They have made hell. Everyday in and out I have been receiving SMS, Automated calls, franchise calls.

I have not even enquired with them. I have calls, sms and automated calls almost daily and even in night.

They opened so much franchises that they are desperate to call. I have been fighting with them on twitter handle. They confirm that thy will investigate but they activate some other marketing gimmick.

Today I got SMS from BAJAJF, from Tel landline +[protected]/03/2022 at 11.35am. They gave silly excuse that they have stopped all marketing calls. again after two days it starts again,

iam paid My emi no any pending EMI but my account Active show the balance cheque Bounce charge, i am last 5, 6 years your customer no any default my account, This time unable pay right timeb 2 EMI, But i am paid the current month, i am request you kindly Cheque Bounce Charge Remove my account, SENDING NOC

I have taken a loan from Bajaj which I am repaying correctly without any fail. But this month they have charged extra Rs. 295 as mandate fail chrg txn. When I checked at Bajaj they said bank is responsible, but when I enquired at bank they are blaming Bajaj. We have all transaction history, there is no ay of check bouncing. Please do refund of this 295 Rs.

These people of Bajaj Finance keeps on calling everyday to irritate us. Even if I asked them 100's of times not to bother me they keep on doing the same.

I didnot take any loan from Bajaj ever so why they deduct 117 rs from my account. Today I have seen transaction on my account for rs 117 saying "CMS/[protected]/BAJAJ_AUTO_CD__4020CD34306417 " on date 15/03/2022.

Can I know why this transaction has been made without my knowledge and purpose of it?

Please refund my asap....

Bajaj Finance executive suggested paying an additional 1250 INR to get cashback of 2500 while buying washing machine at Maharashtra Electronics, Tilak Road, Pune and said I will get cashback after my 2 EMI's are deducted. But, I didn't get cashback for around one year. Then, I decided to follow up with Bajaj Finance to get the vouchers, finally, they provided them to me after multiple follow-ups. But, I could not redeem them due to a medical emergency.
But, now when I am reaching out to them they are lying and not providing coupons. This is the reply from them.

"As discussed on call xxxxxx6860 and with reference to your email, we wish to inform you that we have again check with concern department and we have received conformation that they had not run any coupon code to redeem the cashback. Hence cashback is not eligible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused and appreciate your understanding and patience."

I am not apply for loan and credit card but my civil is so hard enquiry so please immediately remove this

Bajaj deducted ecs charges from my account almost 5000 rs and still pending show 18000rs i complaint many time to customer care they always say they didn't deduct your bank deducted no one trying to back my many

Mr. Priyam Zha(who is claiming as he is Bajaj Finance person) have taken Rs.1, 20, 000 from me as a Bajaj Policy Insurance coverage & against this he was suppose to disburse my loan amount. But nothing he has done till date. On daily basis only false commitment he is giving.

I submitted the complaint regarding data entry jobs from Bajaj finance with all the proof on 14 th February 2022.Till today no response from the company.I updated the complaint response for three times.I am looking forward for some response from the company.

I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of HDFC bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I have not taken any loan from bajaj finance as well.

Torturing making calls many times per day

Today an amount of Rs. 117 is deducted from my savings account of HDFC bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I don't know the reason for the deduction.
Why did you deduct this charge and didn't have the courtesy to let me know the reason for it through SMS or email or call? Your call for all the irrelevant information but not for taking away my money.
I want that money back right away and delete my information from your company database so that I don't get charged by you anytime in the future. I've told you so many times to your spammy customer calls, but they never do.

I have purchased a mobile phone in Feb 2021 on EMI basis which begin from April 2021 for a period of 10 months. My last EMI has been paid in the month of Jan 2022. But Bajaj finance has deducted Rs. 117 from my account on 15.3.2022 without any prior information since the whole EMI has been paid by the month of Jan 2022.
My loan Account no. is 405DPFGT719012 under the name Shivam Pathak and Customer ID[protected].
Kindly look into the matter and refund us back the amount which is being debited for without any reason.

I have taken no cost EMI offer with Bajaj Finance while purches TV and complete installment in 2017. Still form last two years they charged me 117Rs. per year.

How can they deduct money without my knowledge.Request to revert back my last two year money with rate of interset application on card.

I would like to lodge a complaint on cashback which I haven't received till now.
7000 INR cashback is promised while disbursement of this loan.
