I have applied for a BFL EMI card (Loan application: SF[protected] in Bajaj finance on 29th of September 2015through a person named Monica (contact number: [protected]) who claimed herself as an agent of Bajaj finance. I have filled an application enclosing my address proof, pay slip, bank statement (self-attested of all documents submitted) and I also have given a crossed and cancelled cheque leaf of my HDFC account with my signature for the same. I have been intimated about my loan account details (username and password) through SMS on October 5 2015, but I am not able to activate this account through online. Without activating my loan account, on 28thof October 2015, I received a SMSfrom AD- BAJAJF saying that we have to pay an EMI of Rs.8929(for Loan #4030CD[protected] for the purchase of TV and home theatre at Vasanth and Co. Later, we have also received another SMSfrom VK-BAJAJF for a due of Rs.7217 on November 9th2015 from the same loan account. In addition, I have received a phone call ([protected]) from a collection agent who said that I have to pay an EMI of Rs.1800 towards a personal loan of Rs.38000 which I have not applied for.However I have not even visited any of the showrooms or made any of the purchases or availed any personal loan, hence we have purposefully kept the HDFC account balance nil to bounce the cheque. Later on18th of November, we have received an EMI card to the home address, which we have not opened it. Also, on November 21 2015, we received a SMS saying that we have paid Rs.7567 towards the same loan account, which was not paid by us. When we contacted Vasanth and Co. to enquire the details of the purchase (which was not made by us) from the loan account, we were not able to get the details of theprocurement. Further, I have informed about this problem in person to Mr. Balakumar (Area Manager) at Bajaj Fin Server Head office at Reheza Towers, Anna Salai, Chennai and I have also contacted finance manager Mr. Micheal of Vasanth and Co. to resolve this problem. Even after taking some measures to solve this problem, I have again received a SMS to pay the EMI of Rs.8929 for the month of December. It is mentally depressing to receive these continuous messages and phone threats from Bajaj without making any purchase of these appliances or taking any personal loan. Please take immediate action on the agent and other members involved in this issue. Kindly look into this case as soon as possible and relieve us from this loop.

    I am getting frequent calls from Bajaj Finance including in weekends. These calls are automated so you cannot request to stop calling for tele-advertisement. This is very disgusting since I am not interested to receive such calls. How can I stop receiving these call?       Hi, I am Mangaiyarkarasi. I bought an LED TV in EMI of Rsm2292 for eight month through bajaj finance .from the first month itself they collected the money directly because they were unable to take it from my account. For all the eight month they did the same but suddenly eighth month after they collect the money they also took it from my account then they returned after i complain about it and then again they took one month payment Rs.2442 extra from my account after all amouti paid. Already waited for 2 months but no response till now. if you didn't send back my money i will go to consumer court.please do the needful

              I got a call regarding payment and legal notice to amount dye 1440/. I am really surprised that does your call center executuves or other delegated people have any word of mouth or not? It was related to ECS which gets submitted in HDFC bank...now because my salary was getting credited in ICICI BANK, i requested your pesonals to do the necessary changes. They sent a person and took all my sighns and cancelled cheque.Which was apperantly lost by person ..and he was not tracable( this can be found in my voice recordings with the customer care) I was then promised by your customer care executives that please pay your EMI amount and you may not bother about bouncing charges. It after any of my settelments i have never taken NOC...If it is a protocol why the same was not informed ..more over i should be correctly informed. Now this is really shamefull the way bank is behaving ...false and psudopromises... Irresponsilble person...and legal notices for 1440 (your mistake charges) You may send any person to my residence with NOC letter of all the consumer loan taken so far.and take amount that you are claiming from me

She asked for my PAN No and date of birth, if I have to receive any loan proposals by mail. Till date no mail.                     I don't know how long i have to suffer with you guys specially your shameless collection /debt agencies. This time they have made a height and i don't know how many complaints i have registered with you all. I would also like to add this complaint to my lawyer regards to the mental harassment and humiliating behavior continuously. It was a Sunday 22 November 2015 at 4:30 pm i saw approx constant 5 missed calls on my phone. and happen to visit my home after a long official trip. what i here from my parents that this bajaj collection guy happen to be visiting my house without my knowledge twice in a week and asking for the payment for this month which was rejected due to insufficient funds. I agree the fact the payment is pending and has to be paid which i always do whenever such event occurs. And i also agree you have set of rules and process if the payment not received in speculated time but i really dont understand under what grounds does the collection guy comes in picture and goes to my neigbhour and shares my account information and also asks them to inform me to pay my debts on time .I really dont know under which grounds does bajaj or any organization holds this right to come to my house without my permission and harass my parents and neighbors. This is not the first case here . in my tenure with you guys since last year i have experienced 5-6 times unwanted and unacceptable practices which i always highlighted but still no change. I believe mansi patel here (customer service manager) has witnessed my grievances and always promised that the level of service shall improve but frankly there is nothing she could do either because i feel the bajaj finance management itself want its customer to harass. hence you guys have least control over this in-disciplined and uncultured collection agencies. They work like rats and keep chasing you until you forcefully shoot a mail and get away. I have so many instances which i feel will barely fit this email. This time its very much clear that i have my few installments to go which was my last product via bajaj finance. however i am here by noting that i shall not release any payments to bajaj finance and also claiming a severe compensation for the time and time harassment continued. Today, will be calling this number [protected], is the person who visiting my house disturbing my old parents and take his case to higher authorities or probably a nearest police station to show him how to behave in front of senior citizen. Your turn around time for such issues is really rigid and insensitive.hence i have no choice proceeding with my fundamental rights to take severe action on this issue. I again appeal everybody here if this concern is not resolved in given time then i have to take media assistance to voice out all the issue i have so far experienced however forgiven considering as a human error. but this its not so.
                    This is to inform that we had taken one bushiness form you vide Loan A/c No-402PSB07114085 in the month of January 2015. Basically we are a Government consultant.We had taken this loan for our working capital requirement as we are not getting the payment form the Government clients in time.

                    We have cleared all the EMI form February 2015 to April 2016. Due to certain financial problem the MAY-2016 EMI is not cleared.We have informed your collection executive that we are expecting our payment form the client and will clear the EMI by the end of this month along with what ever interest and penalty by NEFT only.

                    In spite of this message your collection executives are calling me and my office staffs frequently everyday. We are receiving around 30 to 40 calls every day. Even if one your executive by name Mr. Prem cell No-[protected] has visited my office and rudely spoken to my staff demanding immediate cash payment.


                    Even though my Accountant informed him that I am out of station and will clear the EMI once I back to pune by Wednesday i.e.01.06.2016. he has gone to my residence and made a lot of argument and spoken very rudely to my wife. He also demanded from my wife cash payment and sat at my house for one hour. You know very well that as per the income tax rule cash payment over and above of Rs.20, 000/- is not allowed.

                    For your kind information we had taken business loan form so many other banks but never have experienced this type of harassment.


                    Bajaj finance is the only service providers that they never respect the customers. Your collection agents never try to understand the customers problems. Hope this is the general problem faced by many customers in real life.

                    Any way we request you to kindly advice your collection executives to speak and behave in a professional way in future, otherwise we will clear your balance amount and close the loan account in the next month.

                    The CCTV footage of your collection executive visiting my office is attached herewith for your reference.

                      Hello, Very frequently your executive call me and tells about the available finance scheme. But I do not want any financial services from BAJAJ and even I am communication the same to them, they are repeatedly calling me from different different mobile numbers...now even i am disconnecting there call once they tell us that they are from Bajaj Finance, then also they do repeatedly calling...what the nonsense behaviour they have...now I had activated full DND, now onward if I will get the call, I will screw the happiness of BAJAJ...that is for sure...will suit a claim ...                         I am P.Bhoopathy, i had advance booked Rs.2500 of Sony LED TV at Keelkattalai Branch on 07/11/2015 through Bajaj Finance or Capital 1. But there is not approval of finance. I asked branch manager to return my refund amount of Rs.2500/-. He told directly credit on your account, but not credit on my account. Again i call to manager mobile phone there are no response. Then he given one cheque he mentioned initial of my name P. Bhoopathy, he mentioned R. Bhoopathy. Nearly 15 days daily he told tomorrow. There is very poor service in your branch of Keelkattalai. i request to return of my refund amount.

                          It looks like bajaj finance is the worst organization i have ever seen, i have been communicating on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in every day with new number calling on my mobile, it is told to me that bajaj finance does not authorize their employees to call from mobile but i keep getting calls from several mobiles daily, have already communicated not to call and I am assured that the calls will not come again however there is no relief, i am determined to file complaint against them with a compensation of 1000000 rupees for calling on my mobile

                              Dear Bajaj Finance Team I am also one of the victim who is getting unwanted calls on regular basis. My mobile no. is [protected]. If this activity continues, I am planning to go to consumer court by showing evidence of call recording. Also planning to share this info on social networking sites.

                                I raised complaint via email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and they confirmed me that they do not have my mobile number in their database and the calls should stop, they also told during telephonic conversation that their representatives are not supposed to call from mobile numbers, however the calls are not stopping till date

                                    His is to inform you that i have been approached by Bajaj finance for loan at 11.79% interest (Cust ID: 5770CD[protected] amounting Rs 706000. I requested of loan of Rs only 300000/-. I also said that I will availing loan only if the rate of interest is 11.79%. This fact is also informed to telecaller / loan approver on telephone. Accordingly i have recd the loan amount at my account. Now after accessing the online statement i have observed that rate of interest is 16.50% which is a fraud by Bajaj Fin Serv with me. It is requested to either take back your loan amount which is lying in my saving account or reduce the rate of interest to 11.79% at earliest. (Rajendra C Mourya) [protected]

                                      I have paid my EMI's on timely manner but one of my Emi is pending due to bank fault . For which I have paid your agent through cash not to applied Bouncing charge on my EMi. Your agent had told me the same that there will be no charge for bouncing EMI if you paid on same day. Still you applied Bouncing charge of Rs 350 and Rs 1000 Interest on bouncing amount. Why would I paid it when I have paid my Emi on the same day through cash. and for the same you guys are calling me and bothering me for n numbers of calls.
