Sir/ Madam..
I paid amount of 399/- on 2nd october'2016 through BAJAJ Online towards EMI card by ICICI Debitcard. But still this date amount was not refund. Because of failure of send/ issue the EMI card to me. So. i approach and company agent / employ and again paid cash of 349/- by self on 3rd october'2016, due to employ can't accept ONLINE payment. So, plz resolve my problem and refund my online payment.But Baja finance reply with?highlight manually/self payment card details...not highlight ONLINE payment issue
Ii applied for EMI card at 30 nov 2016.
till to date i not get it.

even i m trying to call but within 2 days they will contact me. but single time not call me.

i don't thing i will get my card...
Many time i was submitted my bank account statement.
and msgs screen sort.

Only single MSG i get within 2 days we will contact you. and we will reply from us in 2 working days..

Kindly do needful for revert my money orals give me EMI card.

    Credit limit decrease without any information

    I am using bajaj finserv card for 34 months, my credit limit was 2.5 lakhs, but the bought my limit to about 60000 without even informing me, when they increase the limit they send an sms but now they have decreased my limit, i have maintained a healthy relationship with bajaj finserv, in this three years you will not find a single emi bounce or anything. i went to buy a samsung galaxy s7 cellphone and there my limit was showing just 20000,...

      I'm parvinder Singh my bike no. Cg-04 kv 6437 and I have take a loan from Bajaj finance and every month on 12th installment will be paid. but in this month 11 and 12 will be government holiday thats why I was deposited installment on 13 and your company will bounce my cheque on 12th and from my account 300 rupee will b deducted and now they said that you will pay October month installment with Rs.350 and after that they said we will not give you any thing in written .so, now you tell me how what I do.?

        From last one week i have been receiving calls from different agents (bajaj finance recover agent).

        There was some purchasing done on my brother's document for another person (mr. ashok gupta). instead of calling them they are calling me and keep on harrasing me. i have given all the contact detail whatever they required (my brother (gopal singh negi) - with his contact no.

        Iam a married person and do not stay with my brothers from last 10 years. i am getting calls from bajaj finance recovery agency and they are harassing me by giving back to back calls, calling at my office number and at reception and keep on threatening me that they will spread and contact each and everyone in my contact list and on my facebook contacts and ruin my image.

        Morevover threatening me that they will keep on harassing me and calling me everyday and spread the rumor that i have took the loan from them for my marriage and now not returning same. i am unable to concentrate on my office work and facing a panic situation everytime. they are using very harsh language everyday.

        I never ever had any link with bajaj finance eventhough they are calling on my companies offices. (ridhima - [protected]) is the person who is calling again n again from her mobile or landline no. claimimg that she is calling from bajaj finance & harassing me for no reason i hope you will take action of such kind of behavior.

        I am the only earning person for my family and in this way they are ruining my image and creating a serious problem for job. they are not calling or sending the notice to my brother rather harassing me by calling again and again to my office staff. i am requesting you to please look in to the matter and take appropriate action or else i have no choice to launch a police complaint against bajaj finance company.

        A quick response on the subject is appreciated.

          Dear Sir,
          I bought Consumer durable product from Khosla Electronics at Ranikuthi, Tollygunj through the Bazaz Finance Loan Ac no 4100CD24476426. After that we got sms saying that the check has bounced indicating a UBI account no which is not ours. Ours is Citibank. We told this to customer care no numerous times but nothing happened. They have their executives for check payment for the last 2 months to whom we have again given the ECS form and our checks as needed for the ECS. But still after that we are getting the same sms.
          EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING OUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS, THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. The name of the executive to whom we gave the detail is Souvik Ghosh on 14th Aug, 17.

          STILL WE ARE BEING HARASSED WITH THE PHONE CALLS OF PENDING EMIS AND CHECK BOUNCE FROM A WRONG ACOUNT NO, WHICH IS NOT OURS.

            I have purchased a bosh washing machine at bajaj kukatpally. Initial emi i have paid 4500 rs but no where it is shown in the bill. I havecontacted bajaj executivs several times but there is no response.
            Even for mails they are not responding.
            Cost of the product is 26000 and for 10 emis they are deducting 2600 per month. It's been 3months i am paying this. No one is responding for the initial amount 4500 which i paid.

              Sir,
              While speaking tele caller informed that 11.79% rate of interest for my loan after sanction the loan the EMI is made for 20% of rate of interest in this regard, I made many email request for stopping the process of personal loan due to High rate of interest. But you are not considered my request and purposely with out my confirmation the payment has been made to my account . It is not a good business ethic which follows by bajaj Finance. I very much regret your institute functions. I tried toll free number on 19/10/2016 on wards but no response and lift the call at your end. It is requested to cancel my personal loan and I ready to repay the amount you deposited in my S/B account. In this regards I requested to immediate reply from your side.

                  Sir,

                  This is to inform you two months back I have applied for a home loan and one home loan top up to your bank. In time of collecting documents, the collection boy Mr Aniruddha promised several time line regarding Disbursement of the amount and the proceeding.

                  But none of the time line was maintained after that.

                  Although I have received my Home loan cheque and half amount of home loan top up, but in spite of submitting all the documents on 30th September and after that NOC from Tata Capital on 13th October, ( as my previous banker was Tata Capital)‎, I am yet to receive my top up cheque of rest amount.

                  Since 30th September Mr Mahendra, who is the manager of Mr Aniruddha keeping me dark regarding my cheque status.

                  I would also like to mention that although my home loan has been transferred to Bajaj from Tata Capital, Bajaj has mot's kept any trace of the documents they are suppose to receive from Tata. Myself from my own collected the documents from Tata Capital and given to Bajaj finance on 30th. That day also Mr Mahendra assured me several times that I will get the cheque the day I will submit my NOC.

                  Still I am in dark regarding the cheque status of mine. In last 3 days whenever I called Mr Mahendra to know the status, he disconnect my phone and send me a sms that he is busy in meeting.

                  I would request you to kindly check my profile and introspect that is it the right way to treat a customer who is in need and already one EMI of full amount of home loan top up is taken on October first week.

                  Furthermore this is to inform you the same person Mr Mahendra previously was in Bajaj Personal Loan department. In the month of February I have taken one personal loan also from Bajaj. That time also he has given bluff to me and added a term policy of Rs 2 Lacs( premium amount)‎ without me Consent. When I have contacted him after getting the information, he assured me that he will cancel the policy once it will 2 months old. And requested to call me after 2 months. But when from the month of April I was calling him for cancellation of the policy the same behaviour I have received from him. Then I directly contacted HDFC life to cancel the policy. They have deducted Rs 1 lacs 16 thousands and returned the rest amount to me. I am feeling insecure the same kind of treatment I may be get this time also. And surprisingly when I have written to your customer care several time none of you bother regarding the person.

                  Kindly look into the matter and suggest me what to do.

                    My name is Sumit Ram, My experia id 29593365, My EMI Card No. [protected] and my card limit is 35000/- I trie To purchase a moto g4 plus then i recieved a massage of my card is blocked and card limit is 16000/- . My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. . This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

                        I have two of them mapped to my mobile number, but when i try logging in the page keeps showing an error - service unavailable.
                        I tried calling the customer service numbers but there is no answer.
                        One of the accounts is being used fraudulently and i need to shut it down as it is affecting my credit score.
                        how can i do that, when i cant get in touch with anyone or when the details provided to me by Bajaj Finance doesnt work?

                            I am getting more than 10-15 calls from Bajaj Finance for loan. And its too annoying . I dont need any loan. These calls start from morning 9 and wont end till night 9 which is too disturbing when someone is working or attending some important meetings. I have tried telling the Bajaj finance guys to deactivate the calls but no one has worked on my problem. And if i require I will contact you on my own. Kindly DEACTIVATE the calls.

                                  I have recived call from[protected] lady saying she calling fro consumer court and that complaint has been registered against me, if i want to know more than contact mr. R. K. Sharma advocate. No:- [protected]. My issue is that before this call i have never received any call from any one to inform me about. Cheque bounce chargers need to pay by me if they contacted me and i said no for payment them they have right to take action against me, but without any prior communication they just cant harase public and threatened them to take them to court fro just 350 rupees only. Even after paying full loan amount. If i want to do wrong the could have not pay the loan not just penalty charges. So my complaint against them if that they are recovering. Methods are unethical and againt law.
                                  Please take action against these people harassing normal people infore them first if then also they dont pay then take action dont threaten them its blackmail even when its company's fault take actions againt such groups threatening customers/consumers for unknown mistakes. Without prior notice.

                                    I had a Bajaj EMI Card, with credit limit of more than 1lac. I took a Samsung S6 Mobile for Rs.36000/- on the EMI card. After few days the card has been blocked without informing me. I felt so insulting in the store where I tried to use the card for another purchase. I pay my emi on time, even then you guys have done this. I very disappointed with Bajaj EMI Card, as they are not customer friendly.

                                      Sir I have ordered xiaomi mi max mobile phone from amazon but due to some problem I have cancelled on same day my ordered was cancelled from amazon and amazon had refund the amt 13999 on the same day but bajaj fin ser has made my emi still the loan was not cancelled from bajaj fin ser has continously send emi msg emi due plz cancelled my loan and retained my amount on my emi card.
                                      In the last couple of months, there are lot of IVRs calls from bajaj finance. This is highly irritating and invading the policy. today i got 5 IVR calls which irrirated me at most extent. Please do not follow this, as you will lose the customers who already you had.
                                      I'm getting daily 6-7 call from bajaj company regading loans. It is very itritating sometimes. A lot of time your calls have awaken me from sleeping. I mean this is torturing sometimes man.
