I've never come across such an idiotic customer care before. I feel This bajaj finserv has some bad people as customer care executives, bajaj finserv management has to think about this and need a rectification in those areas who directly interact with customer, please get that sorted or else very soon your business will get to an end. Hope the management takes this as an feedback for getting things on right track.

    In my account i am seeing that 1 missed emi for extended warranty cd, but i have paid all the amount for last month. I have not miss any emi. I don't know why it's showing like this. And it shows "there is no emi overdues" if i am try to pay that missed emi. And the worst part is my emi card has been blocked why the hell is happening? It's very frustrating, as a customer i have never gone unpaid. I need to use my card now. Looking forward to your reply. Also i have attached all the screenshots please check. Gimme a solution as soon as possible.

      I give my house address change in last month to conceran brance but i did not get any sms or they accept that address or not if call for the numbers tollfree the excutive also not reoly properly the customer . why plz give correct information to the customers, and other thing already i am existing customer for person loan also i am asking that details that also they did not give why atleast they what to say this offer you get so and so month, this make customer to feel sad when are ready to pay that flat interset and give all the ready to accept compaly rules and regulation.

          Hi, there is a debit to my account on 26 August for EMI card issued by Bajaj Finance which I never asked for.

          I had taken consumer goods loan twice (once in 2010 & again in 2014). on that basis you guys simply assumed that, I would go for another loan and issued a card and charged my account. Charge Reference number - BF[protected] and customer id - 4123575, amount charged - INR 99. this is an order that you buggers must refund this money.

          Mr. Rahul Bajaj, I always thought you are an honest person, but see your team such a pathetic one. They are cheating consumers to make money for your company. Do they have your sanction to cheat? You must fire the concerned people out of your company if you want to keep your reputation up.

            I bought i-phone through the bajaj finserv scheme. I have 3 emi so far .Still i didnt recieve any emi card . I couldnt even conact with any customer service. they have give the customer support no. but no one will speek to us .From our (customer side) there is no way to reach bajaj finserv but from their side (bajaj finserv) they have all such proof o[censored]s . Also wen i when I went to bajaj finserv office, I noticed lots of conflicts with the customer and Bajaj finserv staff. there are lots of issues like (changing the interest rate, changing the emi amount, deducting high amount which is not the actual one, without informing customer. I dont all these things are done by bajaj finserv or happening because of carelessness of staff working over there.
            But wat ever it may be, bajaj has to take responsible for each and every problems. So i request Bajaj finserv to take remedy for such problems.
            We are getting calls from Bajaj finance continuously. Is there any chance to file police compliant or registering in Consumer Complaints in enough

              On 31 August 2016, i log complaint to bajaj for issue with my spilt AC wall mounting bracket have been broken, So i log a complaint (OC[protected], After a week no one response so again i had call with tollfree extended warranty they had given me claim department number and ask me to call to them.
              After long Chase with claim department finally a technicians have visited and taken photo of spilt AC of broken part and he told us will update you on tommarow, after two days techician have call me and said that broken part will not cover under warranty.So I want know what is parts and service cover under extended warranty for my split AC.

              At time purchase of extended warranty, they convince us that they cover all parts.So now i think i got cheated.
              And service and call co- ordination is very very BAD.No one care or even responses.
              Daily customer care are calling like anything I don't want any call from your side. Please

                    Continuly paid three months emi without any delay. Due to certain health unable to pay only one month

                    Even I requested very pleasantly yo executive to give time for payment but your executive used abusive language all the time and harresed whole august month

                    Even blackmailed me will cost home with team and all managers will collect payments at any cost where I was not at home, hence warned my parents for payment and also used to write mail extremely warnings only for one month due

                    And finally warned my parents and collected 7000 RPS of emi of one month instead of 5200 RPS

                    I would like register police complaint for frauded doing and harresment and pristage issue by visiting my home

                      As per installments scheme, but i got the documents that my insurance policy has started but after 6 months when i checked the status of my policy
                      I was told by the customer care executive that my policy has been cancelled.
                      I jst do not understand why my policy was cancelled??

                        We have made a purchase of LG K10. Mobile phone at poorvika mobile store on 0% interest rate . The cost of mobile phone is 13200 and it was informed that for 7 months the emi will be collected from our account at the rate of Rs 1886 per month. Now we are getting sms from your end that the first month emi of 2143 will be debited to our account which is about 850 more than the actual emi.                           This is regarding Personal Loan where it was intimated that there are no foreclosure and Part Payment charges. But still when I went to close the Personal Loan from Bajaj Finance. They charged about 4% of the full amount.
                          After several email threads with them there was no refund from them, as well this foreclosure charges are included since 1st July 2016 as per current policies which was not intimated to existing personal loan holders.
                          Please find below attached emails and other Loan Docs. Please assist further since this kind of deceiving others needs special attention.

                              Am a consumer who had opted for Bajaj Finance Loan, who was serving the EMI Schedule on time. However in my professional life, I started with my own venture which is over 7 months now. Being a new venture like everybody I was also experiencing downfall due to which I was unable to make last 2 EMIs. I am trying to buy some time to clear but people from Bajaj are "Threating saying we would visit your friends or relatives place and create issue, once we create issue then by default I will arrange for funds". It is humiliating and experience is weird. I understand that I am liable to pay the amount and I will pay, but buying time for same has been difficult and their calls and way of communication makes me feel that am a criminal.

                              I do not have any personal issues with Bajaj Finance, they have helped me when I was in need, but the employees "especially collection Team is creating nuisance about the brand.

                              I had to refer to google to understand what are my rights of Defaulters

                                My account no is 8335647 You have give n an EMI of RS.180 for 10 months for CPP ASSET CARE. I havent asked for this, how can you add this in my account. It has to be deduced immediately
                                Daily 8 to 10 times phone calls from bajaj finserve comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same.                                 Sir, I have purchased LG AC from Fairdeal Nagpur (MS) on dated 4-3-2017 & taken finance from Bajaj Finesary. Bajaj finesary havaing tie up with Asset care.
                                Asset care issued me membership of Rs. 2359(Membership No.AC0311059) without my knowledge.
                                So you have been requested kindly cancel my membership immediately. I have already sent mail for cancellation of membership, but so far I have not received any reply from them . If my amount has been deducted against membership, I will stop the payment of bajaj finesary & will go to consumer court also.
                                Both company is having tie up, it doesn't mean that without knowledge of customer they can do any thing. Si I request all consumers be alert while taking loan from bajaj finesary.

                                I bought an fridge for rs 19000.I have paid one third of total amount. Monthly i have to pay rs 1508.with this amount an extra 500 is deducted feom my account. That means 2008 is deducted monthly. This extra 500 is for asset care. I don't want this. Also they did'nt tell about this before buying the fridge. I want cancell this. Now my 4 months emi completed. That means 2000 rs gone for asset care. I need this money refund. I went to head office for cancelling this, but till now it is not cancelled.                                 If there is any hidden charges to be levied on me, without my knowledge or explicit consent, I would not approve of it, snap all ties with your Company as a Customer and may be have to approach Consumer Courts for Cheating n Deficiency of Service.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have taken unsecured loan of rs 22.87 lakhs from bajaj finance vide loan a/c# [protected] in feb.2016. This was a preapproved loan conveyed on telephone by bajaj finance. Next day co"s executive visited me, took my signature on a simple application form and after two days loan amount was disbursed without my approval/agreement on few issues such as rate of interest and processing fees.in fact this was my second loan from bajaj finance, my first loan was taken about 6-7 ago & foreclosed in dec.2015. So based on my performance, they offered on telephone preapproved loan with no documentation which they disbursed in haste. I objected and offered to return the loan because they overcharged interest @17% & processing fee of 2%. I told them this was not promised to me at time of filling the form which was not completely filled in my presence. This is normal practice by almost all banks of not to fill up loan application form while taking signature. I have not faced any issues on this account with other banks so far. When i had taken my 1st loan from bajaj finance last year, i found several hidden charges debited to me which they subsequentely refunded to me when i objected & told them i will complain to rbi. They made several refunds last time. Now again they have debited few charges on account of emi card & credit vidya fee & insurance cover thrust on me. They first refused to refund these hidden charges, but now have started refunding few of these charges when i told them i will report the matter to rbi. But the main issue is why such a high processing fee is charged with no documentation on preapproved loan and without my concurrence. This must be streamlined for all financial institutions. I will forward all emails i have exchanged with bajaj finance tomorrow.
                                    Look forward to your intervention to resolve this issue because i do not want these fin. Institutions to fleece customers.

                                      I Have received a Acknowledgement from paynimo Ref. Id No.[protected].. My Loan Account No. is 4780CD10166409. But according to your local office this amount is not shown paid and they are treating it outstanding towards me.
                                      So please check and look into the matter immediately.
