Even after multiple complaints i get many many calls from Bajaj Finanace to opt for Loan.
I am really frustated from these calls daily.

Hello, sir, I am writing this letter with a feeling of guilty and ashamed
I had taken a two-wheeler LOAN from bajaj auto finance on 3/april /2021 my LOAN account number is L2WTRI08950320.on this LOAN I never make due till the last month,
But unfortunately this month I and my wife got admitted to the hospital with severe fever and get VERY COMPlicated, so this month (December) I Made a delay in EMI repayment amount 5778, and...

I've taken flexi overdraft from bajaj finserv and not opted for any other services. But Bajaj finserv opting policy's without customer confirmation/interest and charging amount. Recently I've been receiving mails that I opted to some policy and they tried to charge amount and when I communicated with my bank and they confirmed that it's Bajaj finserv policy. I would like to know why it's been added without my confirmation and why the amount is getting charged.

From bajaj company or call center, I am getting calls and messages that you have not paid loan amount dues. I am every time saying to them I have not taken any loan from you or bajaj finance and purchase any product. So why all calls are coming to me. It is harassing me. i tell them, could you please check...

It is ridiculous that I am receiving daily 3-4 calls which is basically disturbing too much. Kindly take necessary action for stopping any phone call, SMS or email otherwise I will be forced to take action against you.

[protected] Rs.1180 has been withdrawn from my SBI account with the message CPM MANDATE debit bajaj finance ltd DD. I do not know why. You need help to get your cash back.

An amount of 1180/- was debited from my Bajaj linked SBI account without any prior intimation. I do not have any outstanding amount nor have I taken any loan/EMI. This is very disappointing coming from a big company.

Refund the money as early as possible.

I keep on getting multiple calls everyday from Bajaj Finance, in spite of registering for DND. These calls are related to selling of their products.

Every time the telemarketers call from different number

Daily recieving 3 or 4 calls from Bajaj finance...stop this spam calls

I am ravichandran customer I taken lone for auto three wheeler. Yesterday 17.12.2021 I went office I discuss about my lone for settlement. There officer told some percentage we will give to you for settlement and you pay RS:32000 and I paid. They told you will get NOC on next week when your file update.
Now they are taking my auto three wheeler
and again they told you pay RS:20000
Then only I will give auto. Kindly request solve the problem.

Bajaj Finance debited automatically Rs 117 from my account as CMP MANDATE DEBIT. Why this ???

Please deactivate all Bajaj finance service and provide refund of rs 117. Which u debited from my account.

Hi Everyone, I am a Bajaj Finance customer for last 3 years and till now I have no outstanding .

This month due to my personal issue, I requested all the Bajaj finance executives whoever contacted me, that I will pay by 24th Dec with all additional charges and interests.

Despite of having so many communications, they send their people at home today and threatening over the phone that if I don’t pay today they will send 20 guys for social and physical humiliation .

I don’t have fund right now and I can pay all my outstanding by 24th Dec only . Please save me from these goons .

1. I have taken a Flexi hybrid Loan from M/s Baja Finance on 20.02.2019 – Loan No 403SAFEA309098
2. Tele marketing agent of Bajaj Finance Mr: Saurabh was pursuing with me for a long time to convince to take this loan
3. I was not in need of any loan at that point of time, but thought of accepting this offer as an emergency fund if at all any requirement come in future
4. Now the terms and conditions which the Bajaj finance executive explained to me were as follows based on which I decided to go for the loan
a. The money will be there available as an OD balance in my account, it will not be disbursed to me until or unless I withdraw it.
b. As long as I don’t withdraw the money I will not have to pay any charges
c. In the loan agreenment there were several finance charges mentioned, for which he told me that this is not applicable to me as it is a special case. I have the whatsapp chat transcript as an evidence for this
d. I told I require a loan of Maximum 2 lakh
e. But the executive told me that, it is not going to make any difference if it is 2 lakh or 18 in terms of the charges so it is better to go for 18
5. Basis the above discussion I opted for 18 lakh loan from Bajaj finance.
6. Now when the loan was sanctioned the entire amount was credited to my account, also around 50k was charged as insurance and other charges
7. I was shocked and I immediately paid back the entire amount on 21st Feb[protected] and 22nd Feb[protected], against the total Loan amount of 1882999 disbursed on 20th Feb 2019.
8. I kept RS 800 balance just to avoid the force closure charge
9. I really wanted to close this loan, because I was not in need of it. But the Force closure charge was 4% so for 18 lakh it will be 72000
10. Then I had very long correspondence with Bajaj finance and the Telemarketing executive Saurabh, and later on they reversed the processing charge and the insurance charges.
11. But I still need to pay either 5555 for 5 years (~28k) or 72000 as force closure charge. So the option is now to loose 28 K or 72k, for believing the Bajaj finance reputation and their Marketing agents.
12. One can see my account statement; I have not utilized even a single paisa from the loan so far.
13. I have made several correspondence with Bajaj finance customer care and I did not get any resolution for the case.
14. Now the customer care team of Bajaj finance is advising me to force close the loan, where in I will have to pay more by around Rs 45000. So even now they are trying to suck maximum of my hard earned money.
15. Request your support for the resolution of the case.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of SBI Saving bank as on 13Dec21 without my authorization or any information. I don't have any outstanding amount nor I have taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.I still wonder how come a company as big as Bajaj Finance can do such cheap things.

Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 as soon as possible and I need an explanation as to how did this occur in first place.

Bajaj finace has debited 117 repuees from my fathers account and we haven't purchesed anything or done anything I would like to know why this amount has been debited.

Prashant Kelkar from collection is threatening us, and says will get us removed in next 3 days, just for not paying on the the due date, to which we have informed him due to financial crisis we shall pay our loans until the 25 th but they put notices, inform guards, inform neighbours.is this a standard process for missing payn by 15 days....

What is this bloody CMP mandate debit Bajaj Finance? Is this the way to deduct from my account? I cleared my all dues 2 years ago only. See, if you not refund my amount I will give a complaint to the police on your company.

I got message of DEBIT CMP MANDATE DEBIT BAJAJ FINANCE LTD. - DD. However, I have not authorised BAJAJ FINANCE LTD, to do so. Please refund my money back
