I have applied for a loan based on Bajaj Allianz Invest Plus policy no. [protected] of dated 12/07/2009 vide Ref No. K24. I would like to know the status of the above. Please let me know.

bajajfinance limited — harresment

This is in reference to the godrej aircondition we have purchased from Dass aundh pune with your finance scheme in the name of Bipul Gupta.
the amount in the pdcs was entered by your finance person which had a discrepency in the words and numbers hence the cheques bounced were collected form my recidence in pimple saudagar.
the collection agency i.e. the Yash collection agency person Ms. Varsha did not infrom my wife that she needs to pay cash . and the collection person when reached home and demanded cash . my wife did not have cash and suggested to give cheque for which Ms, varsha abused my wife and said that she will get the product picked up by her people by force.
and even the collection man misbehaved with my wife. and kept demanding cash and ms. varsha and he kept saying that it is 30th and they have a target so my wife has to give cash.
the agency person keep calling my wife a week prior to sending the person that he will come today and the person does not come at the decided time by them and she then shouts and screams at my wife for not giving the money.
this whole incident has been very traumatising for my wife .
we do not expect this kind of behaviour from and esteemed company like yours.
kindly look in to the matter and take action.

Bajaj Finance Ltd. — Deficiency in service - harassment

I had a loan with American express, which was transferred by them to SCB, who in turn transferred the same to Bajaj Finance in July 2009. Ever since Bajaj Finance collection agents have been calling my residence and bothering my family for loan EMI payments. This loan has never been in arrears for all these years. Now taht they have not completed their paperwork, they are not collecting the ECS from Citibank, they want me to pay by cash or cheque. One month I even paid, on an assurance from them that hey will fix up their paperwork and not bother me again. But again this month they called my family and I decided that I have had enough and told them that they can send a quote for full closure of the loan and I will pay the same. One Associate manager at Bajaj called me and sent me a quote which was just not anywhere close to the outstanding amount. On confronting him, he stopped accepting my calls.
I have been asking Bajaj finance to close the account and now there is no response from them. Still harassing me for payments when ECS mandate exists and my account on which the ECS is issues is in perfectly good standing.
Just requesting Bajaj to be reasonable and allow me to close the account, since they do not know how to deal with regular paying customers.

I have taken loan from you for COMPUTER.The loan has completed still I have not received detailed clearance certificate please send this requirement.

But this time I have received the message from Bajaj Finance was Debuse your application and rejected. Now I would like to know why? what is the reason for not approved my application? once you are getting the successful certificate then after you people have the system to provide the same person without the formalities? This is what I have come to know from my friends who have taken loan from Bajaj Finance.

In exchange of timely return of outstanding amount, your Company had offerred me for another loan worth to Rs. 25, 000/- which I have submissiby been denied since the same was not required. On 29.09.2009, I have approached your representatives at M/s Siva Vision Pvt. Ltd. D.B.Gupta Road, Karol Bagh for sanctioning of a loan to purchase one 32" LCD from that shop through Bajan 0% finance scheme. After processing and collecting all documents, Mr. Daljit(Your representative in that shop) has informed me that my request for sanctioning finance for purchase of LCD TV has been rejected due to low scoring rate in my name. Sir, As on date, I have no outstanding either in your institution nor in any private/ nationilasied banks or any where. It has also been informed that Arambagh and Paharganj Area is sortlisted are in your Company and no amount can be sanctioned to any person of there. In this connection my Deal ID No. SF 249015 i n your company may also refers.

Now please let me know, what is the reason behind not sanctioning the finance scheme in my favour to enable me to purchase the LCD TV. You are also requested to submit the details for rejection of my case at an early date to enable me to process further in this episode.

Harassment and ill behaviour by Bajaj Auto Finance Limited


I have purchased a digital camera financed by Bajaj Auto Finance Limited through ECS payment. MY PROP NO. 4100CD00001612.

I have been communicated that there was some problem with the ECS clearance for the month of April'09. So I have been requested to make the payment by cash (though i paid by cheque no- HDFC - 120315, Rs. 1250). They promised me that it won't be repeated from the next month.

But again I was forced by your employees to make the payment for the month of May'09 also.(I paid by cheque no- HDFC - 120317, Rs. 1250)

Today again I have received a phone call from your Kolkata office who ordered me to visit your office with my cheque book to make the payment for the month of June'09.

I am really shocked with his behaviour. I am just confused whether taking help from a financial inst. is a sin or not. I am extremely sorry to say that I have never expected this kind of ill, manner less harassment from Bajaj Finance.

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop and I took a loan from Bajaj Finance for that. when I purchased the laptop I paid 5 EMIs as down payment and they said that 7 EMIs are left. I told them that I paid 5 EMIs as down payment and till today I have already paid 4 EMIs. after a hot discussion, the concerned person told me that this is their system fault, but still I have to pay 4 EMIs instead of 3 EMIs. Please suggest what should I do? I want to close the loan right now by paying them the rest 3 EMIs in cash. Please help.

And now they are deducting Rs 1591 extra EMI from 15 sep 2009 & 15 oct 2009 my Account.
So pls guide me properly refund me my money.

I have taken a Laptop from Maheshwari Computer and Services, Kankroli Rajsamand, Udaipur Rajasthan on 10th Jan 2008 with finance from bajaj finance. Since 15 Month I am paying EMI of Rs. 1606/- through cheque. My file No 27830 . Agent who was dealing my case has not given any documents regarding the reciept of my cheques or any other relevant documents. I have asked him to give me but saying no time today will give you tomorrow he left the ORganisation and unfortunately I alos sifted from kankroli to Hurda Gulabpura, Bhilwara in a job. I tried a lot but because of busy schedule could not pay visit to local Baja Finance Centre in Udaipur. Can you please help me in getting all those documents now. I have one more year to pay your finance. In between if I wish to close my account by paying rest of amount then what procedures will I follow and how many Ruppes I need to give back. After paying all due, they booked the complaint and they spoiled my reputation and it caused financially damaged.

I had purchased Desk Top from M/s Arcamax computer and they tied finance to M/s Bajaj Finance.

Actually my emi was 6 instalment rs 2500/-. I paid all six emi without any due and actually 6th emi i paid cash on 20/12/2007 details are mentioned below

Actually i received a message 03/07/2009, saying an amount of rs 2500/- is overdue in your loan a/c[protected]. pay the same charges. urgently and avoid legal action. Contact our branch.

But when i called no body is responding my call.

Kindly do the necessary arrangement on immediate effect.

After so many complaints and Reminder to customer service nobody is taking interest. I have complaint regarding the my pulsar bike No. MH-02-AX-903 and complted my EMI but i have still not gotted my NOC letter. Firts i was asked to As per your intructions you'll have told to pay my pending amount of Rs-4260/ with settlement letter, which I have already paid.

After that I have spoken with Mr.Dalvi as per him he instructed that I have to pay Rs-2002/-That also i had paid.

But still I have not received NOC letter. Then why your company has given me RC book. if there is any problem then youll have to resolve it.

That is not my problem. please resolve it at the earliest and clear my NOC letter.

Now please find enclosed letter of settlement.

Same thing has happend me also, I took one loan for Laptop in March 2006 and i clossed in December 2007 and again they calling today July 2009!!! and telling that i have to pay 3 EMI, And i check the bajaj finance offical site and i coudn't find and customer care number and email ID also

This is to inform you that I have purchased one Air Conditioner 1.5 tone from Harshit Electronics, Shalimargarden Ext.II, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP on June 2007 and the payment cheques given accordingly. after completion I have received letter from Bajaj Finance you have completed successfully certificate (Attached the scan copy).
After comletion of this installments your peopel approach me so many time for loans.

Why I am writing you this mail, because I have applied for another installments Refrigerator it cost around 20, 000/- the same place which i have given the request on June 2009. But this time I have received the message from Bajaj Finance was Debuse your application and rejected. Now I would like to know why? what is the reason for not approved my application? once you are getting the successful certificate then after you people have the system to provide the same person without the formalities? This is what I have come to know from my friends who have taken loan from Bajaj Finance.

Dear Sir:
Application to rectify your record regarding the pending payment of Rs 1417 in my account against instalment for Window AC of Samsung and issue me a clearance (NOC) certificate
It is to bring to your kind notice that I bought a window AC of Samsung company from Agoan Electronics, Shanti Path, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur on 24 April 2009 for Rs 17000/- (Seventeen thousand only) purchased through Bill No 19081. Out of this I made a down-payment of Rs 5660/- (Five thousand six hundred and sixty only) and got the remaining amount financed through your company with a monthly ECS transfer of Rs 1417/ from my SB A/c No[protected] in The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. (now ICICI), University Branch, Bapu Nagar, Jaipur.
Just because I was very frequently out of town and at times not keeping well I could not operate my account so frequently and deposit the instalment amount of Rs 1417/- by 5th December, 2009 because of which the cheque got bounced. But the cheques in the month of Septemeber 2009, October 2009 and also November 2009 also got bounced because of the reason cited above. Anyway, they were re-lodged and got cleared. Due to some delay at your end the cheque for the month of December 2009 could not be re-lodged by the company. So I got a call from one of the agents from your company telling me about it and requesting me to make the payment in cash, which I did. The last (8th) instalment of Rs 1417/- got cleared in the month of January 2010 and I felt that I have cleared my debt.
But a few days ago (probably the first week of March 2011) I got a call from your office stating that I need to clear my outstanding amount. I was even sent a mail. Today again I got a call from one of your collection officers (Rahul Solanki) in the Jaipur office asking me to clear the payment. When I mentioned that I have already paid in cash, he did not agree and we had a heated argument on the phone.
In this regard I have just a few rational queries which would probably make things clear:
1. In case the payment was outstanding, why did the company give me a call in this regard after 15 months?
2. Why was the cheque not re-lodged when it had been a practice in the past?
3. When I have paid 7 (seven) out of the 8 (eight instalments, why would I not clear 1 (one) instalment, if at all it has to be paid?
4. Do you think I have some malafied intentions of not paying such a petty amount?
5. Don’t you think the error lies somewhere in the company’s record which has not been able to keep track of the payment made in cash?
What I feel is that the company has lost the record of the cash and is bouncing it back to me. I consider these kinds of phone calls as blackmailing tactics and they amount to mental torture. The company should be fully aware that it can be sued in the court of law for this harassment.
I therefore request you to lend some decency to your officers so that the company has not to bear the cost of such ill-mannered and tantrum-showing employees.
I request you to sort out this matter at the earliest and issue me a clearance certificate.

I had opted for the 0% scheme for purchasing ONIDA washing machine with the proposal no. 323470 dt. 12.09.08 with 10 emi's. all the payment has been made and cmpleted in the month of june 2009. but till date i didn't received NOC, hyderabad office no asking me to pay Rs.2200 due, i don;t form they brought this figure.

I have taken two wheeler loan for Bajaj Discover 150 cc bike in Feb 2010, which i have cleared the loan in Nov 2011. Since then i have been visiting Bajaj Finance branch office in Mohali for NOC. But every time i get a reply that it will be sent to my residence address directly. Till now i have not received my NOC. When i try calling the phone numbers given by the Manager there, it will never be answered. Please see that i get my NOC immediatly.

BEWARE OF BAJAJ FINANCE EMPLOYES!!!

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I took a laptop under proposal no:400/154799 in december, 2006. I promised to pay 36 EMI's. I also paid a security deposit of Rs.8000 at the starting. They told that this amount will be adjusted in last 6 EMI's. After two months i got a letter from bajaj. I shocked to see that letter, in that letter i noticed that the product mentioned is not a value that i received. I reported this issue to bajaj finance but i got no reply. I paid a regular EMI's till march, 2008. After that i stopped paying to resolve this issue.Somebody called from bajaj office, I told to resolve this issue after that i will pay. After 2 months i.e. in May, i got a phone call from a person stating that he is the legal advisor of bajaj finance. I clearly told the issue to him, he sent a person after 4 days. He took the letter issued by bajaj and saw the laptop delivered. He promised me that i will be back with a solution. After 15 days he sent another person stating that your
EMI's will be decreased by 6 months and you have to pay only 30 EMI's. I paid at a time 3 months EMI's to that person and he gave me receipt. After that he came regularly every month and took EMI's. Till december, 2008 I paid the EMI's to that person and told that adjust the security deposit for the last 6 EMI's. That is the last day he met me. After that I make a phone call to him to issue the clearance letter from bajaj finance. He told that it will be posted to my home address. After that his phone was not working.

I think that the matter is settled. During the period from May, 2008 to October, 2009 I didn't get any phone call from bajaj finance. So I think that the person to whom i made payments is regularly paying to the bajaj finance.

Now the problem started. On 24/10/2009 a person named Balu came from Bajaj finance stating that you are not cleared any EMI's from March, 2008. I told him all the matter from the starting. I searched for the receipts issued by that person but those were misplaced during the house shifting. Today I got a phone call from Durga prasad stating that he is the manager, bajaj finance, hyderabad. He talked in a vulgar language without hearing from my side.

I am going to lodge a complaint against Bajaj Finance Limited. We will meet in the court.

The thigs I want to know are:

Why bajaj people called me or visited to my office from past 18 months???
Is some employs of bajaj are fraud???
Who sent that person???
