Have bought two wheeler from krr autos, tirupur .
On 2011 discover reg no: TN 39 BC 1498 and loan availed from bajaj finance which has been closed in the month of june 2013 but the noc for the same is not received for the same . I am trying it from last two months and nobody is responding it properly and they dont have any service manager for the same in the branch . Staff neglects the customer problems.Please help me for the same .

still not received my NOC.. pls arrange soon or advise the correct status.

My entire 14 EMI complete -----was-- 2 ND JUNE 2016

But suddenly on september 26 th ---Heated my hdfc account RS.99/- ON 26/9/2016 TWO TIMES IN MY HDFC BANK ACCOUNT
.Thats why the HDFC BANK deduct from my account : RS - 862/-

MY QUESTION IS THAT –
( 1) MY ECS SIGNATURE PAPER WAS ;RS.1056 AMOUNT ---WHY YOU HEATED MY ACCOUNT RS.99/- BY ECS SYSTEM
(2) WHY YOU DO NOT INFORM TO ME BEFORE HEATING THE ECS OF RS.99/-
(3) MY ECS WAS RS1056/-- X 14 MONTHS IT WAS ALREADY CLEAR….THEN FROM 2 ND JUNE 2016 TO
STILL NOW WHY YOU DO NOT SEND ME NOC OR CLEARENCE CERTIFICATE.
(4) WITHOUT MY CONSENT WHY YOU HEATED MY ACCOUNT –ECS OF RS.99/-

In the last couple of months, there is lot of ivrs calls from bajaj finance. On a average there is 5-6 calls a day. Which is completely annoying.

I have seen in couple of blogs, there are lot of other users who also have faced the same problem by the company, this is completely invading others privacy. I would request disciplinary action to be taken on this company.

ALL FAKE!!


1) It is FAKE you people have mentioned on sites that within two weeks after application the ONE can receive card.

2) OF-COURSE very fast money transaction of RS. 399/ - you people do while anyone apply for it.(WITHIN FRICTION OF SECONDS)

3) After that no guarantee that when and after how many days/months the ONE would receive the card.

4) And if in case received...

You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce . On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Kindly resolve this issue.

Hello. Im dinesh sagvekar.. Taken a loan cdloan account no is 4050cd25679035 of bajaj finance.. I facing problem for last two loan.. One i will close.. And 2nd i will face probel of ecs clear.., y canarabnk account have suffisiant balance.. But bajaj ecs will bi not clear. I say bajaj officr rahul khamkar [protected].. He force me make a payment. He says after 45 dayas your problem has solved.. But he not give any proof..
I say that you can give me written.. I will make a payment on the spot. But he is forcing me continuously...
You can solve the problem other wise i will take a action..

From bajaj finserv call me to psychology emi of 6months of health insurance of 1lakh ...& mobile insurance of my phone ..I'm paying 1500rs monthly emi simply...Anithahm.[protected]@gmail.com...This is my email..Plz get me some documents tat i'm paying for that...I need documents of health insurance & mobile insurance...Please give some calls to solve our problems...

The deduction date of installment is 6th of every mnth but the agent from allahabad finance office there is no request to deduction nd complaining to me tht i have insufficient balance in my account no [protected] while there is 7845 rs in my account from 6-9-2016 to 8-9-2016. And the agent named vinit talk to me in a worst manner
Now i will summit a request to my bank that if bajaj financ service make any requst to deduction thn no transaction wil be made to that request

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no.[protected] and [protected].
They even dont respond to our voice and this is automatic calls from bajaj finance.
Its very irrirating.
They call in afternoon also when we are sleeping.

I have applied for home loan bt & top up with bajaj finance in june'16 and it was sanctioned in 31st august.

After several follow ups they disbursed 100% bt amount and topup loan partially rs 722914/- on 1st sept'16 whereas sanctioned topup loan amount is rs 1593000/-

I have submitted all the original property documents long back ago whereas remaining topup amount not yet disbursed even after several follow ups.

Even no one is bothered to reply of mails and phone calls

I spoke to mr. Vaibhav & bubai mondal on this several times but not received any proper reply from them except excuses like it will be done today/tomorrow

They harassing like anything since last 4 months

Literally i did a big mistake by choosing bajaj finance for loan

They have not disbursed full loan amount whereas sending reminder for emi & interest for entire sanctioned amount even they are charging me interest for the loan amount which is not yet disbursed.
Before sanctioning loan they did not explain the process properly
I have sent mails to their customer [protected]@ [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but not received any response.

The strange, no one is answering my mails even after sending several reminders

My name is Mr. Jawahar Husain Sayyad. This is regarding one Mr. Aditya Chavan whose mobile number is [protected]. He said he is working with Bajaj Finance, Pune. Please verify his credentials. When he called up one year back we had asked for some proof that he was working for Bajaj. He sent someone's identity card which will be forwarded in case you take action against this person and throw him out of job. He had asked us to deposit Rs. 30000 against Destimoney Securities Ltd after which we were told we will receive loan of Rs. 5 lakhs. It is past one year so far no result. This Aditya Chavan told us Bajaj se nahi ho raha hai loan so invest Rs. 30000 with Max Gain. I will somehow arrange loan and give. Again nothing has happened. Now whenever we call, he says 2 pm pakka phone karta hun. His 2 pm never comes., We are just waiting for his calls. He never does. Our telephone bills are increasing. This fellow is really fooling us. Please look into the matter and oblige. My mobile No. is [protected]

I want to surrender my EMI card. The agents had marketed the EMI card to customer with wrong information that, the said card is free of all charges (i.e. renewal and annual etc.). But the Company is charging annual fee of Rs 99.00.
Misleading the customer by giving wrong information is not healthy corporate culture . It leads to loss of goodwill, customer dissatisfaction and loss of business of the Company.
Please provide proper training to your marketing agents to give correct information to the customers at the time of selling the EMI cards. It will help the Company to survive in long run.

Kindly suggest me the way to surrender the EMI card.

My name is Arpita Mitra, father name Arun Kumer Mitra, address B-13/4, Kalyani, Nadia, Mobile no.[protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]. Ipurchased a fridge from a LG shop which is situated in Kalyani, Nadia on the basis of EMI. But 1st EMI was not correctly paid because the shop owner did not tell the correct amount of EMI. At last i pay bouncing charge and EMI charge to your representative. But, again two times bouncing charge debited from my SBI account. When i contact shop they did not properly help me. Then, they said that you get the amount. But till today, i can't get it. Please refund the amount immediately... Thank you...

The bajaj finance is more than the robbers or cheaters as i made nearly 30 complaints through emails and through written complaints. But they are having a very tough skin so not responding for my mails and complaints. I made my payment of rs2995/- on 05/07/2016 through my credit card to my consumer durable loan 4680cd20878803 payment reference no. Gcmp[protected] bank ref no.930005 pr 1390. The customer grievance heads are also having a very strong head. So it is hereby informed to all if you are in the hands of bajaj finserv they will deceive us in all the ways.

Please stop calling me regarding loan offers from bajaj, my number is [protected].

Last year once i took emi option from you while purchasing a washing machine.
Since then i am receiving 5 to 6 callls and 4 to 5 sms from you everyday regarding loan offers. Inspite of requesting not interested and not to make further calls, i am getting these calls/sms everyday.

This is really irritating please stop calling my number.
