My name is Intesab Husain, My Loan ID is 4630CD20801477 My EMI Card No.[protected]. My card is blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce on 5th Oct. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Dear Sir,
I am not having any EMI card of Bajaj Finance even the I am getting SMS about EMI card with Loan Amount of Rs 93000 on 18/10/2016 to 20/10/2016 daily.

Secondly I am dialing their number continuously, but I could not get connected to any person of Bajaj Finance even after holding the call for 10 to 15 minutes.

I not get my bajaj card becuse courier boy not get my house and dnot catacts me maen time i call buledart office they toll me today we send u r courier but i then get my courier and retune to bajaj office manipal but sar he was near by my houae, pls send me retune bajaj card

I need to foreclose my personal loan and I got confirm from bajaj that they will charge me some 5% extra for forecloser along with that some 200 rs surcharge on daily basis.
Kindly help me out as I will not pay any extra surcharge and needs to close my personal loan

    Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected]

        I am not sure why I am getting such message like "Due to Inadvertent Error - Rs.299 Credited to your account. We shall debit your account for the same on[protected]" from Bajaj Finserv. To which account you have wrongly credited? I didnt get any amount to my SB account. Also, when I tried to contact customer care @[protected], it was full of IVR options and nowhere to register a complaint neither an option to connect...

        I have taken samsung j7 on bajaj EMI card as per EMI amount the installment has to deduct 1600/-Rs and deducted 1847/-Rs extra deducted amount is 247/- as already we have given complaint on your bajaj finserv C.G road branch also given them all necessary documents for close insurance but still i have not received any solution from them.

        Request you to please look into this matter and solve out asap.

          Please be aware of Bajaj Finance they can deduct any money from your account any time if you have taken loan with them, they financed my AC Last year, for which I had given them permission to withdraw EMIs from my Axis Bank account. The total payment of which was done and I got a certificate of closure of the Loan. However suddenly today they deducted some money from my account with this detail.

          ECS/BAJAJ FINANCE LI/4000CD03221216

          Bank says they cannot do anything as it is ECS, I can get the ECS closed, but my money is gone.

            I have availed a consumer loan from bajaj finance services ltd consumer id 48933141 for rs 9864/- on 01 oct 16 at at great eastern electronics, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar. Following discrepancy observed and intimated to the company for rectification on 13 oct 16:-

            Axis bank mandate made by the bajaj finance staff at the loan application counter for loan amount rs 50, 000 /-for duration[protected] instead of loan amount rs 9864/- and emi rs1234/- for 08 months. When i objected to the amount mentioned in the mandate, i was told that this is being done as per the directives from the company.

            The above serious lapse by the company is yet to be rectified despite repeated reminders.

            Three days back i received a response from the company as follows:-

            "Greetings. Your complaint has been forwarded to Bajaj Finance Limited customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days."

            They have stated that i should receive a reply in "several days"!

              My registered contact number is [protected] and have availed a loan in 2015 for putchase via reliance digital, ansal plaza, gurgaon.
              The entire loan amount along charges had been successfully on time completed.
              I was issued a card which never reached me and i am unaware of the card number or any charges for the same.
              Recently i was charged inr 99 from bajaj finserve - let me know why? Reverse my money and discontinue the card with immediate action.
              Your customer care numbers never receive any call and request to discontinue card had been raised previously too.
              I want action on my request without any further delay. Before i escalate to judiciary; will await call with satisfactory resolution to my grievance.

I Have been deposited the EMI AMOUNT before 5th of every month .In the last EMI that the month of OCTOBER-2016. I GOT A CALL from ur loan executive on 15/10/2016 that was technical problem from our side so we coming to collect the EMI amount to ur house.                       I paid amount of 399/- on 2nd october'2016 through BAJAJ Online towards EMI card by ICICI Debitcard. But still this date amount was not refund. Because of failure of send/ issue the EMI card to me. So. i approach and company agent / employ and again paid cash of 349/- by self on 3rd october'2016, due to employ can't accept ONLINE payment. So, plz resolve my problem and refund my online payment.But Baja finance reply with?highlight manually/self payment card details...not highlight ONLINE payment issue

                        I am using bajaj finserv card for 34 months, my credit limit was 2.5 lakhs, but the bought my limit to about 60000 without even informing me, when they increase the limit they send an sms but now they have decreased my limit, i have maintained a healthy relationship with bajaj finserv, in this three years you will not find a single emi bounce or anything. i went to buy a samsung galaxy s7 cellphone and there my limit was showing just 20000,...

Cg-04 kv 6437 and I have take a loan from Bajaj finance and every month on 12th installment will be paid. but in this month 11 and 12 will be government holiday thats why I was deposited installment on 13 and your company will bounce my cheque on 12th and from my account 300 rupee will b deducted and now they said that you will pay October month installment with Rs.350 and after that they said we will not give you any thing in written .so, now you tell me how what I do.?

                            From last one week i have been receiving calls from different agents (bajaj finance recover agent).

                            There was some purchasing done on my brother's document for another person (mr. ashok gupta). instead of calling them they are calling me and keep on harrasing me. i have given all the contact detail whatever they required (my brother (gopal singh negi) - with his contact no.

                            Iam a married person and do not stay with my brothers from last 10 years. i am getting calls from bajaj finance recovery agency and they are harassing me by giving back to back calls, calling at my office number and at reception and keep on threatening me that they will spread and contact each and everyone in my contact list and on my facebook contacts and ruin my image.

                            Morevover threatening me that they will keep on harassing me and calling me everyday and spread the rumor that i have took the loan from them for my marriage and now not returning same. i am unable to concentrate on my office work and facing a panic situation everytime. they are using very harsh language everyday.

                            I never ever had any link with bajaj finance eventhough they are calling on my companies offices. (ridhima - [protected]) is the person who is calling again n again from her mobile or landline no. claimimg that she is calling from bajaj finance & harassing me for no reason i hope you will take action of such kind of behavior.

                            I am the only earning person for my family and in this way they are ruining my image and creating a serious problem for job. they are not calling or sending the notice to my brother rather harassing me by calling again and again to my office staff. i am requesting you to please look in to the matter and take appropriate action or else i have no choice to launch a police complaint against bajaj finance company.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I bought Consumer durable product from Khosla Electronics at Ranikuthi, Tollygunj through the Bazaz Finance Loan Ac no 4100CD24476426. After that we got sms saying that the check has bounced indicating a UBI account no which is not ours. Ours is Citibank. We told this to customer care no numerous times but nothing happened. They have their executives for check payment for the last 2 months to whom we have again given the ECS form and our checks as needed for the ECS. But still after that we are getting the same sms.
                              EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING OUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS, THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. The name of the executive to whom we gave the detail is Souvik Ghosh on 14th Aug, 17.

                              STILL WE ARE BEING HARASSED WITH THE PHONE CALLS OF PENDING EMIS AND CHECK BOUNCE FROM A WRONG ACOUNT NO, WHICH IS NOT OURS.

                                I have purchased a bosh washing machine at bajaj kukatpally. Initial emi i have paid 4500 rs but no where it is shown in the bill. I havecontacted bajaj executivs several times but there is no response.
                                Even for mails they are not responding.
                                Cost of the product is 26000 and for 10 emis they are deducting 2600 per month. It's been 3months i am paying this. No one is responding for the initial amount 4500 which i paid.

                                  Sub : My request for Stopping the personal loan process - Reg

                                  Sir,
                                  While speaking tele caller informed that 11.79% rate of interest for my loan after sanction the loan the EMI is made for 20% of rate of interest in this regard, I made many email request for stopping the process of personal loan due to High rate of interest. But you are not considered my request and purposely with out my confirmation the payment has been made to my account . It is not a good business ethic which follows by bajaj Finance. I very much regret your institute functions. I tried toll free number on 19/10/2016 on wards but no response and lift the call at your end. It is requested to cancel my personal loan and I ready to repay the amount you deposited in my S/B account. In this regards I requested to immediate reply from your side.

                                    Mujhe 15 din pahle bajaj finserv ki taraf se call aaya tha home loan k liye jinka mobile no [protected] mr. aryan and [protected] mr. agrawal unhne mujhe loan ka approval letter bhi mail kiya jisme file no: rold-nj49001bf hai.
                                    Aur unhone kaha ki loan ki processing fees aapko pay karni hogi aur f and f service ka account no diya account no [protected] ifsc no alla0212875 hai.
                                    Approval letter sahi hoga soch karr mene fees bhi pay karr di
                                    Lekin abhi tak bajaj finserv ki taraf se koi positive reply nhi mila aur na hi wo costumer care executive call pick karr rahe hai
                                    Mene total 20000/- pay kiya hai.

                                    Aapse nivedan hai ki meri is problem ka samadhan kare
