Dear Sir/Madam,

I had brought a LCD TV on finance options from Bajaj Finance in Aug of 2007, i had setup an auto debit from my Citi bank account so that the amout will go directly on 5th of every month, by nov 2007 Bajaj finance was not able to debit my account, when i found out from my Citi bank what the problem was the bank said that Bajaj finance presented the debit with a wrong utility code and that is the reason why they were not able to debit the account.. provided Bajaj with the same information and they started collecting money manually until april 2009, in the month of April they tried to Debit my account twice one on the 5th which got declined because of the same reason that they presented it with the wrong utility code and another debit on the account on 21st of april 2009 which went through and they did that without letting me know about it, my bank account clearly shows the debit made by them and they call up the next month and tell me that i did not pay for the month of April, i told them that i have a bank statement to prove that the money was debited from my account, they said they will send someone to check the details and this has been happening ever since, whein they say they will send somone and no one come to clarify the details and in the meanwhile they have been debiting my account for the respective months may, june, july and they have been calling me so often that i have missed a payment in the month of April 2009 and i repeated myself over and over again to them that i have proof that i have paid the amount in April 2009, they always say that will send someone to check nothing happens no one comes and they call me and disturb me whenever they want, but in the month of Aug 2009 they debited my account twice and they were sucessful in doing so! the second debit that happened on my account i was never informed about it at all and it was a surprise to me, when i call their number[protected] no one picks up the phone.

i hope you will take action and resolve my problem, as this is becoming a big worry

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I purchased a sony handycom on 21/10/2006 for which I took finance of Rs. 12498 from Bajaj Finance, Hyderabad. I submitted 6 post dated cheques with EMI of Rs.2083/- each. All the EMIs are deducted from my ICICI Hitec City account. But due to Bajaj Finance's mis-management in record keeping one EMI (Cheque no. 368238) is pending in their account. I received repeated calls from their collection dept. and even received letters . Then I talked to Mr. Chandra Sekhar (email proofs are available) and sent Banker's certificate as well as Bank statement through registered post as well as via Fax. There after the issue was cleared by Mr. Chandra Sekhar and he confirmed it through email. After 2 months I got the final statement which shows arrear as 0 and also confirmed the loan is terminated on 09/06/2007.

Now I am again getting SMS to pay Rs.2083/- on my mobile. I do not know what's happening. I tried to call Tarnaka office (Ph. No. 32414106 and[protected]. But they do not answer the calls and terminate the call. Please help me.

Sir,

It is out of place to mention that all the amount was paid in due dates and the same was confirmed more than ten times by their local officers, moreover the company has financed again for other item for which instalments are going on. I had given the statement of account more than ten times to their local branch showing the clearance of cheques, but they are threatning for legal action against me who had made the payments regularly and in time. Incase I receive the message again I will take legal action against the company for harrasment and mental torture.

Please look in to the matter and oblige.

I have Consumer Durable loan from Bajaj Finance and the installment of Rs. 1250.00 has been deducted from my ICICI bank account through ECS.

In the installment of July 2009, I have received a SMS from Bajaj Finance that "Your EMI of Rs. 1250.00 for Loan no.4010CD00007820 is due on[protected]. Request you to keep your bank account sufficiently funded on day prior"but the company has present the EMI on 05.07.2009 and the ESC returned charges applied to me.

Please do the needful.

I am from jodhpur (rajasthan).I took a handicam on 18 oct 07 in 12/1 scheme in which i paid eleven post dated cheques of Rs1666/- each and one in cash .Now what your people says we are sort of one cheque so you have to pay in cash. I have taken durable loan from Bajaj Finance Ltd. on August 08 loan no.[protected] for the period of 10 Months & the installment will be start from Sep.08 every month on 10th & debit by ECS from my A/c. So after the 10 months complete again on 11 month i have received the Message on my mobile on Dated 06/07/09 that the ECS is coming on 10th pls arrange the funds. So i called to Bajaj customer care & had a word with Mr. Ravichandran.K on 7/07/09 he told we can't stop the same because the instructions already given to our bank so he told you clear the same & after that you send me mail regd. the issue & send me scaned Bank Statement, Loan Teram Sheet, & Purchase invoice & we will refund you the full amount.
So i have already send all the required papers by mail on 08/07/09 & after that daily i m sending reminder to Mr. Ravichandran but still they have not refund the money. Also i ask to Mr. Ravichandran pls give your mobile no. so he told you call on Landline Nos. only but whenever we try this office no. nobody answer this phone & it's continue ringing.

I HAVE AVAILED A COMPUTER FINANCE FROM BAJAJ FINANCE VIDE THEIR PROPOSAL NO.40534413 DATED 01/09/2006, EMI'S OF WHICH ARE ALREADY CLEARED LONG AGO. BUT TILL DATE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE FROM THEM NOR THE REFUND AMOUNT PROMOSED TO ME AT THE TIME OF AVAILING THE LOAN.

WHEN I TRIED TO GET WITH THEM AT THEIR MUMBAI OFFICE ON 24955607/8 IT IS ONLY RINGING THERE IS NOBODY TO ANSWER. SIMILAR IS THE RESULT AT THEIR PUNE OFFICE ALSO. THE NUMBER I HAVE TRIED IS 27472851.

PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE AND THE REFUND AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.

BAD service of BAJAJ FINANCE:

I purchased one split AC unit from TMC Pvt. Ltd., Malakpeta, Hyderabad during April’08 on hire purchase scheme of Bajaj Finance. As per the 10 EMI scheme towards purchase of split AC unit of cost Rs. 24990/-, the first plus second EMIs of Rs. 5000/- had been paid by me through Mr. Ram of Bajaj Finance placed at TMC, Malakpet, Hyderabad vide TMC Invoice receipt No: MP/0809/CR-816 dated[protected].

Further, Mr. Ram of BAJAJ finance, Hyderabad informed over phone during the first week of May 08 that the 3rd installment of post dated Bank cheque for May 08 had been misplaced and could not be processed, and hence requested to pay the May 08 installment by cash at TMC Pvt. Ltd, Malakpet Hyderabad. I went to TMC, Malakpet, Hyderabad on 12.05.08 and met Mr. Ram of BAJAJ finance at the TMC Show Room, Malakpet. He had taken the cash amount of Rs.2499/- from me and issued TMC cash receipt No.MP/0809/RT-460 dated 12.05.08.
Further, during Oct’08, I received phone calls from Bajaj Finance of Pune and Hyderabad that the said 3rd installment was not paid by me. Then I went to TMC show room again and met Mr. Madhu of Bajaj Finance placed at TMC show room during that time and showed him the TMC cash receipt. Then after speaking with Bajaj Finance, he had arranged for cash refund from TMC and asked me to pay the said instalment to Bajaj Finance. Subsequently, I paid the amount to Bajaj Finance and a cash receipt was issued to me against loan reference No: 315099 on date 22-10-08.
Again since one month, I started receiving phone calls from Bajaj Finance that I have not paid the said instalment and inspite of my clarifications on phone; I even received threatening SMS to face legal action.
On further inquiry, I came to know that Bajaj Finance opened two loan proposals with Nos: 315099 & 310109 against my name for one product and thus started committing all these misdeeds. Hence, I ask the Bajaj Finance to rectify its mistakes and issue clearance certificate immediately.

I had bought a fridge from Croma ( Kalyan Nagar) and availed a loan on the fridge which was given by Bajaj Finance in the same showroom, i submitted the details to the executive whose name was rakesh and then after two months the massages kept pouring in, The loan executives also had the audasity to tell me I would be in problems if the amount is not paid.

Also their customer service person asked me why im stating in Karnataka if I dont know kannada properly. The blunder that they had done is I have a HDFC bank account and the cheque all the while was goinh to the Jammu & Kashmir bank

I have made a prepayment closure of the consumer Loan Proposal No:459/003481 2 years Back, but still the irresponsible collections team send people to my residence asking me to clear a cheque for which payment is not made

I have sent enough of mails to their mail ID but no reply, moreover this amount is shown in the Siebel report of the government

I have an emotional downfall due to this problem as it looks like some one has fooled me

I have got my loans declined because of this

Sir i have all the documents to prove that they are guilty, someone must do something to stop this people from looting money from middle class people who take Products on installments

I have purchased a digital camera financed by Bajaj Auto Finance Limited through ECS payment. MY PROP NO. 4100CD00001612.

I have been communicated that there was some problem with the ECS clearance for the month of April'09. So I have been requested to make the payment by cash (though i paid by cheque no- HDFC - 120315, Rs. 1250). They promised me that it won't be repeated from the next month.

But again I was forced by your employees to make the payment for the month of May'09 also.(I paid by cheque no- HDFC - 120317, Rs. 1250)

Today again I have received a phone call from your Kolkata office who ordered me to visit your office with my cheque book to make the payment for the month of June'09.

I am really shocked with his behaviour. I am just confused whether taking help from a financial inst. is a sin or not. I am extremely sorry to say that I have never expected this kind of ill, manner less harassment from Bajaj Finance.

I have purchased a freeze on finance of BAJAJ FINANCE LTD.. At the time of purchase, person of the said finance told me that EMI will be of Rs.892/- for 11 month. But recently I got sms from financer that EMI is of Rs.967/-. So far company does not provided any written information regarding EMI or any others even though I have purchased the product on 15.05.2009.

Just want to know the number of remaining installments of the computer loan that i had taken from your nagpur branch(C/O Patni Automobiles, Kamptee Road, Nagpur).

Following are some details of the loan...

1) PROPASAL NUMBER : 406/15065
2) AMOUNT FINANCED : Rs. 28000/-
3) EMI Amount : Rs. 1342/-
4) First due date : 10 Aug, 2007

I had purchased a washing machine from Reliance digital(Vashi) on the month of November, and one of the bajaj finance executive (Ms Sumitra) ([protected]) had granted me a loan for the same.
At the time of the purchase i was told that every month Rs 960would be deducted from my A/C, but unfortunately this 960 rs was deducted for only 1st month and rest of the month there were 2 deduction shown in my A/C, one in 5th of every month and 15th of every month.(The executive says that they had logged in 2 times )

how should i go about it, i was suppose to pay 8 EMIS of 960 rs, unfortunately i have paid you 12 EMIs in 6 months of tenure.

After this I get a letter from your end at my residence that i have been not paying the dues and the company want me to pay the remaining EMIS with high interest rate and my case was being solved by MR.Sagar([protected]), (Pathetic customer service by this executive ), Mr. Suresh salve ([protected]) (The person concerned for my case tells me he would call me but never calls me up) .I don’t know how to go about it or should I file against a case against Mr.Sagar and Ms.Sumitra who tells me that they would be sending the mail daily. (The case is being solved by Sagar and Sumitra from last 1 month)

I DON’T EXPECT SUCH AN HARRASSSMENT TO THE CUSTOMER FROM BAJAJ FINANCE.SEND ME THE EXCESS AMOUNT THAT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C.

I had bought a Bajaj Pulsar 220 and had opted for a EMI of one year and since then the emi payments were deducted from account. 10 emi`s down the line i have not received a single receipt of the emi cut. Bajaj saya that they do not give any receipt. Is it true that the finance company need not give receipt for the emi cut? whatr action can i take in taht case?

I purchased a Bajaj Platina Bike No.GJ1 FK-290 on 31/10/2006 from m/s.Manan Motors Pvt.Ltd. Shah-E-Alam Cross Road, Maninagar Ahmedabad under the Bajaj Finance scheme. I have paid all the installments in time to the Bajaj Finance. I paid last installment on 10/11/2008. Still I didn't received my NOC despite of repeated remainders. I am sending the e mails but now it is not reaching there and I am calling him but there is no reply on mobile.

had purchased the Laptop of Compaq from Jumbo Electronics Gurgaoon from Ambience Mall on 24/01/2009 and taken the option of Finance from Bajaj Finance. And the name name of the Executive who had done my Finance is Sumit and he had told me that there will be 30 EMI of Rs 1300 Each. And now they are deducting Rs 1700 as EMI from my Account. I have tried to contact the Executive but he is not giving me any satisfactory answer and also he is not giving me the correct Custormer Care Number of Bajaj Finance.
