I am already existing customer and my LAN no. is 4100CD[protected] which I got after several from my bank account.But unfortunately my cell no. is not registered with you and I also not know my LTS as it is not available with the dealer from whom I make purchase a TV.Everymonth EMI 2067/- is debited from my bank account. I don't understand Bajaj has literally disbursed loan amount to my SB account, but they have not registered my mobile number or email I'd. Neither they provided any credentials to login into customer portal. And even can't use customer center number to reach as mobile number is not registered.
Still we need to write mail or visit Branch to register.
When they acquire every details o[censored]s before providing loan, why can't they automate the process of registering mobile number and email id or provide credentials to avoid bad customer experience at the entry level.

I would like to inform u That Since 5 months I had been suffering with Jaundice and slowly recovering and I am not Doing my job regularly .       Dear Sir i have the main issue is that in my pan card my date of birth is change that time i purchase the item i give the pan card that the date of birth my[protected] but my correct date of birth is[protected] right now i change my pan card and i go to bajaj finance office to correct this but Ur executive tell me that it will be not change so tell me how its not possible i work also in govt department at union bank of India at pandri branch raipur chhattisgarh i know the rules in our bank so many people r cumming for changes with the document then tell me if i give the correct document that what i single problem u have so now my hardly request u to please check the problem with Ur executive than call me because i purchase so many item with bajaj finance recelty i purchase plasma TV hope u give us the better services next time other vice i have to file a case against bajaj finance ...         Without confirming for insurance loan was disbursed and now I got reply you will get insurance policy up to 5th June. If am not agreed on Insurance Clause for my personal Loan Application than why forcing me to pay insurance and get back surrender Value of that? Can anyone explain me . My Loan was sanctioned of Rs 5, 00, 000/- + Rs. 51, 000/- Insurance Charges ( Not accepted by me) = now shown in Online account is Rs 5, 51, 000/-. I am agreed for Only Loan Amount of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- and also liable for that only. Please give me some solution I am stick with that transaction. Otherwise I am looking other ways. For Personal Loan insurance is compulsory as per any law. As per my understanding Insurance Policies are sale by coercion.

          I have purchased Washing machine from Vijay sales (LBS Marg, Bhandup) through Bajaj Finance. in the month of Jan 2015. I have submitted ESC mandate form to the branch more than 4 times, every time I met Bajaj finance guy who is deputed at Vijay Sales Bhandup west. Now, when i called bajaj fiannce customer service they are saying my card has been blocked permanently. This is very ridiculous system where in no intimation, Please help me out with solution.

            I wanted to purchase air condition and stabilizer from a dealer in gandhinagar jammu your representative told me that you have to pay processing fee and air condition and stabilizer can not be clubbed thus charging me Rs 280/ and Rs300/ respectively.Plz reply me on my mailing address [protected]@gmail.com.                     Hi, Myself Preeti Bisoi, I had taken one consumer loan from Bajaj Finance in the year of[protected] or[protected]forgotten exact year).My phone number was [protected].My address was : C/o – Amarnath Bisoi, At-Subhadrapur, Po – Uttamapur, Cuttack -753011.I have forgotten my loan number and NOC letter has been lost. I took this loan from Cuttack, Orissa. After completion of all my loan I came to know that My PDC had gone to Kolkata for clearance which always shown one month delay payment. Also I informed by the company that one check had been lost so I have to pay again which I paid also. They had confirmed me that it won’t affect in my cibil and it will be updated . But now when I checked my cibil after so many years for personal loan, I came to know that it tremendously effect my cibil.I am not eligible to get any loan.So kindly clear this loan pending from my cibil history with proper reason.                     I am writing this because I recently came to know that my loan from Bajaj Finserv that I took in the year 2013 and 2014 was still active. I had cleared both the consumer loans in the same year that i took it and paid all my EMI's on time. As per my knowledge the loans were supposed to be closed, however 2 weeks ago I was charged 350/- each for both loans stating it was dishonor charge.

                    This is completely unacceptable to me and i spoke to your representative at length and got them to return the money which was deducted from my account and I also got the NOC for both the loans. However, my concern now is that it has affected my CIBIL score quite badly all because of the error from Bajaj Finserv.

                    Kindly update my records on your system and get my CIBIL score fixed as it is not my error and i do not want to suffer a financial difficulty due to an oversight from your side.

Bajaj Finance Limted DATE- 26.05.2015 Survey No. 208/1-B 6th floor, Behind weikfield I T Park, Pune ( Maharashtra-411014 SUB: LOAN A/C NO. 4010CD02039603 Dear sirs, I had purchased consumable items worth Rs 1, 25, 890/- vide Satnam Plaza, M-42 A, M- block, Greater Kailash, Pt. I, New Delhi Invoice No. 1012 dated[protected] on installments through Bajaj Finance and paid all installments in time and full and final payment to Bajaj Finance vide receipt No. 7806617 dated 03.01.2015 (copy enclosed) . I am very sorry to write that inspite of my full and final payment you are showing some balance in CIBIL which is outstanding since last four months whereas I have already made cash payment after due discussion with your officials . You have damaged / destroyed my creditability in CIBIL. My loan with other financial institutions / banks are being rejected and I have incurred lot of losses in my business. Under the circumstances you are hereby requested to kindly use your good offices and get clear the issue without any further delay and confirm.                             Dear All, CONSUMER DURABLE 4170CD07503234 I have bought a consumer durable from Bajaj Finance i have paid INR 250 for cash card and i was informed that you will receive the cash card after 03 EMIs paid, now my 03 EMIs are paid and i am awaiting for a my cash card. i have contacted to Bajaj local representative but he said i cant help you, i mailed them all the things but there is no response i got, i contacted to the call centers no. but the no.s are not working.. i have also filled a complaint on experia ID and they replied that your cash card is dispatched on 7th May by BlueDart courier but they cant provide me the shipment no. and still i didnt get any reply. CAN ANYONE ASSIST ME FOR THE SAME THING Reagrds Tushar

                              On 22/05/15, we r going to purchase AC from RGS Vadodara. Your consultant has process for EMI option and got approved. Sudden after 2 hrs, he informed your loan approval has been decline by Pune branch. When I ask, why, he was not able to reply. let me know why the loan approval is decline, even where my past review is very clear and being govt. job.

                                  I would like to cancel this Policy No-[protected] (membership no--[protected]). Because this insurance was logged in without informing me. I have purchased only aquaguard from ezone through bajaj finance but bajaj executive logged in insurance as well without informing me. I got one call from insurance asking for nominee name but did not give nominee name and informed them that I dont want insurance. Even then this insurance was logged in with somebody else name as nominee. Bajaj finance is well reputed company but doing this kind of cheating with customer is really not good. Please go through this issue.

                                        Greetings, This is really a ridiculous thing that you people dont have any voice call help. You must have that facility because so much money is involved inevery transaction that happens between bajaj finance and a customer. My name is vandana bhagwat. My customer ID is 1150576 I have an active loan account (No. 5770CD[protected] for consumer durable item (samsung mobile) My repayment is scheduled on 2nd of every month. Because of some financial issues and because i was out of town i could take care of repayment part of this month (May). On 09/05/15, i got a call from bajaj finservlending call centre (from no. [protected]) as a reminder for repayment. That lady who spoke to me, said that if you make your payment today, you will not be penalised (AAP KO KOI PENALTY NAHI LAGEGI) I said ok and gave her all my debit card details and valid through details of my card and she made the electronic payment on my behalf. Just now i checked my bank transactions and i came to know that in 1 day (16/05/15) my account has been debited for 4 different amounts by bajajfinservlending. I am attaching the snapshot of my bank transaction. Kindly let me know why my account is debited so heavily in a day that too after i have been promised by your employee that there wont be any penalty for delay of the repayment. I request you to look into the matter and give me a satisfactory answer as soon as possible. I have sent mails to you...twice. No response has come yet from your side. Ragards, Vandana
