Dear Sir, I was purchased a samsung TV from Chitra electronic, gurgaon. I was not interested in the t.v insurance but company ended deduct the my t.v insurance premium. I cant received the insurance policy at yet time. kindly send the my policy otherwise i will go to consumer court. I was fully paid the insurance premium and harassment in your company side.     when i check my eligibility on portal than agent fill up my wrong detail and portal is rejected with my load. how can i do with my login. i want purches electric appliances but agent says my login banned for 3 month. how can i solve this problem.

      Hello Sir Good day! How are you? I have buy one LG refrigerator form My Bajaj finance card worth Rs 21000 on[protected]. my consumer durable no is 4260CD10013028 . I have make 12 monthly installments for this, so my monthly EMI is Rs 1750. But 2 days ago I got the message from Bajaj Finance that on that product extended warranty has been has been done, Extended warranty no is 426EWC10017736 . for that you charged me Rs 179 additional. But I have not given any approval or intimation to extend any warranty. I have no knowledge about that why you have charged me additional cost. I got the message then I came to know about this fraud done by you. As my EMI is Fixed Rs 1750 so why you change that. I will not pay this additional extended warranty. I will only pay Rs 1750 as installment nothing else. Kindly cancel this extended warranty and make it to normal.. Kindly check the matter & revert. Best regards: Akhilesh tiwari [protected]

        Hi, payment for Lan no 4080PL09556400 This is in regards to the recent EMI cheque that was collected from me for the a above mentioned loan account. I was told that the ECS did not go thru hence I need to pay a cheque for the EMI. However, on checking my bank account, I could see that the ECS was cleared and the cheque was also presented because of which the cheque got returned and I had to incur bounce charges. I had written to Bajaj Finserv on their email however did not get any response. I want themthem to immediately credit me with the bounce charges to my bank account andand alsoalso compensate me for the trauma and losing my credit score

            i had purchased a platina from bajaj finance on 30/04/2015 i had to take 2 years loan tenure and the company purchased 3 years loan for me so i am not happy with this finance company so i suggest to all my friends to not purchase from this bajaj finance its service is very bad so i want to suggest you to dint purchase bikes or any finance issues with this company because i had purchased and lossed my money

[protected] I reside at kalyan west on 18 of June one o[censored] r executive name Sagar Salvi from thane branch came to me and collect my documents along with one cancelled cheque and 2 security cheque he also signs some of agreement paper and told me u r loan will disburse within 5 days but from last two days I continued called him but he doesn't pick up my call. This is not the way to behave with u r customers i[censored] guys r unable to process my loan so kindly return back my documents Thanks.

                Sir, after making a down payment of Rs 12000(against total of 32000) i had taken a loan of 20000 fro the company with the purpose of payment of whole amount of 2500 in 8 instalments . however despite zero interest /charges said by the company as well as the dealer M/s Anil Electr of sarojini nagar New Delhi, not taking other scheme or card from them, much to my surprise i have found the instalment to be 2598/-.which is highhandedness on part of bajajf. i accordingly request for making it correctly as 25000. my reference number is loan 4010CD10231837

                  Hello, In the month of April, I had missed my EMI on 2'nd of April. After around 20 days a guy came from your side and asked me to do payment, As your website server was down that day, He said me to pay cash, I gave him cash 3400, and in return he gave me the receipt. And next day itself automatically ECS was deducted from my bank account. SO now there is one extra EMI taken from you. Initially i was been told it would be adjusted by my local Bajaj finserv agent, But its three months now and every month ECS is deducted on time. My loan is ending on 2nd august. But as one month has been taken extra, It should end on this july month only, Im not able to talk to any customer care as well. You tell me what has to be done!!                       Sir, i purchased mobile from croma under ur skim. I filled form & ecs of SCB which is guided by ur staff. Next day i received call from ur staff that ecs should be of HDFC. So i deposited my EMI amount in HDFC. But ur staff put my ECS in SBI & get it bounced. I request u to inform to SEBIL as well HDFC & give me clean cheat. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.                             hi This is Sanchita i am receiving calls from you regarding the payments details of the loan which has been taken by my cousin brother and if the calls are not answered by him or by me if we are in meeting or such then i receive calls on my office landline and continuously keeps on calling even after telling her that i am not in office as my work is field work and i am not in office and the customer care executive named Bhakti she is so rude that she doesn't even have manners to talk and yes for this i tried to call your complaint number but i count get through so i am writing this kindly look into this matter

                                i had purchased an LED from Croma greater noida on which i had taken finance from bajaj finance. all my installments were paid on time. i got a mail from bajaj finance that they are offering me Personal loan. i applied for that loan their executive came to my place collected all my documents collected some blank cheques and after that they rejected the loan without even telling us the reason. we have asked a lot of time for the reason but no reason is given to us yet. now when i applied for new loan on digital product they are saying my bajaj emi card is blocked. they dont have any reason to give me that why is my card blocked. please file a complaint against this fraud company soo that anyone else should not face this kind of behaviour.

                                i had purchased an mobile from bhubaneswar on which i had taken finance from bajaj finance. all my installments were paid. i got a call and sms from bajaj finance that they are offering me Personal loan. i applied for that loan their executive came to my place collected all my documents collected some blank cheques and after that they rejected the loan telling us the reason is last cheque is bounce, even i paid the money. now when i request him to return my blank cheque, he tell me that i am busy now.                                   I took a LED tv in your concern. I paid all dues till last month . this month also i transfered by 6th but ecs came on 5th so my ecs bounced i was charged 101 by my bank. again it rehited on 7th but i took the money in order to pay in person. but due to ecs second time bounce i was again charged 101 rs. i paid the my due amt Rs 3750 along with Rs 350 fine. but today a person from bajaj spoke to me from [protected] with vulger words. I am a BL Graduate working. He called me with harshfull words. I have paid my dues. I bought loan by paying all interest but staff behave as if we are thier slaves. the use very very ulgly words to address girls. my phone was auto recording all calls. Kindly take action otherwise I will file a complaint against Bajaj. my mobile no is [protected].

                                    I got msg from Bajaj finance that I am eligible for loan amount of Rs.1, 43, 000, due to some urgency I apply his . Before and after verification the Bajaj person told me that I'will get I'll get 1, 33, 739 in Hand, So as per this I informed proceed it. But actually I got only 1, 31, 079. What he comited they never debit this amount in My bank. where is Inr 2000/- Even person load calculater showing some different amount and this person saying different. Even I am trying to BAJAJ PERSON MR.SUAHS[protected], but he is not pickup the phone. The how I trust this people Regds Bharati

                                      Personal loan agreement no.4180PL03958427 loan amount 50000 monthly I paid 2431 for 40% interest rate but agreement in to 25% interest rate monthly EMI amount 1988 for 25% gross tenor month 36 you can calculate.Bajaj given pdf into calculation repayment schedule 40% interest rate but not reduce and given 25% calculation
