Hi,
I have availed a loan from Bajaj Finance .Terms and conditions were no part payment and fore closure charges .
Now suddenly they say fore closure charges for everyone .
Wondering how can they change policy for people who had already availed .
As they have promised me these conditions.
Then can change policy for the new customers . I totally agree as they are letting the customers know .
What is point in signing bonds and all .
Later on they might change any term which is not acceptable

Dear sir,

I have made foreclosure of my personal loan bearing account no.405spl03917277 and 405spl01566243 on 12.05.2016.In process one installment pf both loans amounting rs.7904/- and rs.5850/- has been get collected by bajaj finance. The executive of bajaj have gave assurance of debiting said excess collected installment with in 8 to 10 days in my hdfc bank account. But now 25 days have pass out after foreclosure of loan account but till the date amount has not got debited in my account. Requested to do the needful at the earliest.

I am pradeep kumar from bangalore. I took personal loan in bajaj finance on june 2015 for a loan amount of 8L. Now I want to foreclose this loan.

When I went on june 9th 2016 to foreclose this loan they are asking me to pay foreclosure charges which they tell that they revised policies from june 1st. i have accepted to the terms and conditions that are sent to official mail id. In that it was clearly mentioned that there are NIL foreclosure charges. Even in their website they are advertising that "we will not charge for foreclosure and it was big advantage that a customer will get when compared to other banks". They are getting customers showing that it was the big advantage that they will get if you go with bajaj. Even the bajaj finance executives assured us the same. But now if you say that you need to pay it. It directly shows that they are cheating the customers.

I would like to use this consumer complaints forum to escalate the cheating that they doing. Please help me in resolving this issue.

I have taken two personal loans from Bajaj Finserv considering only 'zero' part payment and foreclosure charges even having higher rate of interest than other banks. now suddenly they applied the 4% part payment and foreclosure charges.

this is cheating...In future no one trust on Bajaj Finserv.

I am suffering from last more than two months with there finance on purchasing insurance. I got a call for the same and they said in 20 days you will get the finance but its more than two months now.. Nothing is happening.. They are giving me new dates from last more then two months and the reason for delay is there database is not updated with the required information which i have provided them long time back.. I am very much disappointed and will raise this issue in consumer forum if i am not getting the money by tomorrow as now i got a date of 10-06-16.

I am Salman Raju Naidu from Mumbai. I am having personal loan from your bajaj finance about 2.75 lac. I took this loan in Oct 2015.When i applied for this loan they offer me nil (0) foreclosure charges benefit and charged me 14.5% rate of interest and 2 % processing fees. However at the same time i was getting offer of 12% interest and 0%processing fees from another bank. But the bajaj finance's executive convinced me and committed me for the nil foreclosure charges benefit. They told me that due to nil foreclosure charges benefit bajaj finance charges are high as compare to another bank. So due to only this benefit i accepted their loan.

But if i am going to foreclose this loan Tahy are telling me Bajaj have changed the policy terms which is effective from 1 June 2016 so now you have to pay 4.60% foreclosure charges on outstanding loan amount.
I am requesting if Bajaj do not remove this charges i will not pay any emi but Bajaj are denying my request and threated me if you will not pay this will impact your cibil score and will not close my loan without charges.

As per telephone talk had with your representative from tel. No.[protected] of bajaj finance on 30/05/2016, i was told that due to some technical reason, emi for the month of june will not be debited to my a/c. But i have to pay cash for that month. So i have paid cash of rs. 4375/- vide your receipt no. 12989767 dt. 02/06/2016 and the same day emi was also debited to my s/b. A/c. Of bank of maharashtra.

I am very much surprised with this behaviour of bajaj finance ltd. When i am trying to contact with the concerned person today, i was told that their server is down so can't get information right now but they will call me later. But till now, i haven't recd. Any call from them.

Now you are requested to kindly credit the amount of rs. 4375/- to my s/b. A/c. At your earliest and do the needful.

Hi i had paid 349 rs online for bajaj emi card on 06/06/2016 online but not received any loan no so that i can track the status of the card. I had tried the customer care number also but there is no option to get contact with the cce. Its seems that i have been cheated by such a renowned company.
I want to know that if i would be able to get solution for the same.

Every month ecs was deducting around 12000k this month ecs was wrong deducted more than 24000

I had email them when i had received the sms on 03.06.2016 i try to call & speak to customer executive several times but there is no number available to speak directly to the executive & the number which are available to speak there is no executive.

I am rashmi.
Loan account number 4040cd22531281, an emi of rupees 4500 has to be auto deducted from the standard chartered account on 5th of june 2016 but extra amount of rupees 400 has been deducted. So i request to refund the amount of rupees 400 and not to deduct extra amount anymore from the account.
Please refund as soon as possible.
Also please mention the steps to speak to customer care executive from the ivr.

Actually, i have taken the loan with bajaj since i was told that i will not have foreclosure charges.

Now suddenly, you are telling foreclosure charges of 4% + (Service tax15%) i. E. 4.60% will be applicable on balance principle amount.

This is not ethical.

I would like to raise a compliant on this case. If i am not getting right reply, i will go to consumer court.

You are really going to loose loyal customers if you are doing these kind of fraud practices..

Address my issue immediately.

your not responding my emails about suddenly changes in Nil prepayment charges and foreclosure charges issues. This big fake process from your side, once i am not ready to continue new loan after your people force me to take new loan and committed are not prepayment charges and foreclosure charges on new loan as per your signed letter ( Nil Prepayment charges ) . After 6 month i am received message on dated 1/06/2016 from bajaj finance change in foreclosure charges also prepayment charges changes on you existing loan.
what wrong with bajaj this is absolutely false process follow by bajaj at the time committed no prepayment charges and foreclosure charges and force to take loan after five months different term and condition please solved this issue and get back to me soon because your representative Mr.Manish Singh absolutely ignore to do the process, IF you do not stop this nonsense I will registered FIR against bajaj authorities and share information with media so that people can aware about your false practices.

I have purchased new ifb. Washing machine 8kgs senator aqua and 25kgs ifb microwave oven in bajaj finance at venkata sai electronic agency kaspa bazar khammam. Total cost is 49000/-paid rs (4900+4900)+550 (Extra warranty &services)

I have got the message from the concerned financed company name bajaj. Finance. Every month rs5184 /-
They told me that there is no interest on the product. My installment is rs4900/-
But they are changing more than committed.
I asked the agent mr ramakrishnna [protected] his response was horrible.
I don't know y the company is entertaining such a care less fellows.
Company itself is a not standing on it's word.
