.
Kindly look into the matter and suggest me what to do.
