Worst service and worst company. they do rowdism and people speak all sort of vulgar words. you guys are so cheap in looting money.. I purchased tv for 18k and made down payment 6 k at 0% EMI and the loan amount i need to repay is 24 is this some thing funny.. now person from your end calls and use all third class language and i need to listen this.     Sir/ madam. i am namit chopra from yamuna nagar (hr). bajaj fin. give a offer of rs116000/- in feb. that why i apply for loan. But they did reject my loan. I dont know why. my track record is clear. If company did not want to give any loan why give me a offer on my mobile or email. company also block my emi card. On this month 6 apirl company give a offer of 60000/- now i apply compay give same bad responce. Pls solve my problem. [protected].

                        Sir/Madam, My name is Ramzan shaikh I have loan account from bajaj finserv which is 5770CD00245984 . I took a Air Conditioner through your finance.I had some problems and has to leave my job.I was not able to make payment till now .I told the collection agent about my problem.I was suppose to make a payment but I failed because I do not have any money.I am receiving threatening call today at 1.36pm then 3.00pm then 4.05pm & some miss calls at 10.00pm yesterday night from advocate chaudhary & police inspector shobraj located at delhi court ( TIS HAJARI court no 2 ) saying that he will take care of me a warrant is issued on my name & if i dont come to him he will come & arrest me and he wants me to meet him right at that point of time. he abused me & my family they said ki aukad nahi hai toh liya kyu aapni maa bhehen ko bech ke leke aa & u pay the dues (call record attached ) Here is his number [protected]/[protected] .I understand that I have not made the payments because I don't have a funds with me and I am willing to make up the same & also in the month of oct i got some fund i have called your executive & given him 2400 + 300 cheque bounce charges. I just need some time.I am not fraud its just that I am stuck in some unavoidable circumstances, and I have been regularly talking to your collection agents This is happening for the second time.So please help me out of this I am really feeling threat for my life now i having .I guess next time I will have to report this to local police station I am sending a copy of this e-mail to the consumer forum.I don't want to get hurt because of a Air Conditioner. I would definitely make the payments as the moment i see or save some fund, my father is a cancer patient i have to pay a sum of 40 thousand every month to keep him alive .But I would sure try if I can make some arrangements real soon.Hope you people help me to get out of this alarming situation. i beg plz dont creat harassment for me & my family member... Still I m waiting for your reply...28 Mar 2015 Again three collection executive has come in my home and asking for payment my wife told that I am not able to pay this time.                           Dear Sir, I took a personal loan from Bajaj Finance Ltd.The sanctioned amount was rs.100000.00 but after deducting some fees I have got Rs.91000.00.Loan A/c No. 0PL03165239 I have paid the EMI regularly but suddenly I have discovered that my EMI Rs.4402.00 which I have to pay for 48 months then I checked RBI rule and found that this Co doing business against RBI rule as they are taking interest @48% flat. Though I have paid EMI up to DEC’14 i.e.8 Emi after that I have failed to pay EMI for three months and regarding this issue I have send mail in advance to the concern Dept. about my inability to pay for three/four months as I am going through serious financial crisis and will pay in regular basis from May’15. But the Co. appointed some recovery agent who are either hooligan or criminal. They are continuously harassing me and my family with vulgar language and giving threatening also.                             To whom it concern, I am writing this complaint to bring to your kind notice that I have just received a call from +91 [protected], he said that he is a police office, name : Om Prakash Tyagi posted in Bombay High Court. but he did not mentioned his Batch number when I asked for the same. He mentioned that there is a case registered against me and h is not authorise to tell me about the same but he gave me the an other number +91 [protected] which belongs to some lawyer at High court Bombay, Mr. R K Bhardwaj. and told me to call him on an URGENT basis otherwise tomorrow my arrest warrant will be dispatched. After that I have checked these numbers on google and found that so many people have written about these calls. Also, have seen a complaint on Consumer forum. My installments were completed in January itself. Nor I have given any cheque to them, so there is no check bounce as well. Even I have received all the e mails for the payment confirmation.                                 Dear sir, I have taken personal loan from BAJAJ FINANCE LTD. My Loan no is- 4000PL01363761. Loan amt is 81000rs. Loan Tenur is 36 months. And i am paid to monthly emi is Rs 3938/-. I am paying total installment amt is 55, 132 RS(14 months). When I calculated interest amount looks like this BAJAJ FINANCE Is charging interest more than 45%( Flat 25%). Its more than RBI allowed. When I check the Bajaj finance website i am able to bank has updated interest rate 16%. Sir iam Sir I am Attached some proof documents . Please help me to Resolve this issue.                                   Dear sir, I am sourav kumar garg From Flex Trade, Bhopal. i have applied for Business loan before 8 months. they mailed ma lot's of for business loan. but they reject the file for personal reason. i don't know what was happend but now i am going to apply for loan they are not accepting my paper and told me we will not process your loan. and my brother also appling for loan they giving same answer to my brother. SIR WE HAVE CROSSED 7 CR turnover This year. and running 3 loans and CC of rs 70 lacs we are paying on time all installment. we have no bed credit and no issue in my cibil and my brothers cibil. I REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE FIND THE PROBLEM AND RESOLV THE PERSONAL ISSUE. BECAUSE BAJAJ IS NOT DEPANDENT ON PERSONAL RELATIONS. OTHERWISE I WILL COMPLAINT IN RBI AND CONSUMER COURT. DO THE NEED FULL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                    Dear Sir, An loan amount of Rs. 96000/- have been sanctioned in the name of my husband Mr. J. Anandan for LG Air Conditioner, in LG Showroom Chromepet in an EMI amount of Rs. 6868/- (Six Thousand Eight hundred and Sixty Eight only) for the period of 14 months. Account Name : J. Anandan Loan Account Number : #4030CD03495714 EMI Amount : Rs. 6868/- EMI Tenure : 14 Months EMI Starts on: August 2014 EMI Ends on : September 2015 Till Feb 2015, i.e for the period of 7 months, ECS passed correctly in the KVB Account No: [protected] on 2nd of every month without any bounce. As usual for March Month also, we had maintained the balance for EMI of Rs. 6868/- but some other loan for an amount of Rs. 3060/- had passed from Bajaj Finserve without our knowledge and continuously many times attempt without any prior intimation or information, keep on trying some dues in our account, collapsed the total Account and the balance maintained for AC Due was deducted completely and since the balance for Rs. 6868/- was not there, when they tried for Rs. 6868/- 2 to 3 times, Due to this ECS Return Charges totally was deducted 6 times at the rate of Rs. 337.08/- and 315.08/- from the Account Balance. So, Finally an amount of Rs. 2359.56/- and Rs. 3060/- deducted from the AC Due of Rs. 6868/- without our knowledge. We had attached the Bank Statement in where the Amount was deducted for your kind reference. Actually, we came to know only when the Collection Department Person had approached for Payment of AC EMI of Rs. 6868/- with the cheque Bounce Charges of Rs. 350/-. We had maintained the balance correctly, this mistake is done by Bajaj Finserve. So, we had decided to close the Bank Account and Surrendered the Bank Account. We are ready to pay the balance EMI for the Period of 6 Months in the way of cheque but not in the ECS Method. Since my husband had closed his bank account, I am paying the balance due from my Bank and issued the cheque. We had attached the Scanned copy of 6 Cheques dt. 02/04/15, 02/05/15, 02/06/15, 02/07/15, 02/08/15 and 02/09/15 for the EMI amount of Rs. 6868/- and sent the 6 Cheques with the covering Letter in Courier to your Head Office (AnnaSalai) . So, kindly acknowledge the receipt of the cheques and put the cheque as per the date and tally my account. As promised, the amount will be passed correctly from our Account on the specified date without any bounce, for that we will give assurance whereas apart from this 6 dues, there is no outstanding or dues from our side. We are always correct in our terms and promises. So, Instead of passing the cheques, if the people from your office or collection department continuously follow us in a rude method we will take this case to the Police Commissioner since we have the evidences and maintained our account correctly. So, try to avoid Mr. Murugan (Collection Executive Head) - [protected] or any other person from the collection department to call us regarding this Due. NOTE : ECS AMOUNT TO BE DEDUCTED ONLY ONCE ON A SPECIFIED TIME, IN CASE IF THE AMOUNT IS NOT THERE IN THE SPECIFIED DATE IT CAN BE TRIED ONE MORE TIME. BUT IN OUR CASE, AS AND WHEN THEY REQUIRED SOME OTHER DUE ECS WERE HIT IN OUR BANK AND COLLAPSED OUR BALANCE AND TRIED TO MAKE A REMARK IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT & ALSO CIBIL SCORE WAS AFFECTED. SO, DUE TO THIS NOW WE HAD CLOSED OUR BANK ACCOUNT. WE HAD DECIDED NOW TO TAKE THIS INTO THE NOTICE OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA (RBI) Related to this Issue or Case, kindly contact me through Mail Correspondence and avoid Calling us through Mobile. [protected] Dear Sir, I am Uma Shankara Rao Tamada, Hyderabad I have taken a policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, GE Plaza, 5 th Floor, B Wing, Airport Road, Yerawada, Pune - 411006. Today (04.03.2015) i have received my original certificate of insurance and when i was checking in detail, Reasons for cancellation: 1. I have checked Terms and conditions for this policy then found I have misunderstand what executive told and some part to pressure from agent, 2, 3 times refused this policy, finally accepted. please check it voice record 2. Mainly I am not capable to pay money in this policy premium amount right now. I have to pay almost Rs.9000/- per month to Bajaj Finserv, present my salary 13000/- per month.
