We took home loan from Bajaj Finance in 2019. Since loan was big we were pushed for term insurance along with it . The amount for the insurance was suppose to be paid by Bajaj finance and we were auppose to pay the emi on it . Now we are paying the emi for premium amount also but our policy is getting expired . They promised us to pay the premium life time as term was for the duration of home loan . We have raised complained but it seems jo one is responding ..

I have purchased a mobile on emi from bajaj finance, my emi is 4000 and i paid it on time
But now received msg from bajaj finance that ur emi is 4753 after that i checked my loan details the digital cpp telebinding (Rs753 per emi) activited without my permission.

It's totally fraud, i'm not acceptable to pay this cpp charges
CPP Loan number 424DPFHW165264
So please cancel it as soon as possible

Without my concern how they deducted the money from my account. I have no dues with them and Clear all the EMI last month itself . They debit Rs. 4295 from my account so pls take immediate action about this issue because its bulk amount so pls take this complaint immediately

Bajaj finance deducted CMP MANDATE DEBIT Rs.4, 295- has been deducted from my account on March 2nd and i had raised a complaint to them as well. It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Nach mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.

But now CPP is also added and now charging 4796/-

I want to cancel this extra CPP charges, While they calling they said that it was free. I am not capable of paying this.

My Bajaj Finance Customer Id[protected].I took Medical loan- 403LCFGR029218 (Product Name - LIFE CARE FINANCE) from Bajaj Finance. and closed outstanding balance on 02-Feb-2022 without any delayed. But bajaj finance debited Rs.500+90(GST) from my bank account (*****9499) on 23-Feb-22.and shows "NACH BOUNCE CHG 20220102 BAJAJ FI". This bounce charge not displayed in loan statement from Bajaj Finance portal.

I had taken a loan of Rs.1, 00, 000/- in Feb, 2020. However, in Feb, 2022, i recieved a call and my loan of Rs.1, 00, 000/- has been converted to Rs.3, 00, 000/-
On the very same day, i recieved an amount of Rs.2, 31, 000/- in my account.
I did not apply for this loan and fraud has been played on me.
Kindly resolve my issue

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve and Baja Finnance regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan or over draft facility.. everytime i request them to stop calling me again and again but its enough now, they are really irritated now. I feel like they are now mentally harashed me by calling Daily 5 to 6 times on my mobile no [protected].

i have already registed my no on DND and also registe on TRAI app DND but it looks like they are not following that guidelines too. Request you to kindly take neccessary action on such companies.

I have been harassed with Marketing calls from Bajaj Finance for the last 2 years. They call me from a different number twice a day and even if i beg them to stop, they dont do that. I have a list of 80 numbers that i have blocked from Bajaj Finance and they still use other numbers. I have registered for DND through my mobile operator but that hasnt stopped them either. Please help me.

Mera name sachinkumar parmar hai maine Bajaj finance se loan leke mobile liya tha 4 mobile liya tha muje paise ki jarurat thi aur maine mobile bech diye mobile ka emi hai 1900 ka 7347 ka 2665 ka aur 3667 ka hai maine pehle 4 month regular emi pay kiye but abhi meri condition kharab hai aur main ab yeh haal main emi pay nahi kar sakta hu 2 emi bounce hai 1900 ka aur 7347 ka hai jo main abhi nhi pay kar sakta hu muje 3 month ka time chahiye but yeh Bajaj finance k agent maan hi nahi rahe hai aur everyday call kar k paresha karte hai baar baar Ghar ke chakar laga te hai aur isliye Ghar Wale bhi pareshan ho rahe hai jab ki maine bata diya k main Paisa bharne wala hu par filhaal mere pass paisa hai hi nahi to kaha se pay karu aur yeh log dhamki bhi de rahe hai k aap k ghar se koi aur saman utha lenge Aisa keh rahe hai so please help me stop this harrasment

Bajaj auto-debit 117 amounts from my account. Remark of bank is bajaj_auto_cd__4020CD17 . I have tried to login into bajaj auto, but no mobile is registered with them. Bajaj auto doesn't provide any communication without a phone. I don't know why they deduct 117 from my account without permission. Then why did bajaj deduct this amount without any intimation?

There is no any way to communicate with bajaj auto without a phone number. But when I tried to check my all mobile number, getting not registered.

Please help me to unexpected and theft debit of amount from account. Then how we will faith on banking. Anybody can deduct the amount from my account without any intimation.

on loan no 577PMGHJ846304 My emi date is 02th of every month, however my salary will be credited on 10 th of every month. So i unable to pay emi on time from this month onwards.
