Respected Concern Persona,

My name is Sunanda, My EMI Card No. [protected] . My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce on 4th Oct, 2016. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. I went to Bajaj finance office but they asked to contact customer care who are not available. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

    I get too many calls from bajaj finance for loan offer.i am fed up reaceiving calls calls are recorded, in nature.i have been blocking calls.but the numbers they have, one cannot guess.non recorded calls can be convinced.i request them to stop giving trouble to me.or i have to change the number. i have already taken one loan with the same company.i want to finish it and for a different one.

Infact the company has not taken prior permission of consumer for their advertisement .On sunday and weekly off day during afternoon i get call of their advertisement which keep away from piece It is terrible Pl stop it with immediate effect,

        I have bought two wheeler from bajaj and loan availed from bajaj finance which has been closed in the month of april 2016 but the noc for the same is not received for the same . I am trying it from last six months and nobody is responding it properly and they dont have any service manager for the same in the branch . Staff neglects the customer problems.Please help me for the same .

          I have used your service for purchasing a TV in EMI and i sincerely regret that decision. I get more than 5 calls a day and it is so irritating. I have blacklisted 100 numbers and yet i get from different numbers. My mobile number is [protected]. Please add this to do not call list. Your customer service disconnects if i tell about this and it sucks

            Have bought two wheeler from krr autos, tirupur .
            On 2011 discover reg no: TN 39 BC 1498 and loan availed from bajaj finance which has been closed in the month of june 2013 but the noc for the same is not received for the same . I am trying it from last two months and nobody is responding it properly and they dont have any service manager for the same in the branch . Staff neglects the customer problems.Please help me for the same .

            still not received my NOC.. pls arrange soon or advise the correct status.

              The value of the product was RS 20500---My down payment RS.4850
              Rest of taken loan from your company RS.1056 X 14 EMI
              My entire 14 EMI complete -----was-- 2 ND JUNE 2016

              But suddenly on september 26 th ---Heated my hdfc account RS.99/- ON 26/9/2016 TWO TIMES IN MY HDFC BANK ACCOUNT
              .Thats why the HDFC BANK deduct from my account : RS - 862/-

              MY QUESTION IS THAT –

              I am an ex customer of bajaj finance company...I was purchased an electronic item Rs.20000/- on May 2015. my down payment was aprox rs.4800/- balance Rs.1056 x 14 EMI. My EMI all money was completed on June 2016...But suddenly Rs.99/- amount of ECS heated my bank account on 6 september.2016 and that ECS heating at two times in my bank account in a day . Thats why my HDFC bank deduct from my account Rs.862/- and debited from my fund. Now question is that ...1. My ECS amount Rs.1056 and it was cleared already 2 nd june 2016. Now why my account RS.99/- ECS amount heated on 6 th september.. Without my consent why you heated my account RS.99/- ECs amount. MY ECS paper was signing by me RS.1056/- then why you heated my bank account ECS of RS.99- amount ...I want to return bank my deducted bank amount of RS.862/- from bajaj finance company.                   In the last couple of months, there is lot of ivrs calls from bajaj finance. On a average there is 5-6 calls a day. Which is completely annoying.

                  I have seen in couple of blogs, there are lot of other users who also have faced the same problem by the company, this is completely invading others privacy. I would request disciplinary action to be taken on this company.
                  On 19th Sep-2016 above rs debited (4000CD[protected] in my a/c without any information.
                  so, please give me details and refund me.

                    1) It is FAKE you people have mentioned on sites that within two weeks after application the ONE can receive card.

                    2) OF-COURSE very fast money transaction of RS. 399/ - you people do while anyone apply for it.(WITHIN FRICTION OF SECONDS)

                    3) After that no guarantee that when and after how many days/months the ONE would receive the card.

And 2nd i will face probel of ecs clear.., y canarabnk account have suffisiant balance.. But bajaj ecs will bi not clear. I say bajaj officr rahul khamkar [protected].. He force me make a payment. He says after 45 dayas your problem has solved.. But he not give any proof..
                      I say that you can give me written.. I will make a payment on the spot. But he is forcing me continuously...
                      You can solve the problem other wise i will take a action..

                                The deduction date of installment is 6th of every mnth but the agent from allahabad finance office there is no request to deduction nd complaining to me tht i have insufficient balance in my account no [protected] while there is 7845 rs in my account from 6-9-2016 to 8-9-2016. And the agent named vinit talk to me in a worst manner
                                Now i will summit a request to my bank that if bajaj financ service make any requst to deduction thn no transaction wil be made to that request

                                    I have applied for home loan bt & top up with bajaj finance in june'16 and it was sanctioned in 31st august.

                                    After several follow ups they disbursed 100% bt amount and topup loan partially rs 722914/- on 1st sept'16 whereas sanctioned topup loan amount is rs 1593000/-

                                    I have submitted all the original property documents long back ago whereas remaining topup amount not yet disbursed even after several follow ups.

                                    Even no one is bothered to reply of mails and phone calls

                                    I spoke to mr. Vaibhav & bubai mondal on this several times but not received any proper reply from them except excuses like it will be done today/tomorrow

                                    I have submitted all the original property documents whereas not received any acknowledgement for same.

                                    They harassing like anything since last 4 months

                                    Literally i did a big mistake by choosing bajaj finance for loan

                                    They have not disbursed full loan amount whereas sending reminder for emi & interest for entire sanctioned amount even they are charging me interest for the loan amount which is not yet disbursed.
                                    Before sanctioning loan they did not explain the process properly
                                    I have sent mails to their customer [protected]@ [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but not received any response.

                                    The strange, no one is answering my mails even after sending several reminders

                                    Looking for help on this matter urgently
                                    Please stop sending messages and call on my mobile number

                                      my neme is panthala sai babu my registered mobile no was [protected] and my account was blocked i didnt understand why was it happend .they didnt gave any proper information about blocking the card i was suprised when i went to buy a mobile phone they told that the card was blocked i went to head office several times they are not accepting my complaint and telling to call customer service .. customer service representatives are not accepting so kindly please activate my card as early as possible
