Hi, This is to inform that I had an offer from Bajaj finance ltd on my EMI card number [protected] termed as emergency cash loan for 168000.After confirming with customer care centre I visited there branch located at Lajpat nagar Newdelhi on 7/dec/2015. I gave all documents required for the process of this loan along with 4 cheque. And i was told that loan is approved and by 48 hours money would be credited in my account..After that on 14/dec/2015 I raised a request with customer care centre as the loan amount was not credited in my account finally on 16/dec/2015 I received a call from there disbursal team that money cant be credited as transaction id is not generated they asked me to visit there branch again on 21/dec/2015 I visited there branch again told them the case the branch executive checked on his system and told me that loan is approved and gave me transaction id finally I gave that transaction id to customer care team and they asked me to wait for another 48 hrs but today dated 23/dec/2015 I received a message on my register mobile number with bajaj finance that your card is blocked due company term and condition I fail to understand that why bajaj finance team was giving me run around also why I was told that loan is approved and when my loan is approved why they dint credited my account and also if loan was not approved why they gave fake commitments and took cheque before any approval I cheated by Bajaj finance ltd they have waisted my time money and they harassed me I would like you to take necessary action against them. Bajaj finance company cheats the public without intimating, they create the insurance and charge the amount 57000 after 7 years. Finally they received 10000 as insurance. I want to go for Sue on Baja financial company.please help me.

We bought refrigerator in 2009 with bajaj financein, hyderabad punjagutta 9 EMIS and we received NOC also on refrigerator.we don't know about insurance on refrigerator. We did not login into bajaj finance.after 6 years they make a call and arras us as you have to pay 57000 for the loan in bajaj finance .then we login to bajaj finance and check the details, in which they created insurance for 740, for that they received 300 and for remain 440 they charged 57000.financially they received 10000 from us .bajaj finances company cheated us.we have thought of go to media how bajaj company cheats public by taking the statements regarding insurance.

I am continuously bombarded with calls and mails from Bajaj finance daily. I have written many times and have asked the callers as well to remove my name from the list, yet the harassment continues. Please suggest me a way where I don't want any call or mail from you guys. I promise that I will never ever go for any product from Bajaj finance, such is the harassment.

I have currently transferred from native place to Capital city 180 km away one week before I have bajaj finserv card of 50k I went to have a laptop, but they have simply refused that they need rent agreement from house owner. I am a govt employee and already provided copy of PAN, DRIVING LICENCE as permanent address, local address on latter pad of company, I'd card of Employees. But they need only rent agreement.. NOTE: I M PROVIDING GENUNE DETAIL AND U PEOPLE ARE REFUSING now I will give 100 Rs to some unknown person, and make rent agreement.. So that will be okay for u all to sanctions a loan of laptop. IS THIS IS THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY YOU THAT FORCED OTHER TO MAKE FORGED DOCUMENT AND TAKE FINANCE

MR Aridam banerjee he told me please give all docoments and deposit the money 15500 for life long insure policy and our team give loan 3 lakh for 10 and 12 working days but till now not come my accounts and i inquari your costumer care office he says me your policy is rejected because you written cancelletion letter give to our company but i said i can not give any letter for bajaj company but system show letter with signature. My self koushik sarkar from kharagpur.i was purchase a personal computer on november 2015.through the finance system provided by bajaj finance.the ammount finance by bajaj was 21, 045.by pdc mis.the tenure of the scheme was 24 months @ rs 1062.bt after the draw each and every cheque through my bank account the write "write off receivables hpd write off due[protected] on my cibill.now when i know abt that and approch to bajaj finance branch.they denied to help me of short out the problem. disbursal date 18/11/2005 24 emi by pdc i have all the bank statement. spoil my cibill on 31/12/2008 "Write off Receivables Hpd write off due" agreement no [protected]

Kunjir your finance sanction me a loan of Rs 200000 and I pay your company Rs. 15000/- by cheque drawn favour of Allianze solutions but next two day your company employee say me to paid Rs 24000/- but it not possible from my side so I cancelled my loan and say him to refund my 15000/- but your company Employee Ms Swati Varma not received my Phone and not give me my Rs. 15000/- return please arrange .

loan no L2WDEL00390196 bajaj finance company offer me one amount for settlement payment done with case paid book no.302028 & recept no.16682654 dt[protected] colecter name mr ramsumer 4 years asking that we don't get any payment and after 4 year asking to make extra payment as paid amount not enough to close or settle that account after showing settlement letter which is issue by bajaj finance company confirmation letter, after showing this letter in branch branch is asking to pay 14098/- and saying you need to pay complete amount lone which i take from bajaj finance ie 14098/-attech settlement letter & payment recept copy

Dear concern, Please note that I was having a two-wheeler loan from your company. I have completed the tenor of the repayment satisfactorily in the month of April-2015. Still I have not received my NOC for the said loan A/c no. Kindly, arrange for the same as soon as possible.

I have applied for a BFL EMI card (Loan application: SF[protected] in Bajaj finance on 29th of September 2015through a person named Monica (contact number: [protected]) who claimed herself as an agent of Bajaj finance. I have filled an application enclosing my address proof, pay slip, bank statement (self-attested of all documents submitted) and I also have given a crossed and cancelled cheque leaf of my HDFC account with my signature for the same. I have been intimated about my loan account details (username and password) through SMS on October 5 2015, but I am not able to activate this account through online. Without activating my loan account, on 28thof October 2015, I received a SMSfrom AD- BAJAJF saying that we have to pay an EMI of Rs.8929(for Loan #4030CD[protected] for the purchase of TV and home theatre at Vasanth and Co. Later, we have also received another SMSfrom VK-BAJAJF for a due of Rs.7217 on November 9th2015 from the same loan account. In addition, I have received a phone call ([protected]) from a collection agent who said that I have to pay an EMI of Rs.1800 towards a personal loan of Rs.38000 which I have not applied for.However I have not even visited any of the showrooms or made any of the purchases or availed any personal loan, hence we have purposefully kept the HDFC account balance nil to bounce the cheque. Later on18th of November, we have received an EMI card to the home address, which we have not opened it. Also, on November 21 2015, we received a SMS saying that we have paid Rs.7567 towards the same loan account, which was not paid by us. When we contacted Vasanth and Co. to enquire the details of the purchase (which was not made by us) from the loan account, we were not able to get the details of theprocurement. Further, I have informed about this problem in person to Mr. Balakumar (Area Manager) at Bajaj Fin Server Head office at Reheza Towers, Anna Salai, Chennai and I have also contacted finance manager Mr. Micheal of Vasanth and Co. to resolve this problem. Even after taking some measures to solve this problem, I have again received a SMS to pay the EMI of Rs.8929 for the month of December. It is mentally depressing to receive these continuous messages and phone threats from Bajaj without making any purchase of these appliances or taking any personal loan. Please take immediate action on the agent and other members involved in this issue. Kindly look into this case as soon as possible and relieve us from this loop.

I am getting frequent calls from Bajaj Finance including in weekends. These calls are automated so you cannot request to stop calling for tele-advertisement. This is very disgusting since I am not interested to receive such calls. How can I stop receiving these call? Hi, I am Mangaiyarkarasi. I bought an LED TV in EMI of Rsm2292 for eight month through bajaj finance .from the first month itself they collected the money directly because they were unable to take it from my account. For all the eight month they did the same but suddenly eighth month after they collect the money they also took it from my account then they returned after i complain about it and then again they took one month payment Rs.2442 extra from my account after all amouti paid. Already waited for 2 months but no response till now. if you didn't send back my money i will go to consumer court.please do the needful
