Sir,

This is to inform you two months back I have applied for a home loan and one home loan top up to your bank. In time of collecting documents, the collection boy Mr Aniruddha promised several time line regarding Disbursement of the amount and the proceeding.

But none of the time line was maintained after that.

Although I have received my Home loan cheque and half amount of home loan top up, but in spite of submitting all the documents on 30th September and after that NOC from Tata Capital on 13th October, ( as my previous banker was Tata Capital)‎, I am yet to receive my top up cheque of rest amount.

Since 30th September Mr Mahendra, who is the manager of Mr Aniruddha keeping me dark regarding my cheque status.

I would also like to mention that although my home loan has been transferred to Bajaj from Tata Capital, Bajaj has mot's kept any trace of the documents they are suppose to receive from Tata. Myself from my own collected the documents from Tata Capital and given to Bajaj finance on 30th. That day also Mr Mahendra assured me several times that I will get the cheque the day I will submit my NOC.

Still I am in dark regarding the cheque status of mine. In last 3 days whenever I called Mr Mahendra to know the status, he disconnect my phone and send me a sms that he is busy in meeting.

I would request you to kindly check my profile and introspect that is it the right way to treat a customer who is in need and already one EMI of full amount of home loan top up is taken on October first week.

Furthermore this is to inform you the same person Mr Mahendra previously was in Bajaj Personal Loan department. In the month of February I have taken one personal loan also from Bajaj. That time also he has given bluff to me and added a term policy of Rs 2 Lacs( premium amount)‎ without me Consent. When I have contacted him after getting the information, he assured me that he will cancel the policy once it will 2 months old. And requested to call me after 2 months. But when from the month of April I was calling him for cancellation of the policy the same behaviour I have received from him. Then I directly contacted HDFC life to cancel the policy. They have deducted Rs 1 lacs 16 thousands and returned the rest amount to me. I am feeling insecure the same kind of treatment I may be get this time also. And surprisingly when I have written to your customer care several time none of you bother regarding the person.

Kindly look into the matter and suggest me what to do.

    Respected Concern Persona,

    My name is Sumit Ram, My experia id 29593365, My EMI Card No. [protected] and my card limit is 35000/- I trie To purchase a moto g4 plus then i recieved a massage of my card is blocked and card limit is 16000/- . My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. . This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

    Kindly resolve this issue.

        I have been trying to access my Bajaj Finance account details.
        I have two of them mapped to my mobile number, but when i try logging in the page keeps showing an error - service unavailable.
        I tried calling the customer service numbers but there is no answer.
        One of the accounts is being used fraudulently and i need to shut it down as it is affecting my credit score.
        how can i do that, when i cant get in touch with anyone or when the details provided to me by Bajaj Finance doesnt work?

            Hello Team,

            I am getting more than 10-15 calls from Bajaj Finance for loan. And its too annoying . I dont need any loan. These calls start from morning 9 and wont end till night 9 which is too disturbing when someone is working or attending some important meetings. I have tried telling the Bajaj finance guys to deactivate the calls but no one has worked on my problem. And if i require I will contact you on my own. Kindly DEACTIVATE the calls.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that I have specifically mentioned the executive of not being interested of taking the extended warranty.
              But to my surprise I see in this trail mail that he has added the same.
              I am not interested of the extended warranty and I am sure the sales personnel of Bajaj have forged my signature.
              If so I will be bound to go to the Consumer Forum for the same.
              Please do the need full as I am not interested for the extended warranty.

                i am a valuable customer of you.When your client met me to promote this product professionel flexi loan, he assured me any insurance will not be made for this product, and the processing fee is one time only, a gift voucher will be given for worth 25000rupees.
                but without my knowledge 4oooo rupees was charged for insurance.gift voucher not given.this is just 2 weeks gone from the day of loan amount dispense i want close the loan immediatlyready to pay .2 wk interest for the dispensed amount.

                  I have recived call from[protected] lady saying she calling fro consumer court and that complaint has been registered against me, if i want to know more than contact mr. R. K. Sharma advocate. No:- [protected]. My issue is that before this call i have never received any call from any one to inform me about. Cheque bounce chargers need to pay by me if they contacted me and i said no for payment them they have right to take action against me, but without any prior communication they just cant harase public and threatened them to take them to court fro just 350 rupees only. Even after paying full loan amount. If i want to do wrong the could have not pay the loan not just penalty charges. So my complaint against them if that they are recovering. Methods are unethical and againt law.
                  Please take action against these people harassing normal people infore them first if then also they dont pay then take action dont threaten them its blackmail even when its company's fault take actions againt such groups threatening customers/consumers for unknown mistakes. Without prior notice.

                    I had a Bajaj EMI Card, with credit limit of more than 1lac. I took a Samsung S6 Mobile for Rs.36000/- on the EMI card. After few days the card has been blocked without informing me. I felt so insulting in the store where I tried to use the card for another purchase. I pay my emi on time, even then you guys have done this. I very disappointed with Bajaj EMI Card, as they are not customer friendly.

                      Sir I have ordered xiaomi mi max mobile phone from amazon but due to some problem I have cancelled on same day my ordered was cancelled from amazon and amazon had refund the amt 13999 on the same day but bajaj fin ser has made my emi still the loan was not cancelled from bajaj fin ser has continously send emi msg emi due plz cancelled my loan and retained my amount on my emi card.
                      In the last couple of months, there are lot of IVRs calls from bajaj finance. This is highly irritating and invading the policy. today i got 5 IVR calls which irrirated me at most extent. Please do not follow this, as you will lose the customers who already you had.
                      I'm getting daily 6-7 call from bajaj company regading loans. It is very itritating sometimes. A lot of time your calls have awaken me from sleeping. I mean this is torturing sometimes man.

                        Dear Sirs,

                        I have been your valued customer for the past 3 years and I have been enjoying in buying the products of my choice with easy monthly instalments provided by Bajaj Finserve.

                        During the month of August 2016, I purchased a Samsung S7 Edge mobile phone. At the time of purchase, my Credit limit was Rs.2 Lakhs.

                        After leaving a gap of 45 days, I once again during October went to purchase another mobile phone for my wife. At this time, I was informed by the Samsung dealer and your Bajaj Staff checked in the system and informed me that I have MINUS 13000 and cannot buy the product. It was a real shock for me.

                        May I request you to kindly inform me the exact available limit on my card as of date. I understand that Bajaj has BLOCKED all cards due to some non-payment reason. I request Bajaj that you must have a LIST OF GOOD CUSTOMERS AND BAD CUSTOMERS and evaluate accordingly.

                        Please go through my history of payment and inform me what is my present limit on the Card and enhance my limit by seeing my purchase record and payment record at your end.

                        It is impossible to contact you over phone any time of the day and hence this mail.

                        Please treat the matter as urgent.

                          Rspected manager, I vijay joshi an account holder of one of the most
                          reputed Bajaj finserv in India and also a personal loan holder of your reputed
                          Bajaj finserv mumbai with Account no.4050PL00537941, I just
                          want to bring to notice to you the behaviour of your Bajaj employees
                          from the collection department.I for myself know that I owe
                          some money to the bajaj regarding my personal loan which I will be paying
                          very soon that is an amount of 27000 only .But according to your babaj
                          officials which I know they are not I am sure they are from some 3rd
                          class agency to which you people have forwaded my Loan details as I
                          owe u people money.These people started harrasing me and torturing me
                          like anything over the phone as though I owe you people money in lakhs
                          or crores. I have informed them about my poor financial conditions of
                          which I am going through now as it is becoming very difficult
                          nowadays for me as a lady /man to cope up with my financial conditions, but
                          these people started harrasing me daily, they have now made it a
                          habbit to call me and abuse me daily of which I have a detailed
                          recording of the executives, things became even worse when these
                          executives abused me on the phone so much like no one has ever
                          humiliated me in this manner.And also 1 of your executives with the
                          name Rajendra prasad mishra has also called me up during unofficial hours. His mobile
                          number is [protected].he used abusive word ( teri aukat nahi hai, paisa de nahi to tere padosi ko paresan karuga ..tu mil muje teri marta hu
                          ) also recording in my cell.He has even visited my house in the night/morning
                          at 9pm which has scared me too much as tomorrow he may come in the
                          night also, and he has created a havock thrice by coming to my house at
                          unofficial hours and now he has made it a habbit to call me up in the
                          late evenings also, my Aunti who is a senior citzen has been horrified
                          by this incident so much that I even get scared to leave her alone.
                          Also according to my information and knowledge this behaviour from the
                          bank and its agencies is totally against the law and also against the
                          Guidelines of the R.B.I .I request you to please investigate into this
                          matter if not then I will not refrain my self to seek help from the
                          Police, the media and also the senoir citizens welfare trust in Andheri
                          as I have detailed recordings of your executives saying that they are
                          calling from Bajaj Finserv and not any agency. Kindly Investigate.

                            I purchased a TV and took Bajaj Extended Warranty. From 29th Sept 2016 the TV is not working and I raised a complaint with the costumer care on 29th. After couple of days a technician visited and informed their is problem with the TV and he will come the next day and collect the TV for repair and get it done. No one has come till date I have spoken to your regional manager Malikarjun and he says today it will be done tomorrow it will be done. Nothing is done till date. You guys need to inform the costumers this is how your service is before providing the extended warranty and collecting the money from costumers. My LAN no is 404EWC09660612. Can anyone check and let me know the status.

                            Hi I have taken a LapTop from Aroma by Bajaj Finance Ltd and paid all the EMIS
                            but ofcourse was late for paying one EMI which I thought I have paid but later I realise that I havent paid so in end I paid and got NOC

                            But still my CustID is blocked...

                                Daily i am getting calls from bajaj finance, these calls are really irritating can you people help me to get rid of those calls. Call frequency is very high 3-5 call per day, if i didn't pick up the call again i am getting the call in next 5 minutes.
                                These guys have generated auto call set up and killing our time, disturbing my privacy can any one please help to get rid of this.

                                  I really regret taking a loan from Bajaj. Damn irritated dueto 5-6 calls daily from your department!! Its actually frustrating.

                                  Dont you understand that we dont require loans? they can call you at any odd hour! and despite telling the customer care, they dont stop the calls. Really feel if this company and management has any self respect, may be they like getting abused by customers.

                                      I have made the final payment of Rs 1300/- towards my loan 4020CD00391633 and Still the Website says the amount is outstanding. I want NOC for the payment. Have already visited the office thrice and all they say is to check after some days. I am tired of this. If I dont get a solution I will file a case against the company.

                                        Hello sir my name is deepak ahirwar I'm a student of bpt & I worked on a Clinic and my earning is 20000 p/m on 8 Oct I decide to buy a phone from a mobile shop for that I ask for finance and I told them I'm self-employed and a students the inquiry person is not very gd educated ask me where I work I tell him I'm work at physiotherapy center and he wrote pathology instead I'm tell him its physiotherapy he just tell me its just on paper u don't worry then I ask y the he told me there is no fi done by bajaj finance so I said OK after that he log in my finance casa but as we r Indian I goto another shop ask for the rate and I do bargaining and the 2nd shopkeeper agree to give me genuine rate so I agree to buy Mobile from 2nd shopkeeper and I told him that 1st shopkeeper already login my case so he ask for the case transfer after that I got a call from first shopkeeper h talk very angry and told me u never get a finance from bajaj ever their is lots of problem is occur in my case the fi boy come at my home I told him everything but what problem is there they don't finance me a phone bajaj finance officer told me that they go to my work place and the person over there told him I m not work over there

                                        After so much trouble I have to buy mobile in cash
                                        But still I want to know y u don't finance me bajaj finance because I change shopkeeper???????????????????????? Reply
